Fantastic is always. Good service. I wish they were a little faster on their appointments. About 50 minutes for rotation and balancing. About 35 minutes for a new spare. Pretty good. They are everywhere what a good. I always would go with discount tire over anyone else, Because of the availability.

I’ve been using this location for 15 years. I’ve never had anything but a great experience here. They are honest, efficient, and go out of their way to take care of you. Free air pressure checks, no charge if nail damage is an easy fix, competitive pricing. Hayden H is a fantastic young man and took great care of me. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location. Further more, gotta applaud Discount Tire for their support across all stores. Had issues taken care of quickly and cheaply while out of town.

If you value the rims on your car avoid this place at all costs. I reluctantly purchased a set of four Michelin tires for on of my cars. I say reluctantly because the rims for these tires are very expensive.The salesperson told me he had his best guy on it. When they pulled the car up to the front their was a large glaring scratch on the front right rim. When I pointed out my displeasure with the outcome, the salesperson said there was no way they they could have made the scratch. These wheels were pristine when I brought them in. Unfortunately I have purchased tires from this store for years. I will never be purchasing tires from them again. There are far better options in the Southlake/Grapevine area.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the late 1990’s when I was a teenager with my first flat tire, all the way up until right now, their customer service (and service overall) has never been short of excellent. I wish every business out there operated like this one does. Discount Tires should be a customer service gold standard.

I drove past several Discount tires to get to this one because I remembered this location had customer service that was above all the rest. I was not wrong. Neil is the person that helped me today. I have a new car and was not sure which tires to go with but he was able to walk me through all the details and help me make a decision I felt good about. Not only that but he made a miracle happen and got me the tires same day even though he had to call around for them. The entire team here really just cares. If you are looking for a discount tire near grapevine/southlake, you should chose this one. You will not be dissapointed.

I have had to come here way to much in the last 60 days. So as is bound to happen I had a bad experience with not getting called back and having my tires get lost in transit. But the Manager, Joey, went above and beyond to correct the issue. No one wants a flat tire but I know Ill be back to this same location the next time it happens because of the service recovery I received.

Called with low air in my tire and they suggested a walk in or an appointment that afternoon. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Facility was clean and efficient. Just a terrific all around experience.

Bought countless tires from this location. The service is good but can be painfully slow at times, even when the place isnt terribly busy. But they do quality work so I keep coming back.

These guys are amazing. I got a flat on the highway coming back from my military duties, luckily this happened just a few feet away from their location. They took me in and helped me out even though it was 5 minutes past closing. And they even had my specific wheel spec in stock which was an added bonus. Really great full for these guys!

Last night my daughter drove over what could only have been the largest pothole in Grapevine and cut her tire sidewall. Her spare that had never been mounted in 11 years was of no use and I was at a loss on how I was going to get her home. I called the Discount store in Grapevine at 630pm knowing they closed in 30 minutes to see if they could help me with the spare tire. When I got there at 645pm they told me the spare was no longer safe to reinflate due to the age of the tire. I drove back and got the actual tire and rim and got back to the store at 655pm. They closed at 700pm. They sold me four new tires, mounted one, ordered a new spare for me. All in freezing temperatures and after they were officially closed. Cody, Emiliano, and whoever the tech who quickly mounted my tire were amazing. They deserve recognition for their dedication to service. I will never buy tires from anyone but Discount. Good job guys. You were a life saver.

The place is a joke. Ordered the wrong wheels a couple of times, and I had to reschedule my appointment. When you set an appointment they say it will take 45 minutes to get done, one hour later my car still sitting outside and not serviced. Finally, they get the right wheels in and when I show up to put them on they pull the you didnt make an appointment so it will take about an hour and half. Guess what!! One hour later many cars came after me got serviced and my car still sitting outside.This experience was very stressful and time comsuming because of the way they run this place.This will be my last time buying anything from these people. Save your money and sainty, and go somewhere esle.

Ordered over $2k worth of tires and wheels but the order was never placed. Then after talking about my different options from their mistake, they promised to do some research and call right back but never would. Happened multiple times. I tried my best to literally give them my business even though they screwed up multiple times before I finally decided to use Tire Rack. I’m doubting they make any outgoing phone calls ever, because I was owed a call back at least 4 or 5 times and never once got a call. Jeff and Hayden are who I worked with. Guess I’ll be taking my 5 other cars somewhere else for tires now. They are too busy patching tires to actually order product.

Fantastic customer service. I’ve been a discount tire customer for over 15 years, and never had any issue. For the first time recently, a had a problem with my rims after putting on new tires. I reached out and the manager Joey, was fantastic. He was super understanding and ready to resolve my issue. I come back a few days later to pick up my car and the customer service guy Eric, had gone above and beyond what I had expected to make the experience even better! They literally did more than what I had asked & paid for, in order to make things perfect. I waked in apprehensive and walked out ecstatic! They definitely have a lifetime customer now.

I have given business to discount tire over the past 5 years and they have yet to disappoint! Today was no exception I had a huge bolt in my tire and they were able to get me back and my tire patched in under 25mins! Would reccomend them to anyone!

The only thing I dont like about discount tire is that they never seem to put the correct pressure in the tire other than that I like the place.

