I am a first time car buyer and had a great experience here. I had been shopping online for a couple weeks before someone recommended Texas Nissan to me. I checked out their used inventory online, found my perfect match and called the showroom to confirm its availability. I came in just in the nick of time because they sold all of those same models that same morning I was there. (Close call). Our time with Justin was exactly what I could have asked for. He was up front and honest throughout the whole process. He was courteous of our time and apologized when something out of his control took longer than he had anticipated. Our finance guy Isiah was easy to work with and upfront with the details. I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend these guys to my friends and family in need.

Update : Got a call from the service manager and helped me with the situation. Took my car back the next day and all the issues were addressed. The service was pretty good.Updating my rating from 1-->4.------------------------------------------------------------------------------Very bad service Went in for a 50K service and when I got my car the oil change wasnt done. Took it back the next day and they said it is done and put the sticker . Few hours later get the dashboard warning of oil maintenance required .Very bad service . Will not go there again. Waste of time and money.
I was looking for the perfect vehicle for me and my family we found it at Texas Nissan of grapevine. The vehicle was a bit out of our price range but Sam Sallam worked with us until we got everything that we wanted and the payment was right for us. He was persistent kind and helped us through every inch of the process letting us know everything that we needed to and much more along the way. I am very hard to please and Sam made sure that I was happy driving away with a smile. I recommend going to Texas Nissan of grapevine great people great atmosphere and there to help. Everyone here is great! I came in late for them to help with changing a tire and they were all super nice about it! I come here for service all the time and I’ve never had any problems of complaints. They always get me in and out as soon as possible. Really happy with the service everyone provides here!
I stopped by the dealership without an appointment after another Nissan dealership was unable to meet my expectations. Immediately Frank came out introduced himself and wanted to help me find my new vehicle. I knew what I was looking for and Frank took me directly to the vehicle I wanted and was very knowledgeable about all the features. He worked with my wife and I and got us a great deal! Tried to bring my brothers Nissan in for fixing an alignment and this lady with blue hair completely ignored and skipped me to talk to everybody else that was behind me. Then some nice man came to help but the price for the alignment was way overpriced when I went to a different shop that was way more personable and kinder for a cheaper price.

I had a great experience purchasing my newused (used) auto from Texas Nissan. I never cared for the auto purchasing setup because it always seemed so insensitive to your time. Well not this this. The used auto sales person Brandon really made this process smooth and quick. The finance person did a great job as well. Keep up the great team work!!
Called last on Friday 10/1 when my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, with the push button starter, would not start with only 56K miles. I called asking for help, and was told to have the car towed 25 miles to the dealer. I figured out I needed a battery charge. This should should have been easy to troubleshoot. Why did my battery not get checked when I had an oil change 8 days ago? Not happy with the service at this dealer

