Ricardo and his crew did a great professional job of cleaning or gutters and spouts. They also did a good job cleaning up after the work was done! They even did the work on Sunday. I can only highly recommend their services!

Called and was confirmed an appointment between 1-4 pm but no response from them. I called and texted them for a response but no answer. Why do you need to confirm an appointment if you can’t keep it. Highly unresponsive and unprofessional.Update July 31 2021: Responded quickly and explained the issue. Great job gutter cleaning! They used a pressure washer to effectively clean out the gutters without having to remove the screens already in place. There was a lot of buildup of leaves, but it worked well. Their price was also very competitive given the quality of service.

Team was on timeCleaned all but one window as they / me didnt move the furniture in front.Team did a great on the cleaning but left the dirty water on the floor and tub. They should have put down towels or plastic and cleaned up the mess.

First time experience, while they were able to get me on the schedule for the very next day, there was a mix up with scheduling so they had to push it back a few days. They were apologetic and extremely communicative which honestly made up for it! (We are all human, right?) 🙂 My windows are clean, crystal clear to look through and our gutters were over due for a good cleaning. I will absolutely use their services again.

I have used AllShine Window for almost three years now and they always do a very good job on my windows at a reasonable price. I will continue to use them for my windows. The good experience was not the same for the power washing services. After pointing out to the crew some of the issues I wanted addressed with the power washing I was assured they would walk around the house/porches and address those issues anywhere they saw them. This did not happen. I dont feel like I should have to stay with them then entire time they are providing a service to get a job well done.

Submitted request for service through Google Local Services. No response..Very unprofessional.

They arrived over an hour after given time slot without a call or heads up. Then they wanted to charge me $100 over estimated price. They ended up coming down to $65 over estimated price. I would have cancelled and gone with someone else if my house wasn’t getting pictures to go on the market the next day.

I called Allshine out to power wash some rust stains we had from our AC drain. At first, the technician was doubtful he would be able to clean the stains. I told him that was fine and to do what he could. I appreciate the honesty. It actually did look a great deal better. I wish I had taken pictures. Reasonable prices and friendly people. I will definitely be calling them back out next time!

The workers arrived in quoted time frame and checked areas to be cleaned. Quoted price and explained the breakdown of charges. They wore shoe covers and ladders had special rubber pads for protection of wood floors. Would use again.

AllShine did a great job of cleaning my 30-year-old dirty exterior windows, even making special effort to get some silicon off that had dripped down during painting. They were honest in telling me that exterior cleaning usually makes the biggest difference, so I concentrated on that. Will have them back next time for sure.

Gutter cleaning - The actual cleaning of the gutters, and clean up afterwards was very good and Id give 5 stars for the work done. Two aspects of note included a late change in the appointment time (from a Saturday morning requested a week earlier to a Friday afternoon) and a change in the quoted price. While scheduled Friday at 3, the workers showed up 2 hours earlier and I asked them to return at the scheduled time (I actually let them come back 30 minutes later as a scheduled appointment got cancelled), and the price requested of me for payment was slightly higher than quoted on the phone. The workers did accept my payment for the amount i told them I was quoted. So, all in all, I was very happy with the actual work done and heavy rain a few days later affirmed how everything was once again flowing great. Thank you.

Scheduled a gutter cleaning, which they confirmed multiple times. Waited around all day for them to come and they didn’t show. When I called to be like, where are you? the person said they tried to call once and didn’t leave a voicemail. She said, “I think we don’t service that area.” They should have never scheduled. They should have left a voicemail. Unprofessional waste of time.
