Great loading times, 1 1/2 hours to load. Bad side is it took 30 minutes to get B.O.L.,s. Not really friendly are helpful.

Waiting for 5 hours to get loaded just to find out the load isnt even ready and no clue when it will be ready

The worst. 3 hours waiting in the dock. They don’t start loading still.

Convoy drivers. Don’t come here unless you have a pick up number that starts with 100 or 400 at least that’s what the lady at the office told me. Other than that they are nice people.

Its ok. Getting into a door or getting turned around so you can get into a door can be a real pain. Otherwise they arent too bad.

Negative stars from me, 2nd time here both were terrible, today I have a 3pm appt, check in at 2pm lady takes my # says I will call you with a dock in a few mins its shift change, I here nothing so at 4pm I walk in and told load is being pulled and it will be at 7pm, no call at 7 I go in at 730 and told still not ready. Finally at 850pm Im put on a dock, lost my clock here and will be late for delivery. Load here at your own risk!!

Got a door right away. But they unload a couple of pallets at a time. And only 2 trucks in a door right now. Imagine when this place is full

Drivers you better pack a lunch its gonna take a while to load. Place is super busy took 10 hrs to load after appt better be sure and get detention pay

Flustercluck. Lots of trucks coming and going for such a small area. We had to wait on someone to get out of door before we could go in. Yet every single truck that came after us got a door right away which is kind of bull. Appointment time is 4pm. Got here around 3pm. Been in a door for about 45 mins now and they havent touched us. Currently 5:10pm....

Parking is a hassel. So many truckers just blocking your way other then loading time is decent. Not a bad place tho.

Arrived 30min before delivery appointment departed 1 hour later. Good Experience
