Quick and easy. It is a big deal that I could watch my documents being shredded! Kind of strange they charge $10, but I paid it. No one else would let me watch. Real nice gentlemen running the business.

I had a very pleasant experience with Data Shredding Services in Grapevine from start to finish. Tim was very pleasant, quick to quote me a price, and was able to get me on the schedule right away. I had saved up 10 years of records (almost 1,000 lbs. of paper) I needed shredded. Data Shredding Services came out on time, and within minutes, disposed of piles and piles of records from our garage floor that had taken me hours to stack. I had been putting off hiring a shredding service for years for fear of the cost, but if I had known how reasonable their prices were, I would have done this years ago. Thank you!

The service was excellent! We were able to pull up to the gate and hand over our boxes without having to carry them ourself. They were also kind to let us see how the paper is shredded. Would highly recommend!!

I also received great customer care as I was running late to the site (be aware, they close at 2pm!) but the technician, Kenny, didnt mind at all staying late and shredding my documents in front of me after I got there. Recently went to the Grapevine location and it was a fantastic experience and very easy. Show up (no appointment needed), pull up to the dock in the rear, honk (if someone does not see you first) and unload (they will help). Go inside and pay - easy. They allow you to watch your shredding real-time and they shred anything that has data from paper to computer hard drives - they recycle virtually everything as well. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

We read all the good reviews for this service in Grapevine, and totally agree. We definitely recommend this company for your drop off shredding needs; too much to put in your own home office shredder. The site customer service gentleman, Kenny is a delight, and will give you quite an education of their processes and customers etc, it you are interested in the concepts of good earth stewardship. They openly encourage you to watch your documents being shredded. They do PC hard disks, and CD,s also it seems. Did not do do much comparative pricing, but seem very reasonable, and there is a discount if you pay in cash.
