Always skeptical when going to a franchise versus a private shop but I was blown away from the honesty of SCOTT the shop mngr. When other shops tried to charge me upwards of $500 for a simple alignment on my truck, Scott and his mechanic were very honest about what I dont actually need and even showed me hands on. This is how you keep customers happy and win trust by being honest the first time and every time. I value that kind of integrity and I will definitely return for business.

Dealership told me I needed back brakes and rotors because I was down to 1mm. Went to Drivers Edge and the pads were 7 or 8mm, but one of the pads had chipped, which they repaired and I was safe again. They let me know the options that I had now and in the future. They are honest, reliable and economical. Glad to have found my new car maintenance home.

I paid $1k for alignment, tire rotation, and new brake pads. Ive taken the car in 3x my since then because they didnt rotate the tires and didnt turn the rotors the first time around. Did a shoddy pad slap job. Now the tires are rattling and still grinding a bit, despite leaving it almost all day yesterday. Im just giving up on the sunk cost and having a new mechanic do whatever needs to be done.Id rather pay dealership prices and have some minimum expectation of quality than overpay for poor work here.

Pretty impressive when a mechanic actually tries to save the consumer money when they easily could’ve charged enormous amounts of money for work that wasn’t mandatory. Very happy. Scott was very hospitable and the entire operation was professional and efficient!

I gave them an opportunity on tires. They called when the tires came in, and I went there. I had to wait on wheel weights that they didn’t have, then after I got home they called to let me know that they forgot to give me the lock nut back. Maybe tires is an afterthought at this place. I just don’t have the time for mistakes.

Dealer said it would take a week to look at my car which had an oil leak. So I had it towed here and they found and fixed the problem - wrong size oil filter - in the same afternoon I brought it there. Awesome service & team, I highly recommend them!

Ive been using them for years. No complaints really. Theyve been consistently good and honor the coupons I get in the mail.But in case they read these - I have been trying to reach them by phone yesterday and today because the sticker on one of our cars doesnt have the mileage of the last oil change and I wanted to ask them to look it up. (We do all our oil changes there). But the phone is always busy. ALWAYS. As in off the hook maybe. Ive called before, so I know they usually answer.I will change my review to 5 star if they reply here or if I can eventually get through to them. Not being able to call them or even leave a message is costing them a star.

What can I say! These guys are above and beyond!!!! Navy is his name I believe, this guy is A1! He is one of the managers from what I can gather and represents the company great. I am a police officer and I take my off duty police cars that I use for extra jobs to them. I have for about 2 years now. Recently the closing hours changed from 6pm to 5pm. I spoke with Navy about this being an issue as I work 8-5 Monday through Saturday. I was concerned that I would have to find another shop. Navy went out of his way stating he would stay after on Wednesday to make sure I got my oil changed. Now I’m not gonna pretend I’m some big spender there or like my leaving would have remotely effected their business. But for him to do that was just stellar and made me a customer for life! Lucky I was able to get off early but it’s the thought and willingness to execute that thought that counts.

I have been here many times for oil changes and state inspections and have always been treated very well. Today I bought a set of four tires. I was offered a ride home if I didnt want to wait since they had to go get them. The tires I had chosen and were initially available later werent in stock. I was given an upgrade (from a 40,000 mile tire to a 75,000 tire) at the original price. My car was ready about 2 hours later, sooner than I had expected.

I ordered a tire from Amazon and had it shipped there. When I got there they told me that it would be $19.99 in which I told them that I had paid this online through Amazon. The guys there said that they didn’t and don’t receive a fee from Amazon (which is weird because they charged me). Nonetheless the guy up front and possibly the manager said not to worry about it after I offered to go ahead and pay (and that I would take $21.65 charge up with Amazon). They insisted that I not and took care of my vehicle right away. I really enjoyed their customer service experience and if I ever need anything else done I will choose this place!

I happened to break down right in front of their shop. They took a quick look, noted the problem and would have to order the part but took me home. Unfortunately it took awhile to get the part (which was not their fault) but they kept me in the loop about what the status was.I got a call at 4:57pm (they close at 5:00pm) and was told my Jeep was ready. I replied I couldn’t get there in 3 minutes and I didn’t have a ride there when they offered to come pick me up and would stay late.I am VERY pleased with the service, their customer relation skills and the fact they didn’t charge me the “worst case scenario” quote!If I weren’t moving out of state, they would be my “go to” mechanics!

I went in to have my car inspected these guys are great theyre fast theyre present they call you by your name and treat you as an individual and they dont try to rip you off his thats pretty good.

This was my first visit to Drivers Edge. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and courtesy the employees exemplified. My only concern was that I spent nearly two hours there for a tire change. While I understand that I didn’t have an appointment, the length of time it took for what I consider a minor job was too long. I do recommend using this auto repair shop, but if you’re short on time, you might want to check first on your possible wait time.

We had gotten a oil change a month prior and the technician mention our axel was leaking. I found time to bring my car in a month later and set up a repair for a axel replacement.I brought in the car for the repair after the needed part arrived and was informed that a different part that needed repair. The mechanic also pointed out other recommeneed repairs my last mechanic had missed. I decided to get the additional recommended repairs because it was the only car we had at the time and we needed to keep it going. I thought the repairs would take three days but it only took two. They knew this was are only car and one of their mechanics stayed late to finish up after hours. Very happy with the repairs and service from Drivers Edge Automotive.

Another branch hadn’t aligned it properly, so his staff fixed the other branch’s mistake and didn’t even charge me (normally $100 or so). Will definitely be coming back. This was great.

They came and picked up my car for an oil change and inspection then dropped it back off to me. And very fast. They only had the car for a little over an hour. I will definitely be using them again.

I randomly pulled into this business after picking my car up from another repair facility and noticing the wind shield wiper fluid dispenser was not functioning. Several of their employees took robe to check it out to find theme problem and did not even charge me. Weve gone here several times for various things. Notably they made a sizeable effort to assist my wife in replacing a dead car battery. Get my 2018 Prius maintenance here and assistance with replacing a flat. Ive been able to come in without calling and get what i need done same day.

I brought my vehicle in because my brakes were pulsating really bad. The guy behind the counter was very nice said they would look into it and see what they come up with. I got a call back from him about 30 minutes later. I needed new rotors and new brake pads in the front and they turned the rear rotors on the back. He was very thorough with my needs for my vehicle Hes a fair price so we told him to go ahead and do the job. This company is fast and makes getting a car inspection easy. I have taken everything to them from my Nissan GTR to my Chevy Spark for inspection. If I have any issues they are clear and up front about what needs to be done to fix the issue. I have gotten my inspections done there for 2 years now and will continue to do so.

I just wanted to let everyone know how professional this location is. I took in my classic car for an inspection, and in the process, the paint was scratched badly on the front fender. I noticed it when I got home, called the manger, returned and we looked at it, a full apology was given, and I was referred to a body shop that took care of everything. The way they handled the situation was flawless and made me feel valued. I will be returning and giving them my business from here on.
