I rented a moving truck from this center. Jordan was amazing for my little family. Helped us with making sure we had everything we needed. Make sure to read the fine print ppl alot of these customer reviews are from not reading what the company has imposed when renting not the customer service agent. After i moved had a smooth drop off with our same agent! Just always make sure to take a picture of the mileage when you start and end on ANY rental. As well as return with a full tank of gas, i always advise filling up.close to wherever you drop off and keep a copy of the receipt or take a picture of the receipt for double safety!! Hope these tips help

Almost got ran off the road by a customer, got threatened by a gangster in a du-rag with gang signs. Tried calling to report this and Jordan was very rude on the phone. Asked for corporate number and his response was “yea it’s 1800-GO BUDGET” and hung up on me rudely. He did not let me get one word in. This is not how you treat people. I was frightened for my life and my children’s life.

The absolute worst! I reserved a truck rental for Sunday March 29th 2020, due to everything going on (covid19) I called before My reservation to confirm the business hours. I was informed my Jordan that the business hours were temporarily changing and the business would be closed on Sunday. Bc I was moving on Sunday, I had no choice but to change the reservation to Saturday. On Saturday morning I went to get the truck. Upon picking on the truck I confirmed that the business was closed on Sunday again but Jordan said they changed the business hours yet again and now they were open on Sunday. I explained that this is a huge inconvenience as I was only picking the truck in a day early due to the conversation and he and I had a few days earlier regarding the change in business hours. He said I would have no choice but to pay for an extra day and since my ride left I had no other choice. After moving I returned the truck to the location on Sunday at 12:10 ( they closed at noon). Fast forward a week after I returned the rental I noticed that the deposit hold was not returned. I attempted to reach out to the location but they were not available. I spoke with customer service and they told me that deposit hold take 5-7 business days to be returned to my account and suggest that I wait until the next day to confirm if the deposit will be released. I asked the agent to confirm the return amount since I was originally charged for the base amount of the rental. The agent said that I drove 147 miles so my total transaction was $176. I was furious! I only drove the truck 15.8 miles as I moved literally around the corner. The agent informed me that there was nothing he could do and I had to speak with someone at the store. After calling the location for about an hour, someone finally answered the phone. I don’t quite recall the guys name but it was not Jordan. The person that answered the phone did tell me that he recalled checking the truck in and noticed that the odometer trip meter did show 15.8 miles but he thought that was odd since I rented the truck for 2 days. When he entered the mileage into his system there was a mileage Discrepancy of 130 miles and he added it to my transaction. He said that he would fix the transaction and give me a call back. He did fix the issue but they were so unprofessional! I was basically going to pay for their mistake!They basically attempted to take my money without any apology because of something he assumed versus looking at the facts! I will NEVER rent from here or any budget establishment and I will be sure that I tell everyone I know to do the same! They are the worst!

We rented a car from here last year and had an awesome experience.We just rented a truck from them and I am furious!!!! They told me to book online for the discount- so I did. Price was $85 including my mileage with a drop off the next morning.My husband goes to pick it up and they charge him $225!!!!!!! And tell him it has to be back before they open the next day. Stating the online price is only an “estimate”. Bull carp. Nowhere in my reservation does it state it’s an estimate!!! Then when my husband says forget it I’ll go to uhaul they said well it’s a $50 cancellations fee. I was never informed of that either!!Absolutely FURIOUS! I will NEVER spend my money here again and I’ll be sure to let everyone I know not to come here either!

I reserved the truck and guess what when I get there they said I never did .They told me they will have a truck moved from another location in next 1 hour and I waited about 3 hours and they told me they don’t know if they still coming today .What a bad service .Unbelievable!!!!

Ive rented for years from this location without problems. My recent ten-day rental experience was different. I had three problems: 1. I made reservations online six weeks in advance, but Budget lost or didnt record my reservation. I managed to get the original rate, but only after spending about forty-five minutes on the phone going up three management levels. 2. I requested two keys and they gave them to me -- on a single plastic key ring crimped with a metal connector. Meaning I could use the two keys only by cutting the key ring. Read your contract. They charge $50 for cutting the key ring and separating the keys. So, in effect, they have a sneaky $50 charge for the practical use of a second key. 3. The attendant claimed I returned the car dirty on the inside, though it was as clean as when I received it. By contract, they charge $250 to vacuum the interior of the car if the representative deems it dirty (meaning by their judgment, not yours). I took it around the corner and vacuumed it for $1.00 in about three minutes. The representative said these policies apply to both Budget and Avis. My recommendation: Read your contract carefully before you sign it, and document the condition of your vehicle before you rent from these people. And be prepared to defend yourself from unexpected penalties and fees upon returning the vehicle.

They need to have a better system in place for online reservations. I was able to reserve a truck but pick up location had no truck reserved for the size I requested. Very inconvenient, frustrating and time consuming.

I have rented from these guys several times and have always had a pleasant experience. One time they had an issue with a truck I was supposed to rent and they helped me track down another one.

Overall: Id rent again from this location.Pros: Low pricing on rental trucks. Good business hours.Cons: Rental trucks typically have high miles, ours had 140k (the trucks are maintained though as this location performs the maintenance) and the quality inside is mediocre. Mischarged for truck due to inaccurate mileage Out and In. They corrected the issue but took a bit of my time to fix.

Do not rent from this location........ customer service is horrible. Katy at the front desk is less than human........ rude, aurgumentative ---- if you are in need of a rental truck for moving you will be better off carrying your furniture on your back--- seriously !!!! I paid for a car tow..... ($137.00) she ran it through her system 17 times ...... my bank notified me..... do not rent from here--- you have been warned---- it is a shame that people in a customer service business are this way....... Katy should seek employment elsewhere she is not a peoples person...... the mechanics that assisted me was very pleasant.... very willing to show me how to hook up my car---- thank sir !!!!!! Katy......beat it!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company, this location is ran by a lieing husband and wife forcing people to get the insurance or they cant rent the truck, we found out you can waive the insurance! They made a huge show about it and told us we were wrong. On top of everything they gave us a truck that broke down 3 hrs away and refused to get us a new truck or refund our rental so we could go with another company. Do not go to this location they put a BAD name on Budget truck rental! Its sad that people choose to do business this way.

Never in my life have I experienced this type of customer service!!! Awful! They trick you into signing up for insurance when you did not request for it!!! They tell you to sign and initial everything before you can get the keys to the budget truck. The manager is a piece of work claiming She always explains everything to you! They are deceitful and rude!!!!