They must hire trained personnel to deal with all types of public and handle education and planning standards. The employees were talking to each other and were not paying attention to the needs of the customers, in addition to a lot of disorganization. And as for the workshop they checked a recall that the vehicle has and they left me seat belts and dirty seats, my upholstery is beige, I am very upset because I take great care of my car. Now I have to have the seats washed. I recommend changing the Service Manager because with a good manager, employees should do a good job.
Having had a very negative dealership experience two years ago, I stopped by Texas Nissan of Grapevine to drive what has been my dream car, not planning on buying, just test drive one to make sure it’s what I still loved.I was apprehensive from the start and I was very specific on my terms. Only 1 credit pull through Nissan & I had a trade I didn’t think would be possible so I wasn’t afraid to walk away. They did exactly what I asked and I CHOSE my car. I didn’t settle and nobody else chose it for me!Frank in sales was great!! Sales Manager Jose was great and Ron in Finance was experienced and got the job done. I can’t thank them enough for a positive and painless experience!!For anyone putting a negative review, I’d say do your due diligence. When buying a car - you negotiate your terms. If your not happy with the terms, you have the right to negotiate so you get what you want. Jose was easy to work with and negotiate with.After the sale was complete, Frank had me drive to the service department to explain the process. I was introduced to one of the service managers and given his business card for scheduling my service needs. I value the after car that Nissan does on its cars. Best I’ve experienced!I ended up with a better car than I originally fell in love with two years ago! Happy customer and I will only have it serviced at Texas Nissan of Grapevine!
I was purchasing a car for my daughter and was referred to a sales associate at this dealership by a family member. The overall process was not terrible, but definitely flawed. First, I selected the color preference for the vehicle I was purchasing and was told it was available. However, the following day I was told that a completely different car was being prepared for me to purchase and pick up. I didn’t allow that to impede the process as I continued with the purchase. There also was financing issues that was brought to my attention a few days later requiring the modifications of the deal. Even though it was a clerical error on their part, I re-signed and agreed to the modified terms even though it was in their favor. Even after going through all of that, the sales associate had the audacity to contact me because I selected a 9 instead of a 10 when completing the survey that caused him not to receive a bonus. Keep in mind, there were no special deals awarded in the deal nor no favors given. He also mentioned I was supposed to answer “yes” to the questions asked even if the the answer was definitely “no.” For example, the question read “did the sales associate introduce you to the service rep?” When I explained my answer to the sales associate, he said why would I introduce you because you probably won’t be driving over here to get your car serviced. Ironically, the expectation was for me to still answer yes. It is absolutely absurd that he contacted me about the survey especially with such a disrespectful and harsh tone. He didn’t consider that the 9s (which reflects outstanding) should have been 4s. The solution should be to fulfill the requirements referenced on the survey versus requesting that the consumer fabricate their answers. Purchasing a vehicle is one of the most dreaded components that consumers have to deal with. Buyers please beware of this dealership because it’s not about ensuring your needs are met, instead it is based solely on if a bonus will be awarded to the sales associate.
This was my first time going to this dealership and I usually go to Don Davis but the customer service was truly exceptional at Texas Nissan and my service advisor Stephany was phenomenal! She kept me updated every day on the status of my vehicle and was able to get my vehicle in the shop a lot faster than Don Davis after attempting to take it to their dealership 4 times and they were unable to have it looked at. When there were no rentals available throughout the DFW area, she went above and beyond to happily accommodate me. Although the main dealership I go to is closer to me, I would rather drive to Grapevine knowing that I am guaranteed nothing but truly exceptional customer service.
William Fowler was my service advisor and got me in and out in a shorter time than I (Randy Kemberling, husband) was told. I was unaware of my wifes Dr.s appointment when I scheduled my appointment. I thought I had enough time to get the Rogue serviced in the 3-4 hours I had scheduled. My wife had to drive 40 minutes to the appointment and I had not accounted for that, so I informed William of that and he said he would get it done ASAP. Kudos to William Fowler and the service personnel who worked on our Rogue. He exceeded my expectations in this instance. I will not expected to this be repeated. I usually can wait and have no problems spending time in your customer lounge.
Les and Jose made the deal quick and easy which is what we wanted. Les did a great job reviewing all the extra features on the car and ensuring we knew how to work everything.

Second time Ive gone for service, and its still pretty bad. The service advisor told me I would have to leave my car for a few days before a tech could get to it to perform a free routine maintenance. I asked why I couldnt just bring my car when it was my turn, like using a pager at a restaurant or getting a callback from a busy phone service line, but that seemed like a foreign concept to the service department.I said the same to the service director, Mark, and he gave excuses about being short-handed. Sure, a lot of businesses are—so why not find a way to make it work for the customer? He said that the car has to be left to get it in line, which Im fairly certain isnt true. Who would buy a car you have to leave untouched on someone elses lot for a few days every year? Worse, he followed it up with the more insulting Im sorry you feel the way you do. Im only sorry I came back.Two stars, because unlike the other Nissan dealerships in the area, Texas Nissan actually answers the phone.

This dealership is a joke with smoke and mirrors, this restoration fee of 2000 dollars is a joke. They put out vehicles with nothing working in the like the back up camera, leather that is coming off the doors, and tires with no tread life let in them. Then want charge you a fake fee. People I hope you stay away from this dealership, go with someone that is honest with their price and doesnt mark it up after you get there with bogus fees.

