Awesome park with trampolines and not very expensive. For me and my 3 yr old son on toddler time, it’s only $9 and we jump until he gets tired and then he’s ready for a nap. It’s a parents secret weapon😂

I took my middle school daughter and her friends on Friday night and they had so much fun, they are already making plans to go back again. The park was clean and spacious. The manager and girls working there were so nice and so helpful. If you are looking for a safe and fun place for your teen to hang out at on a Friday night, this is it. They also have snacks and drinks you can get from the front and the prices were super reasonable. I’d really recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

We loved this place, my son always have a great time he and his friends were doing this thing every other weekend and today 7 of his friend came and to our surprise the prices they went up from $15.99 to $27.99 WOW!! That was absolutely too much, it also broke my heart to see about 5 teens that had to leave because they didnt have enough money they thought it was still same price and their parents just dropped them there and they didnt have enough money. From now on we will go to another trampoline park, this is tooo much.

First time here! We went to the morning toddler time.-It did NOT smell like feet. It smelled neutral.-You can get grip socks there for really affordable pricing ($3)-We loved the music! Lots of fun Disney songs! This was actually what I most appreciated.-Well sized park that is spacious and open-It’s in a great location, right down the street from the mall where we were able to go get lunch at PhoXpress after our jumping.Compared to Urban Air, I like this a lot more. Urban Air didn’t have age appropriate music during their toddler time (which for them is called Jumperoo), they’re dark inside, and they need to be renovated- especially the bathrooms.MY ONLY FEEDBACK TO ALTITUDE: I was surprised they didn’t have child-sized toilets and sinks based on the fact that the park is FOR kids. So I would add restroom space with child sized utilities.

Altitude Grapevine is the BEST place to have your event! We had an end of year party for 40+ 5th graders and the service was impeccable! From the initial request, Natasha, the manager, was extremely helpful in providing information and helping to organize the event. When we arrived, everything was set up for us to use. Natasha even went above and beyond and found out our school colors to have coordinating balloons! The staff helped to make this event run so smoothly. We could not be happier for such a fun and memorable event at Altitude Trampoline Park!

We have a 4,8 and 12 year old. One hour at Altitude was plenty of time to wear them all out. We went right when they opened so the was hardly anyone there. To help with the checkin process, be sure to do the waivers online before you go. The kids also enjoyed snacks there afterward with plenty of benches around to have a seat. The place was also clean and had visible staff watching all the areas, making sure the kids were following the rules. Great job Altitude! We will be back!

The best trampoline park in the Metroplex. The staff and management are incredibly attentive, they keep it clean (not at all the case for the other parks in metro), and they maintain a safe but fun atmosphere. This is the best place to bring your kiddos!

I went here for a friends kid birthday party. There were lots of kids running around and it was chaos. However, the kids had fun and the staff was very friendly. When my kid gets older, I could see myself bringing my kid here for a birthday party.

Super disappointed in my experience!! I’m literally one of the only parents enjoying the experience with my kids holding hands jumping and am told I can’t... They are 1 and 4.. They are safer holding my hands than they are me sitting on my cell phone. I have never had any problem at any other park... They are super whistle happy... Too many parks to waste my time at this one!!!

We love this place, this place is absolutely massive, so much room for everyone to jump safely. Also the whole entire place is open concept, so you can see your kids from far away. Weekend gets pretty packed but thats the case for most of the popular places. We have attended a few birthday party, the staff was friendly, and orderly. Every-time we come here we had a great time.My son recently hurt his foot jumping, however, the manager on duty that day act quickly and gave up icepack, came talk to us and checked on us many times. We ended up getting a cast for my son, however, they have done everything right. From writing up an incident report, to refunding us money back for my son (it was only 5 mins in, when he hurt his foot). I really appreciate this kind of customer service.

