I haven’t gotten into the program just yet. But every time I call they are friendly nice people looking forward to help me out with any and all questions I bring to them. I’m really looking forward to being apart of the GRACE TH program. I just moved to Texas back in February so far I’m loving what I’m experiencing and the great people of Texas. The staff at GRACE just makes even better. Thank you for being so kind.
The staff was extremely helpful; however the housing is not secured by a fence, and isn’t located in a nice safe area in grapevine. If you need help with food supplies, support getting out of a bad living situation the staff there is amazing. They are very knowledgeable, inviting, and helpful.
Thank you..bless and keep these folk that can...and do..do...for us.(Marcus / Valentina& Sherri) who assist me and many many others with the needs we have during the difficult times ..no words can express the way I feel about the wonderful things they do. *
Awesome group of people here. They help different walks of people and the food is good and not to old. I was going there getting food years back and they are the most kind group of people at grace and at grace buys.
First I want to say thank you very much for always help us when we needed help.for everything, every clothes my kids received from you,are so nice well take care clothes. Thank you, thank you God bless you all. Ill always be grateful to you..
Nice selection of items. Clothing is fairly organized and decently priced. Dressing rooms have no place to hang clothing prior or after trying on and are extremely small. 2 fair sized rooms would have been a nicer choice than 3 small ones. If I am in the area, I may stop back by, but will not make a special trip.
Awesome people work there. Always helpful & some go beyond to help!! Extra special place..
I had never needed assistance before and hated asking for it. The staff at Grace made me understand that we all need a little help sometimes. They were all amazing.
About 2 months ago I came to GRACE because a acquaintance at my church told me they could help me with my rent. I spoke to a man named Herman (or Hermaine) and I was shocked and hurt based on what he said to me. He said the because I am a college degree and over 20 years of employment experience, he (meaning GRACE) will not give me one penny toward my rent. He said I must be doing wrong and/or not trying hard enough to find gainful employment, and that if GRACE helped me on my rent, it would be a WASTE of resources. Go back and put a financial plan on how I can get my other expenses, and IF the plan is sufficient, then he will consider helping me with something towards my rent. In the meaning time, he would pay one of my utilities (water or electric). Im grateful for the utility payment that was paid on my behalf, but I will like to say this... I am NOT a waste of resources. There are thousands upon thousands of educated people much more learned and experienced that I am, that are homeless, unemployed, drug-addicted and much worse. Im not the first person to hit hard times, and I dont believe Ill be the last. I may be down & humiliated, but I am not a waste.
Love this place! Bringing comfort and joy to those in need within our community.
The staff at both front entrances are very friendly and welcoming. They try to meet the needs of anyone who comes through the door, and if they arent able to help, they will find someone who can.
They help me with my rent so they are really good
When I first heard about Grace in Grapevine I thought what a wonderful name for a place that is helping people. I had been struggling after a work injury that had lasted much too long and had drained all my finances. I thought since I had lived in Grapevine for 15 years that I could ask for Graces help. I certainly do not mean to criticize what a Great Gift that Grace Relief is to the community but I also feel what I have to share is very important. We all need to be very careful not to add sorrow to someone that is already suffering. It is not right for a case worker or anyone to judge whether someone is worthy of any type of support or assistance in their lives. Only GOD is our judge and our words can tear down or lift up sometimes even more than money or things. I understand that Grace is also a business and there are needed policies to be in place but anyone working with people that have had crisis in their lives need to be very careful not to allow themselves to become so hardened from the daily listening of peoples hardships that they forget what the true definition of GRACE is:It is the Free and Unmerited Favor of GOD toward man.It is BlessingsLove is Kind and GentleLove Never FailsGod Bless you Grace ..