I was traveling when AC went out. I called ahead to my destination area on a Friday to schedule service. I was 90% sure my compressor had failed. They ordered one to get it on site and when I got in town I dropped off the car that evening. They started working on it Saturday morning and had it back to me by 1:30 pm. No hassle and at a price that I already had expected to be the cost. I am pleased with the experience.
These guys are very good at keeping track of your vehicle and sending you notices for when the next service is required. They give you an estimate for the time to service your vehicle and usually are right on schedule.
Buyer beware, I was promised that an issue with a preowned car would be fixed by the service department free of charge before purchasing. I was strung along and told they would provide me this in writing, but after I signed the papers, was told that they couldn’t fix the issue and the car was sold as is. Very sketchy company…I will never go back.
Having a mobile unit come to my house to repair the recalled air bag inflators was such a huge help for me! The technician arrived even earlier than expected, (and called first to make sure that was okay), and fixed my car within 15 minutes. And Paula, the woman who set up my appointment, was very friendly and helpful. It was all extremely appreciated!

⭐️UPDATE: After I posted this review, Jose called me and did his absolute best at trying to get me in the car I wanted. I decided that I should not punish the entire business because of one person so I gave him a chance to fix things. He has been working with me all week and I should be picking up my car this evening or tomorrow. The salesman Frank was also great. I will also continue using the service dept there for all of my maintenance needs.I went there today to trade in a Maxima for an upgraded Maxima and the sales manager Joel was the WORST sales manager I have ever met! He was not interested in selling a car and could care less if I bought one or not. He gave me the numbers over the phone but when I went online to figure out the numbers that he told me, the payments were $100 less than what he said. I knew what he was saying wasn’t correct because I figured out an estimate before I even went to the dealership. My sister has been a car salesman/sales manager/finance manager for over 20 years so I know exactly how it works. Joel flat out lied to me and tried to screw me over! I would’ve been a loyal customer including service or anything else and sent lots of customers there if my experience would’ve been better but unfortunately, I will do just the opposite and make sure EVERYONE knows not to go there to get screwed! I am a hairstylist so I have quite a big mouth and a huge customer base from all around the area.

Les was my salesman. He was very helpful. He wasnt pushy, and made feel comfortable. He also answered all my questions. My previous vehicle was a 2012 Sentra and I got a 2021. He was very patient walking me thru all the gadgets, not just once but twice! Best car buying experience.Nick in the service department was excellent as well. Kept me updated on the service of my vehicle. He even offered to keep it an extra day just to make sure every detail was complete.

Very disappointed. I do understand it was my fault for not reviewing the paperwork more closely. I am not used to being screwed by a car dealer. They are the definition of Used Car Salesman We were there several hours drove from East Texas to Grapevine. When I was reviewing the paperwork to add to insurance I noticed they had charged $4,695 for extended warranty and never said a word. BAD BUSINESS Went the next morning after about 14 hours they said it had already been funded and I would have to pay the vehicle off to be refunded the Warranty cost. On top of that they charge $1,995 to get the used car to specifications to sell. This should not be added at the end. It should have been in the advertised price. Sooooo be very cautious and pay close attention to the finance department. Lesson learned.
The technician I worked with was very courteous and helpful. There were quite a few other customers that were waiting for their vehicles when I went at 8:30 am, which was obviously beyond his control, but he always helped/addressed them in a respectful fashion.

It was fantastic. I was feeling under the weather but my wife wanted me to buy her a new car. The salesman, Les, and finance manager, Michael, were very respectful of my time and condition.
My wife and I are first time buyers, and the floor manager and main manager tried to pressure and bully us into buying from them right then and there. Unfortunately, even though they said they were giving us a good deal, we saw that there was $1500 charged without any explanation. Also the sales tax was more than double what it should have been! I sense they know exactly what they are doing. We bought from a different dealer that was way more honest and upfront with us. Steer clear of this place like your life depends on it!