Had a birthday party, pizza party on a Sunday. It was great and my party host was great I only gave 4 stars because altogether we spent about $300 it was not enough pizza (they said they were large but seemed to be more like a small or medium.) I did try to request more pizza before the pizza arrived after seeing others.Also, I was clear during the planning my daughter didn’t like dodgeball and if they could do something else instead and was offered additional jump time or time in the foam pit. But they still pushed the kids to play dodgeball.Overall, although pricey the kids had fun and that’s what mattered.

Amazing customer service, super fun and safe. Ysabel took care of our party and she was on top of everything, from dodgeball game, to serving, to helping with anything, she’s a true asset to Altitude ❤️

Everything was great until a kid that thought he was the owner of the place with a staff shirt started follow all your steps and decide to talk to my 5 year old nephew with attitude, because he had a ball in a different place. One thing; if you don’t know how to talk to people stay at home and live out of your parents kid, never coming back.

By far the WORST trampoline park around!!!! Staff is rude, mean, and discriminated against my son with sensory processing issues. There are to many other trampoline parks that are kind and accommodating, no need to give this place your money.

We had our daughter’s 8th party here and it was a fantastic party. The hosts were friendly and helpful, they organized a dodgeball game and were fun and interactive with the kids. The manager, Natasha, was incredibly helpful and even suggested a place where we could order amazing birthday donuts.The venue was incredibly clean and in wonderful condition and most importantly- everyone had an amazing time! We plan to have them host our other kids’ birthday parties as well. Awesome place!

This is a large trampoline park if you compare it to the closest one. The entry for my son was free, since he was less than 3. Plus 1 for the nets which are covering out each and every trampoline area. The only thing which we didnt like was the loud music.

I have been to this location several times. The last time I went, their dark ground floor and black stairs leading up to the trampoline tripped me and I fell. When I spoke to a manager he said he couldn’t do anything about it. Horrible customer service. They obviously are not about the people and instead all about making money. Beware of this place. So if your child gets hurt or possibly dead they won’t be responsible. Their trampoline park is very unsafe. They make you sign a waiver. But I never jumped nor wanted to. I never signed a waiver. And yet they take no responsibility. My kids were there jumping and I got injured. Beware of this place. They didn’t equip this place and are negligent about my injured knee.

Today we celebrated our twins 5th birthday. Natasha has been nothing but overly accommodating throughout the planning of the party. She has answered my numerous emails with promptness and professionalism. Abby and Taylor were our party coordinators. They were very attentive to both the adults and the kids.I would definitely recommend having a party at Altitude Grapevine!

We decided to go here after a few month stuck at home. I was really surprised how clean this park is and plus they had employees walking around cleaning up to help stop the spread of Covid. All the employees were extremely nice and even played with some of the smaller kids since it was slow.I highly recommend this place if you need to get some time out of the house!! We will be returning soon!

Updated with pictures since y’all responded saying I never had a party there. 🙄🙄The kids had a great time jumping but i was very disappointed in the staff, their customer service, pizza delivery, and Organizaton.It took an additional hour to seat us for our party, another family was in our place. And the staff was not aggressive about moving them out or finding us a new location.Tables were filthy.. and the attendant didn’t have anyone help him clean the space.We didn’t receive water or utensils.Our 12 pizzas sat up at the front for 30 minutes before it was served to us. So when it got to us it was cold. We’d been asking if that was ours and our table attendant kept saying no. We had to go get our pizza ourselves. And it ha don’t name on it sonit was definitely our parties pizza. 🙄They were quick to kick us out of our party zone at the original party ending time but didn’t discount it comp us for the time taken in the beginning.I paid for 2 parties at one time and had a large group. Had the exact amount of people and the manager tried to up charge me after their horrible service.We’ll never come back here again for a birthday party.My kids had a great time jumping but the staff full of teenagers ( understandable) and piss poor adult management was a disaster!

We had my daughters birthday party at this location and had an amazing experience. Our party host was so attentive. She helped us carry in our items when we arrived, and was very attentive to our and our guests needs. She even helped me set up decorations since I was running behind! We highly recommend this location. The facility was very clean, and the manager, Natasha, and all of the staff at Altitude Grapevine were incredible! The kids had a blast jumping, and my husband and I were actually able to sit relax and enjoy ourselves. 10/10!

