Most trust worry company Ive ever used. Helpful and courteous. My new washer is perfect!!!

I called them to see if they haul away old appliances that still work and had to leave a voicemail. I was very impressed with how quickly they called me back. And then they were there within 1/2 an hour to pick it up. Without charge. I highly recommend these guys for appliance repairs as well. My old landlord needed her dryer fixed. We took it there and the next day it was fixed. They even helped me unload and load it back up. Very impressed with this place. Great friendly staff as well

I had the best experience with Hale Appliance Services! They answered my call promptly and scheduled my range pick up as soon as was possible. Josh showed up on time and efficiently moved out my range. He was pleasant and knowledgeable in his work. Cant gush enough about how great this worked out! If youre looking for help try Hale!

As a tech she knew how to walk me through the solution to repair it and encouraged to fix it and said you can do it. With a few parts and her help I did. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!!!

Hale Appliances just delivered and installed my new washing machine. The driver/installer confirmed his scheduled arrival, was punctual, efficient and courteous. Our 14 year old washing machine broke. Obviously the debate was to repair or just buy new one. I called Hale Appliance and spoke with the owner. She was super nice and knowledgeable! She was able to diagnose over the phone and provide me with a quote. She even provided me information and tips on what to look for when purchasing a new washer. She gave me enough info to make a wise decision. While we didnt end up using her services, it was more economic to buy new, I will definitely be calling her again when another appliance goes out. She is super honest and looking out for your best interest instead of making a quick buck!! Highly recommend!!

Aaron came out a couple of months back to convert a new-to-us oven for propane. Turns out it couldn’t be done, Aaron was so nice, explained it all and DID NOT CHARGE for the visit! Now we have a truly new oven and we did not even consider calling anyone else.

Awesome service, prompt youll receive a phone call prior to arrival, fair prices, fixed right the first time I had to use them twice in one week, first time, turned out to be a sock in the blower motor. Random event, the heater element quit working. Both time, A+ service

2 yrs ago Aaron came to our home & intalled our stacking washer & dryer. A yr later we moved and Kara came out and converted the dryer to propane. They were both so nice, professional and knowledgeable. Now my dishwasher isnt working properly and you can bet Im calling Hale Appliance Repair!

Yesterday I called 4 appliance repair places to fix my washing machine. I got call backs from 3, saying they could come a week from now. My 4th call back was from Hale appliance repair and I spoke to Kara. SHE TALKED ME THRU FIXING IT MYSELF! I woke up this morning wanting to shout out to everyone... “Thank you Kara!!!! Great customer service. Installed a microwave for me a few months back and then recently repaired my old craftsman lawnmower.

We called Kara after I tried to fix my washer using a You Tube video. She was very willing to help me continue to trouble shoot -- even gave me another way to tacked the problem. I finally gave up and asked her to come over. She came and discovered that I had made the problem worse by my self-help fixes. She was gracious and continued to help me problem solve through research and encouragement. We had to leave town on vacation, and she still stuck with us coming over twice while we were away. The wonderful thing is that we had a working washer when we returned. Thank you Kara.