2 horrible experiences back to back. I was told 2 hours waiting at the most for an oil change and brake fluid change. I didnt leave for 4 hours. Customer waiting rooms A/C is not working so I stand the whole time in the checkout area. I ask about my car and they tell me it wont start because of a fuse. They dont have any cars to loan me, so I continue to wait. Come to find out I am lied to. They are still working on my brake fluid change. Way to trrat your customers. No apologies were given!

Most of the process was online and over the phone, which was so convenient with Covid concerns and busy schedules. I went in knowing what my payment terms would be, and the only change was because I opted to add the 5-year warranty. Our salesman, Frank, was so kind and helpful, as well as Joel, the sales manager.The finance manager helped me keep my payment within a comfortable range, while providing the warranty and all of the details. I never felt pressured or like I was being misled. It was easily the very best car-buying experience Ive ever had!
I arrived without an appointment, but the service manager said, No problem, and directed me to the customer waiting area which was clean and comfortable. It took less time than I had anticipated before the service was complete. I will certainly be back.

I cannot begin to explain how disappointed I am in my experience at this dealership, specifically with the the one who greeted us, Bianca. When we asked any kind of questions she was very passive and rude acting like we should have known the answers. Totally disinterested and we felt like a problem. You guys had a car we really wanted but her attitude is the sole reason we did not even make it inside. I can’t imagine how we would have been treated if we had actually came inside to buy something. We ended up going to Toyota down the street and bought a car that day and we were treated with nothing but respect. Dont waste your time here because clearly they don’t want your business.

I am glad that I have a car with Nissan. I was on vacation in Texas when my car would not started. My insurance company sent a guy out but he did not help. So I told them that my car need to be towed to nearest Nissan. I am glad it was one in the area I was in. They took very good care of me.. They came and pick me up and fixed the problem. Called to try to cancel and no reply. Also have called several times in 4 months and emailed that I didn’t receive a reimbursement check promised to the tune of $367! No one will call me back! So I’m adjusting my review.
I felt like i was lied to by the service department and still don’t know what they actually did to my car that took 4 hours to fix when it went in for an oil change and a tire rotation.Backstory-the car is newer (2017 50k miles I’m the only owner) Also it passed state inspection when it arrived. 4 hours later we were told it wouldn’t start and they had to put a new battery in it. I have no problem with mistakes but i have many problems with lies. Without being told the whole story of what ACTUALLY happened i find it very hard to trust that everything’s okay with my vehicle.

Just received basic oil change. Excellent service very fast.
I bought a Nissan truck here a few months ago. I purchased a 2 year warranty. I was told that part of the warranty covered fluids. I was told it was bumper to bumper. Two weeks after getting it, the starter goes out. The starter is located in the engine. I took it to a Nissan dealer who told me my warranty didn’t cover starters and it would be around $1200 to fix it. I went to change the oil and again was told the warranty doesn’t cover that.I called Nissan of Grapevine 3 days in a row and got passed around with no one who could tell me about the warranty. Then I finally spoke with Reggie Conwell. A very helpful man who got into my account and assured me that my warranty did cover the starter and oil changes and told me he would get it straightened out and call me back.The next day, after not getting a call back, I finally spoke to a finance manager who assured me that my warranty did not cover the starter nor oil changes, and on top of that, there is no one who works there named Reggie Conwell. This place is a joke. I will never buy anything from this place again. And don’t call me because I gave a bad review like Ft Worth did. Y’all earned it.

