My INITIAL experience went quite well. I ordered a laptop charger for less than 1/3 the price Id gotten for my last one, and I was quite happy with it for the month that it lasted. Then I went to plug it in late December 2010, and it sparked between the large box in the middle and the plug that goes into it, causing it to stop working. I contacted the company via email and received a reply back reasonably quickly. They sent some instructions concerning their return policy. It took me some time to figure out, but I was glad to learn (by searching their website) that chargers have a year warranty. I shipped the charger back to the company on February 7th, 2011 through USPS. It is now March 5th, and I have not heard back from the company.Their website includes a way to track your RMA (the code for replacement requests), and it says they have not yet received the package. I sent an email to the company and received a generic We got your email reply. Hopefully, theyll be able to help, but I do not expect anything to happen very quickly. The one thing I recommend about this company, is use caution and do not expect anything to happen quickly. It seems that Laptops for less means both less money and quality.
Bad customer service.