Overall, 4/5. All-around the experience was fairly easy, although I almost got rear-ended numerous times while waiting in line as the line to check in can hold no more than 3 cars before youre sitting in the street... the frontage to a very busy highway might i add... otherwise once I checked in it was 15 minutes before they had my spare on for me and had taken the wheel off so I could go back to work. I never received a call when my tire was ready to be picked up so I called and they told me it was ready. I went back up there and was told only one car ahead of me. Waited 45 minutes and was frustrated walking up to the building from my car someone stopped me said they were about to come get me... when I was going to pay they had already included the certificates(warranty) in the price which I had talked to the manager, Joey, about previously. I decided I didnt want them so they were reinstating the installation cost since I was dropping the warranty(a very common sales tactic) joey must have sensed my frustration with that as well and docked the cost of install. For which I am grateful. Overall well done by the whole team, main loss of 5th star was due to wait times with no communication and not communicating price to me beforehand.

Covid safe.process. I checked in, parked and waited in my car.. got my tires assessed while I listened to the radio and got 4 new tires put on in less than a half hour.

Its a bunch of spoon-fed kids who dont like to work that pay no attention to detail. They didnt rotate my tires like they said they would, didnt attempt to put one of my center caps back on, left my spare on loose, and damaged one center cap. At least theyre replacing it.

I had a bad front right side tire on my 06 Rover that needed to be replaced immediately (ring of steel showing). I called ahead and told the sales guy my issue and my tire specs. Unfortunately I couldn’t afford a new at that time so I asked if he had a used one. He located one and he was very helpful. When I showed up an hour or two later I walked in and told a sales guy that I’d called earlier and explained the details as I had before and he said “hold on. I think that one tire is right by the door here.” They had actually set that tire out for me ahead of time! They slapped it onin 45 minutes and I was gone!! Great job!

Jeff the asst mgr does a great job helping out the customer. I have several cars and have worked with Jeff B for many years at discount Tire. My only question to Discount Tire is why Jeff is not a store manager at this point.

Got an apt for 12.30, arrived 12.25 - checkin up front - Advisor came within minutes, checked me in - told 45 mins tops for tire repair - done in 25 mins - wonderful friendly service and get this - they did not even charge me for the tire repair - they said its always no charge for tire repairs. I was blown away and they served me with a smile and expedited manner - did not have me waiting knowing they did not make a penny from my visit today. This is top notch. The guys here at discount tire helped me file a claim for my tire repair. After the numerous phone calls they had to make to file the claim, they still made it a pleasant experience and had a great attitude. I would highly recommend heading here it you have any questions or tire repair needs.

Quick and friendly service at a reasonable price. Have yet to have a bad experience in my 5 or so visits.

Unfortunately the staff were not able to fix the tire as it was beyond repair and they had no replacement. However they were professional, polite and courteous throughout. The shop is tidy and the bathroom is clean. It is a far better experience than I get in the UK. In particular I would like to highlight Shay who is a stand out member of staff and I hope Discount Tire recognise his potential.

For the littlest things done it’s always a 2 hr wait. Everyone’s always running around but nothing actually gets done. Also light on the skills.... had my tires rotated and balanced but they were only rotated not balanced. When I told the manager he apologized and fixed the situation. (Another 2 hr wait ). I recommend choosing a local company not owned by a huge corporation!

Always been a fan of Discount Tire, great value, friendly service, and quality work. Unfortunately my last experience was less than stellar. From the outset the employees seemed less friendly and took an hour longer than promised to install. After leaving I realized the tires were not properly balanced. I returned to have them correct the issue and was told the wait time for a balance is two and a half hours. I guess even if they didn’t do quality work the first time and weren’t overly friendly I should at least give them credit for properly estimating wait time the second go around.

Have all my tire work done at Discount. This location happens to be very close my work. Easy in and out. Usually pretty quick to get you in and out. But is busy location. Best to schedule appointment in advance but they will accommodate you if not. Had a little issue with a repair but they were more than fair when I returned the next day. Would highly recommend.

Great service! Didnt have to get a repair this time because it was determined that the tire was not leaking. It had caused the warning sensor to come on because of the weight of things I had in my car. So, we did the air check to refill the tires. Well go back if we see other issues.

They fixed my flat for free and they looked into my tire warranty (from a different retailer). They didnt have to do either of these things, but this is a tire shop that really cares for their customers.

My husband and I had the best experience with this discount tire. They went above and beyond for us and made sure we would be safe on the roads.

Tire light is on. Visit found nail in it. Its free to patch. So I let them do so. 1hr later .a guy brought a pressure sensor which broken .I can tell it broken while removing tire out of wheel. He denied that he broke it. He offered a new sensor without any charge. And after done. he keep tells me that he did not broken. And Saying he will not replace sensor next time guess what if they break it they gotta put a new sensor bottom line I would not go back this place.It can be break easily I understand .all he need to say is sorry and will install a new sensor .not denying and threating With attitude not gonna replaced next time. There will be no next time. I was not happy words out of his mouth. not a good place to go.

There was nothing discount about their prices, however the service was fast and friendly. I appreciated how they didnt rush me. I wont really know if I like the 2 tires I got until the other 2 are replaced. Financing is available.

Place was fully booked, they got me in and out of there in 30 minutes, and patched my tire when I was previously told it was unrepairable at Walmart. Great service, always going there first from now on.

My experience this morning at the Grapevine Discount Tire on 114 access road at approximately 13:20 was less than pleasant. The service representative told me he would not repair a slow leak as well as rotate my tires because my two rear tires were down to 2/32 tread. As an aircraft mechanic for 37 years, the airline I work for allows for 1/32 tread on our over night checks on all of our jet aircraft. These aircraft land in inclement conditions at 130 mph or more with less than 2/32 with no issues. This Discount Tire appears to be more interested in selling you tires when you dont need them rather than servicing your vehicle. I will find some place else that wants my business.
