Ashley Harris, the hearing specialist spent a lot of time with us making sure that our hearing aids were working at their optimum. Had a great experience. Staff was courteous, helpful and friendly, eager to assist me and solve my problem with an inoperative hearing aid. Tom Agnes was very well -informed and patiently explained about the source of my problem ( too much moisture invading the inner unit ) . He suggested a de-humidifier which the administrative assistant ordered for me. Tom then proceeded to clean both units as well as irrigating my ears for wax removal. The end result was crystal clear sound and a perfect fit with new tubes and cones. He even cleaned my individual overnight containers of excess wax and debris. All of this for NO CHARGE ! I was stunned, since he spent about an hour cleaning and instructing me on the proper care required. Outstanding service like this deserves a high commendation . Count me as a customer for life . I will spread the word to family, friends and acquaintances about the superb, caring service I received. Word of mouth is the best advertising, so they will get a ton of it from me. Rare, indeed, to receive such superlative, individualized customer service. This office and its staff are quite an asset to Livingston and I hope they receive the commendation they deserve for going above and beyond the normal customer service effort.. I highly recommend Tom and the entire staff here at the Grapevine location. I received excellent service here. I came in for a initial consultation for a new hearing aid to deal with tinnitus in my ears, and Tom let me know I was already set up for the best situation and that the style I was considering may actually deter some of my hearing instead. They gave me a honest opinion instead of roping me into something that I didnt need or wouldnt be the best for me. I definitely plan on returning here for all my hearing aids needs in the future.

My ear had been stopped up all week and I was at my wits end when I was referred to this place. Tomwas awesome in cleaning my ear and restoring my hearing! I certainly would recommend him highly.Extremely courteous and professional!

I highly recommend Livingston Hearing Aid Grapevine. I went in to have my hearing aids made louder and to get a few properly fitting domes.Tom did the adjustments and gave me a few properly fitting Domes. The ones I was using kept popping out of my ears. The domes provided worked great. Tom then looked in my ears with special equipment to look for wax buildup. To our shock there was a dome stuck in my inner ear. Tom used a specialized water irrigation device to remove the dome. To our further shock Toms saw another dome stuck against my eardrum. Similarly, Tom removed it. My hearing improved 100% or more. I could now hear clearly at full volume. I cant thank Livingston Hearing Aid Grapevine and Tom enough.

Tom, the audiologist at the Grapevine office is the best! I went in to renew my warranty and he took the time to clean my hearing aids and to make sure they were working correctly. He also went out of his way to fix my feedback issue that I had been dealing with for months! The feedback issue is something I thought that I would have to just live with, very happy that I went in today! Earlier in the year I purchased my Hearing Aids from tom at Livingston Hearing Aids.They performed excellently as tom made them louder and fitted the dome to snugly fit in my ear for maximum comfort and sound relay from the Hearing Aid.Recently my right Hearing Aid stopped working so I made an appointment with tom at Livingston Hearing Aids.Tom Identified the problem as the sound tube, the tube connecting the Hearing Aid to the dome in my ear. Tom replaced this part and the Hearing aid worked great.tom then checked my ears and washed all the wax out with his equipment. I can hear better than ever.I was told this ear cleaning and the new sound tube was at no charge.I was pleasantly surprised as its been a long time since i did business with someone who stood behind his product with the idea of selling me great Hearing aids at a fair price that are tailored to my particular diminished hearing.I highly recommend Livingston hearing aids and Tom.Charles Bailey 2/16/2019

Tom Agnes the audiologist at the Grapevine office is the best Ive ever been to. He really wants to make sure you can hear better. Ive been to two other hearing aid providers in Grapevine and they were more interested in getting my money and rushing me through appointments. Not the case at Livingston were Tom take all the time you need to get it right. He even called me at home to see how the latest adjustments were doing. The other companies had audiologist with Ph.D.s and they still couldnt get the programming on my hearing aids right. Cant say enough good things abut Tom and Livingston.

This is Pamela Payne. I went to the hearing center after my doctor tried to flush out my ears and made it worse to the point that I could not hear anything out of my right ear. My sister reccomended them to me. I went and the nice staff spent time getting out the wax for me. Then they didnt charge me anything. They are wonderful people. When I need hearing aids, I will only go to them.

He appreciates that hearing loss has a deep life changing affect on our lives so when there is a problem, he is available to help adjust the aid, retest if necessary and answer any question. You can tell that he knows how to address any kind of loss and treats you with an incredible amount of respect and concern each visit. The warm reception when I entered the office was a very comfortable introduction, & that atmosphere was maintained throughout the examination, Dr.Tom was very helpful to explain throughout the process, of what I was hearing & what I should be hearing, now {hear} are your options to reaching that goal, he took the time to try different hearing office instruments or aids which gave me honest samples of what a hearing device would do for me, that to me was a true examination & solution for me, I left that office knowing what I need & as soon as I am able I will return to purchase hearing devices, Thanks for Your Professionalism

What can you say about this company, Kimberly welcomes you with a bright friendly welcome and Gordon is the consummate professional. I put off coming to see them for way too long. I knew my hearing had deminished, I didn’t realize how badly. I was shocked when I heard the results. But selecting and recieving, then fitting the hearing aid was a seamless process. I guess you could find someplace else to go for a hearing aid, but I am very happy I went to see Gordon and Kimberly.