Saw a specific 2500hd. Set an appt and get told on arrival it was taken to auction. Said they try to pull it from auction and send pics. Day and a half later and still nothing. Hate to say it. I feel like they just wanted to get me in to try tonsell me something indidnt need or want.
I bought my Ram 1500 from Texas Nissan.Our sales rep was exceptional. He was not too pushy, super friendly, and extremely helpful.However, the finance department was well below average. There was a 1 hour and 40 minute wait for the finance department and I guess they were having a bad day because everyone that we encountered was not in the greatest mood.The ironic part about the situation is that we bought the vehicle outright and we didn’t even use any of the finance options that they were annoyingly trying to push on us.If I didn’t love the truck so much I would have left immediately after walking into the finance department.I’ll still give this place 3 Stars only because of my experience with the sales rep and the beauty of my truck, but the chances of me returning or recommending this place to anyone is very unlikely.
Parts department is excellent. They have helped me with my 2001 Nissan Frontier 4 cylinder. Looking for parts and honesty admitting when there is no part available. I like dealerships to be honest about their parts and not give me the run around.
Texas Nissan of Grapevine had the best service of any dealer we went to (Nissan and other dealers). They did an excellent job and answered our questions and provided excellent service. We will recommend Texas Nissan (and especially Les Hopkins and Ron Sentell).
My sells rep, Frank made it enjoyable and painless. I have always bought from Grubbs Nissan. I will have to really reconsider about ever going back. Sad but true
Just giving you guys a heads up, if they ever say “when you purchase a car, you will get $500 gift card.” Please ask for the gift card right away and don’t believe when they say “we will mail it to you”. It has been over a year that I bought a suv from them, I never received a gift card and every time I go to the dealership either the sales guy who helped me is sick or someone in his family is sick and that he has my gift card. I went to the dealership today, and asked if I can talk to the GM? One of the sales guy said “GM is on a meeting with the corporate for few hours and I am not going to interrupt him for your $500 gift card. That $500 was part of the deal and never got it till this day. They are just trying to play with the customers.

Very horrible place, my child was excited to get his first new car, and they are screwing him. Got a loan approved from bank now asking for more money, and its been over a month and have not given him his paperwork. Well be contacting news, better business bureau and who ever else needs to address this!!! Buyers to this location beware.
The worst dealer ever. I Have dealt with Lexus dealer, Honda dealer and Toyota dealer and never had any problem and even if you have an issue every dealer willing to help you so they keep you their customer and you can recommend them to other. I spent 7 hours to buy a car. They kept playing with the numbers but at the end I bought the car after they promised me to fix something that I asked them to fix that would not cost them $100. I have been having the car for 3 weeks and they did not do anything. The salesman “Jeff” stop replying to messages. Please people avoid this dealer. I would recommend Honda dealer in Richardson or even Toyota but not this one.I will definitely escalate this issue to Nissan so they know how some dealers mess up their reputation.
My car was clean and maintenance was done to my satisfaction; they told me I needed to replace brakes soon, but there was no heavy pressure.

She was patient, kind and explained everything to me in detail!! I will never go anywhere else, the customer service was wonderful & my car is running great!!!!
Easily some of the worst customer service. Called dealer inquiring about a used car spoke to a salesman to make an appointment to look at the car mind you I live 10 minutes away. Vehicle was sold by the time I got to the dealership. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.
The service was great and i was in and out quick but when i got home and then received a text message from an unknown number. the number turned out to be one of the service people texting me that there was a “wrench left under the hood.” turned out it might’ve been someway to have an excuse to text me or flirt with me once he began to carry on a conversation. the service was great but it just seemed really unprofessional for him to possibly have lied about a wrench left under my hood and go into the system to get my personal info. if the wrench was left under my hood that’s not something i would find professional either.
Nik explained everything in Detail. Even though I said the brake pads need to be replaced, the service department pushed back saying the brakes still have life and dont have to replace at this time. This is what customers expect. Most of us dont know much about the cars we drive and we trust the service centers. I never had issues with the Nissan service department at Grapevine in last 5-6 years. Brett also reponded to my questions and explained everything in detail. Really appreciate for being honest and for your extraordinary service.
I went to this location to get a second opinion and what was going on with my car. After not having the best experience at another location. I called, spoke to Nick he took all my information over the phone and the next day I walked in and was greeted by him and dropped off the car. It was such a smooth transition he told me he would keep me updated on everything; which is did! Via phone call or text which I preferred! He let me know exactly what was going on and how much it could cost to fix the repairs. He then told me he can see what he can do for me about reaching out to Nissan to see if they would be able to help cover any issues. He followed up with me the next day and told me Nissan would cover my full transmission with no cost! I couldn’t help but cry. Not only was that great news but they put me into a rental with no cost as well right before the holidays! Today I dropped off the rental and picked up my car and it’s driving perfect! I didnt think that my number one color was available in the model I was getting. I thought brilliant silver was the only one available. However, when I went to pick up the car, they had found my number one choice and surprised me. I was shocked and excited. I wouldve been happy with the brilliant silver, but was extra happy they were able to find the number one choice. It shows they were listening. Excellent experience all the way around.
Had to have my battery replaced and both headlights. In and out in remarkable time. Great place, and great people. William made everything happen quickly and professionally.

