What a great place to be if someone has had an accident. Brandon and Lorin try to make the experience as painless as possible. I feel confident that the truck will be back to us good as new when Brandon gets finished with it. Brandon will make sure to get the original parts and extra upgrades that were on the truck prior to the accident. They are helping guide us through the whole process. I am so glad they are taking car of our truck.

Honestly the best place place for body work, collision damage or paint. I have been refering my clients to Brandon at Rollys for years. I had to use them last month for my personal vehicle and they did an amazing job. Cant even tell that my truck was painted or repaired. We took our car in due to some minor damage caused by a windshield replacement tech....they dealt with the insurance company w/no issues...their timeline was perfect...when picking up my car SHE LOOKED BEAUTIFUL! Honest, kind, fast, affordable service! I pulled up without an appointment and was seen right away by Brandon. He explained my options for fixing my loose bumper, gave me his recommendation on several dings and chips, polished a scratch to show me where the damage was, and reattached my bumper in under 5 minutes. It was such a quick fix that he wouldn’t accept payment or even a tip. I can’t recommend this shop highly enough- whether you need significant repairs or a friendly expert to give you good advice and tap a bumper back into position!

Rollys Body Shop Inc. is far and above the best local shop in Grass Valley. The folks here have gone above and beyond my high expectations for vehicle repair. Our 2014 Black VW was struck by a deer, this is our family car and we had no rental coverage, needless to say, we needed it fixed quickly. Rollys had us in and out in 5 days. The insurance was complicated to say the least on this and they stepped up and impressed us with professional work, quality parts, and outstanding customer service. Our vehicle came back to us cleaner than when it went in to the shop and Rollys offered us many extra services at no charge. I have used several other shops in town and have never been this impressed, nor gotten service this fast. I will not hesitate to recommend this facility to my family, friends, and associates. My daughter, who lives in Nevada Co. backed her 05 Toyota Limited 4Runner into a tree. I live in So. California & not knowing where to get her truck fixed, I found Rollys online. Brandon & his wife, Lauren were very personable, professional & clear on the communication of what it would take to fix it. I even asked Brandon if hed be ok with me ordering the main parts he needed in order to keep the cost down & he had no problem with this. This was a cash deal bc my daughter didnt have collision on her insurance. The whole process took only a week & I am so impressed with the final results!! You cannot even tell it ever happened. I wish I had the pics to show but I erased them. Trust me, this is the go to place to get any body work done. I highly recommend Rollys.
