Had a scheduled time of 1:30 for a walk through to begin a bi weekly clean. they did not show, nor was a phone call made stating they would be late, finally heard from them at 3:00. If there tardy for the initial meeting, I can only assume there setting a standard. No bueno...

Out if Sight Cleaning is the GREATEST!! I hired them to clean my 3 story house with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms on each level. They were super professional and very polite. I believe it was Green team that came out and they really went the extra mile! Every nook and cranny was spotless and the house smelled AMAZING after they were through. 10/10 will definitely be hiring them again 😁😁

We had Out of Sight Cleaning come out to our home and they did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets. There was plenty of evidence we have 3 kids at home, plenty of family and friends dropping by, along with a couple of dogs and cats. Out of Sight was fantastic at bringing our carpets back to life and the technician went above and beyond our expectations. They are such a pleasure to work with. Dont give having Out of Sight out to your home or office a second thought. They deliver.

I have 3 kids and dogs and a husband. Every time they come they are so polite and cheerful . When they leave my house you cant even tell I have dogs or kids. They go above and beyond doing their jobs and being so helpful.

I really hate cleaning, especially cause I have four dogs and 2 little ones running around but OOS came in, they were quick and efficient and they worked very professionally as a team. We hired this group of individuals to deep clean a vacant home. They did nothing! After they were done with doing nothing my husband ( whos not a super clean person) went to go see the work that was done. They didnt vacuum, didnt clean base boards, didnt clean outside of the cabinets, didnt clean around toilets. Missed one of the hallway closets,. Bugs were still on the floors and in corners, a nail was left on one of the floors, and so on and so on. My husband took pictures of all of it and we were just horrified! We immediately called to talk to owners/ supervisor and they called us back when they opened, didnt take us seriously and acted non chalaunt about it! We had the supervisor come back out to show them everything that was missed and they didnt want to see it and even accused us of just trying to get out of paying!!! We refused more of their services seeing obviously they dont know how to clean and refused to pay for services that were absolutely not done! So now we get treated badly, falsely accused, and threatened to take it to collections! Please do not make our same mistake.! So now we have to report them, put up with all this stress, husband missing work for the appointment they showed up late for, and clean it ourselves. Horrible, terrible, dishonest company. What ever happened to the customer is always right and doing things to the clients satisfaction? What happened to good customer service? I dont know. You get none of that with these people. So beware!!!

If the last thing you think about in your office after a day of hard work is cleaning, then let the commercial team take the stress off. Theyre the cleaning fairies! I love coming to work to a clean office.

This cleaning service is amazing. There was a crew of four ladies by the names of: Sierra, Janay,Willow,and Autumn.My house is pretty darn big and was super dirty. I have 2 teenagers, a giant dog, a little dog, a toddler, a husband. Heavy traffic and busy family that likes to relax when we get home from work. I couldnt commit to cleaning on my days off anymore. My little guy is more important to hang out with then to clean all day.This deep clean they did was an amazing deep clean. They cleaned from top to bottom inside my house. It hasnt felt this clean in a long time. I woke up this morning and literally have nothing to do but enjoy my son and my clean house. I had the green team, sean, brenda, jess abd liz, they did a great job. They torn the house down from top to bottom, they were at my house about 6 hrs. But when they left ir truly spatkled thank you all.

Had 2 girls come to do the cleaning with the emphasis on bathroom floors and kitchen floor as I am unable to do this do to health . inspection after they left I was unacceptable. Bathroom and kitchen floor was not washed, soap dish not cleaned, shower doors not clean. Dusting was not complete and window sills not touched. I could go on but I think you get the idea. Definitely not having them back. Would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Had Out of Sight come over for an interview and bid. We wanted a Deep cleaning job and soon found out they dont know what that means. They would not pull the refrigerator out nor move furniture as his crew were women(?) My wife with a broken wrist can pull the fridge out. Dodged a bullet by not hiring them. All that, or lack of for $35 an hour - no way...

Justis and Rose did a wonderful job. They even helped me empty the tub from my central house vac before leaving. Thank you!Whoops - I obviously posted a bit too early. Found several things overlooked by the girls. Dusting: curio cabinet glass shelves; headboard in master bedroom; bottom part of dining table, dining chairs; rocking chair in living room; top of mirror (2nd bath); top of the 2 door jambs I checked (I didnt check any more). Cleaning: microwave top; kitchen counter ledges, kitchen tv screen; residue on stove; pendant lights in kitchen. My micro is very light, yet wasnt even slid out to clean the counter underneath, nor were other things on the kitchen counter moved to clean behind and under. I havent checked over everything else with a fine-tooth comb, and prefer not to. (This was my purposed in hiring a deep clean.) Justis and Rose were both very nice, professional, and accommodating, yet I would have expected much more from a deep clean. (This was my first experience in hiring house cleaners.)

Paid to clean a house they did a terrible job.left lots of dirty places didnt vacume out drawers or cupboards left spots on the carpet they were supposed to have cleaned. Didnt do a good job at all. Stove and oven was still dirty. They supposedly came back and recleaned still didnt get it clean. I had to do it myself so i could rent the house.

We had a great experience with Out of Sight Cleaning. We had them come and clean weekly in our home, after our 4th baby. They helped us ease through a major transition time in our families lives. It was refreshing to walk into a clean house. The staff were professional and friendly. The owners, Andrew and Chesy, aimed to please and communicated well to make sure we liked our service each week and it was what we wanted to see cleaned. They would ask what else they could do different or better for the next time. They did a great job on the floors, trim/baseboards, bathroom, stove and micro top, cupboards surrounding stove (these are a lot to keep up with lots of cooking) and many other areas of our home. When they had done the basics, they would ask what else they could work on. For example all the ceiling fans, one week it was all the dusting and under the beds, and one week they really scrubbed our rock entry way well. We will continue to use their services when we need them. I suggest before the holidays or a big family/friend gathering. While they were cleaning for us, I was able to focus on the holidays and my growing family. It really took the stress out of the holidays for me.

Out of sight has amazing carpet cleaning. I by far would recommend them for any cleaning service. All my carpets look brand new!

My wife and I decided to go with Out of Sight Cleaning because of all the positive reviews we read. Big mistake. We paid for their move out cleaning service and we still arent sure what they actually did. We gave them a list of emphasis items (window tracks, glass surfaces, oven, etc) and not a single one of those items were done. My wife even stayed and HELPED clean and it was still a sub par service. Even our landlord, upon walk through inspection, was baffled that a cleaning service was done. She didnt believe us until we showed her the receipt. The cleaners were more interested in watching and sharing youtube videos than cleaning the house, which is even more disturbing when my wife said the owner who was helping was the worst offender.We paid $350 for the service. My wife had to spend 8 hours after they left to finish cleaning the house. They offered us a 10% refund. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and hard to deal with.Never again.

Lousy job, had two girls do cleaning,also show them what need to be done. I inspected bathroom and told her it is not completed and again show her my finger how dirty it was and to do it over again. Inspected again still nothing done. One girl spend too much time on her phone. They use the same rag to wipe counter top, microwave and everything else.Very bad services and I will tell everyone not to deal with out of sight cleaning service.