I brought my car here today after a break in last night my car was gone through nothing stolen luckily I live in coppell but my dad lives close to here so it was easier for him to meet me here to take me to doctors appointments while they worked on it and so I came here, to get my key fob and locks done AJ has been very helpful and friendly and professional every step of the way Nissan grapevine thank you, for all your doing… time to get my car back on the road and locks working so I can feel safe again …very clean and neat five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My service provider Nick was wonderful! He was very helpful and funny and made sure that I knew what would be done to my car and provided an estimated time for it to be ready for pick up. He also made sure to call me when my car was done. His great customer service was very appreciated!
I went up there and dealt with Steve. Biggest scammer Ive ever met. He told me that the car I was getting was $16,500.00 or around about. This was the “price with the warranty” and everything. This was my first car I’ve ever financed so I’m not keen to all the games. I put five thousand dollars down so it should of took the finance down to 11 or 12 thousand but they financed the car for the whole 16,500 and pretty much pocketed my 5 thousand dollars. Definitely won’t be buying a car from them again. I would definitely give the car back and go elsewhere if I could.

Bought a Truck here in March, the service here is by far the best I have experienced anywhere. My boy Wiley hooked everything up on the phone, both of my trade ins, and gave me a great deal, alI had to do was come in and sign my life away.I went there because the Ford in Grapevine was trying to bully me and wouldnt budge on a truck I wanted. They wanted to make a deal for them, not for both parties. A deal means everyone wins, the customer walks out feeling like he wins, and the Company walks away happy they just won as well, both sides win, thats a deal, and thats how I felt driving away from this dealership. I hope to do business with them again, they are a professional, stand up bunch, I recommend them to anyone who will listen.Oh PS, I lost my title (dunno how) to one of my trade ins, and they also took care of that. What a breath of fresh air, painless, wonderful bunch of dudes, you wont regret it.
They did a great job. A bad Water pump is not something that a 4 yr old truck should have so they didnt have the part to replace it. They ordered the part and gave me a vehicle to drive and then got it fixed. It seems to be driving better than before. Thank you.

I bought a car there 2 weeks ago. Literally not even a hour after I left I decided to use the ac because I was driving with the windows down to enjoy the ride to find out the A/C wasn’t working properly. I texted my sale person James Carr and asked them if they knew about the ac problem. He told me they didn’t know. Ok whatever I’ll just recharge myself even though the service people at the dealership should have inspected it. Not even a apology. A couple days pass by I’m low on coolant. I’m thinking great they probably didn’t add coolant to it either. Added coolant. Talked to a sale manager and basically just told me they bring in someone that has their own service people. Apologizes but didn’t ask what he can do to resolve it. Whatever I’ll just add coolant. Another couple days pass by and low coolant again. I had a mechanic check it out and the radiator is cracked. If they had thoroughly checked the vehicle for those 2 common issues this wouldn’t have happened. It’s also low on transmission fluid and was low on engine oil. I called again and explained my issues and basically told me oh well it’s your car now deal with it. He said they did thoroughly check it for issues but OBVIOUSLY THEY DIDNT if they didn’t do something as simple as recharging the A/C! These problems were obviously already present before I bought the car and they refused to fix it. I live almost 4 hours away I took a whole weekend off to give them my business and this is how they treat me. I understand if they wouldnt want to if I came with these issues months later but come on not even an hour left and already had my first problem with it. Anybody else with good customer service would’ve taken care of me. Just bad business practices.
