The people are lovely but the place is not kept very clean or sanitized. They do a lot of good here and love helping families in need. You do need to go to I believe it was monthly meetings in person if you receive WIC benefits. It was difficult for me to find when I went there.

Everybody here has been so helpful and kind during my journey as a new momma. Bridget has been especially helpful. I’m so grateful.

We went there for immunization for my daughters.

The entire Josephine County WIC and Public Health Department are excellent. Its ez! First, unless the WIC office doors are wide open, go see the person at the window half-way down the long north/south hallway. There are waiting chairs and a restroom near this window. When WIC is open or you have an appointment, youll appreciate the inviting play area, kind staff, nurses, and many services.Dont forget--you can get children health services, food handlers permits and maybe UAs for that new job, dog licenses, condoms, STD testing, report or find out what to do about something unsafe all in this one building.Everyone who works here does more than one job, so please slow down and be kind--its almost as if youve stepped back into Mayberry, but be patient--theyll really take care of you!

I was supposed to have an appt that I couldnt make it to because of work, so I needed to reschedule. I called every day, sometimes multiple times a day for over a week. Every time I get the voice mail. I even selected the option to reschedule when I received the automatic appt confirmation phone call. I still have not heard from everyone. This is absolutely ridiculous.