We celebrated my daughters 7th birthday here. It was perfect, absolute HUGE success! Thank you so much to Tasha & Andre who helped facilitate everything. Speaking from experience of the stress of planning/hosting a kids birthday, this was as easy as it gets. They setup the table before we even arrived (I dropped off the themed plates etc prior to the party - they provided them, but I wanted specific ones). The kids had a blast, and they even had a scheduled time to clear a trampoline area for a group photo! Even the adults had fun! I want to schedule MY next birthday party here!

Would’ve been a five because my kids really enjoyed it but I think it’s stupid how your online says 2-6 with adult jump 8.95 and 2 under are 6.95 with parent u you guys charged me 46 dollars sounds stupid right? I have a 2 yr old & 4 yr old with two parents 🥴 maybe you need to be more specific

Gorgeous! It is one of the best looking trampoline places Ive ever been to visit. Did their virtual tour and did extra panoramas just so I can show how beautiful this place is from one end to the other. I even told my friends and family to come check it out for party too. Been to parties at other trampoline places, none is like t his place. It is so beautiful! Definitely coming back!

Great place and safe. My child loved the millions of trampolines and was definitely a great choice to run down the hyperactive batteries. The manager and her staff were really great and overall the experience is top notch. We will definitely come again.

When I informed them I have a medical exemption they asked me to leave. Plain and simple discrimination that is protected under the ADA. Owner should learn what the laws are before they try to enforce them.

This was a great place to take my kids to release all the excess energy they have! The staff was friendly and I thought the price was reasonable. I liked that everything seemed clean. I also appreciate the court monitors and the good job they did watching over all the kids. It made me feel comfortable sitting at the tables to get work done while my kids played.

Its really fun! It just gets kinda old after a while if you stay too long. You can only jump on trampolines for so many hours.

This is the friendliest place ever! And the staff is AMAZING!!! My kids and their friends look forward in jumping for 3 hours or more and hanging out with the staff. Make sure to get a membership because then you can come and jump FOREVER. As they jump, I get work done on my computer.

Big park. All about jumping, no riff raff, my kiddos luv it.

My sister and I took my four kids to this place for the first time to jump for two hours and it was fun until we realized the two young staff members were following us around way too closely and no one else. We were the only adults playing with their kids so I’m unsure why the other children weren’t being watched also. The male staff member also followed my sister to the restroom each time she went and or took my son. The prices are good and it’s a huge place for kids to get lots of energy out so I hope your experience is better but for us we won’t be returning to that location.

Altitude Trampoline Park is one of of my kids favorite places. We frequent the venue at least twice a week and hosted multiple birthday parties at this location. The staff is amazing and the General Manager is wonderful, compassionate and greets us by name when we enter the building. 5 star service for sure! Highly recommend and awesome deals throughout the week.

This place is amazing first time coming here and the staff is super friendly and welcoming with great energy. This place is very well kept clean as well.

This place gets way more hype than it should. The signage when you walk in should clearly state Step 1 is the waiver and Step 2 is to pay. High school kids at the front desk were nice but need more customer service training (in addition to other staff around the facility). They have different jump areas but I think the space could have been laid out better. It would also be helpful to put screens on the walls showing the wristband colors with how much time is left so we dont just wait to hear it called when the jump time is up. Definitely wouldnt have a birthday party here. Overall, I can get more bang for my buck at other indoor trampoline places.

This is a fantastic place to let the kids burn off some energy. We attended a birthday party here and the hostess was great. If youre a big kid like me, youll enjoy jumping around and falling into the foam pit.

Altitude trampoline park is a great place to get out some energy. I have three young children so it’s hard to go in the summer with all the bigger kids bouncing around but toddler time during the school year is perfect! My kids can bounce from 10-1 for only $6.95! Even just going for a couple hours wears them out enough they don’t fight nap time. We have never left disappointed.
