They have always been friendly, informative and accommodating. Like when I didnt realize that I needed to provide my own parcel to mail my item, kindly they helped me out. They explained, they are just a customer center not an official drop off center. It was very kind of them . Thank you again 🙂

I was in town on business, on 2/5/2021 I needed to send a few packages back to the office. I went to the Grants Pass location, and the gentleman at the customer counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also able to print me a couple labels. I just want to thank you Grants Pass UPS. This guy made my experience very pleasant.

Worst Service Ever. I made the mistake of filling a complaint that my delivery driver is Antisemitic and now they play games with all of my deliveries like holding my deliveries hostage at the Grants Pass Service Center that is 75 miles away from our home. Brad of the Grants Pass Service Center says our Gate is hard to open but oddly FedEx has no problem opening it, so at great expense we added a Gate Wheel per Brads Request but that was not good enough so they punish us by holding some deliveries while delivering others to the USPS Post Office and occasionally to our home. When you call it is impossible to Talk to a Human Being and their Robot gives you the phone run around for ever when you call. I hate UPS, worst shipper on earth!

The counter person is not friendly at all. The 1800 number and the customer service center have different information. If you have a choice use a different company to send your packages.

You guys are friendly and get the job done, but I cannot believe the amount of trash/litter you guys let loose in your parking lot for all your surrounding neighbors to deal with. It seems to get worse by the day.

My UPS center is very convenient to where I live I like the fact that you dont have to travel too far to get there it beats going into some of the smaller places and having to pay for the UPS services

Proper requirements for wearing masks and social distancing, and was simple and fast service, emailed a label to them, and they were able to print it out for us. Makes things so much easier for us.

For the third time, the UPS driver dumped my shipment on the ground at the end of my driveway. The last time, it got rained on and ruined. This time, animals got into the package. I went to the web page, and there is absolutely NO visible way to complain about a delivery, so I tried calling the phone number. That was even worse. The automated voicemail system failed three times to recognize my tracking number, and there was again no way to get out of the infinite loop of irrelevant messages and assurances that my business is important.Obviously UPS is now to big to care.

What happened to your great delivery drivers? I am now finding packages left next to an open gate. Not visible from my home but very visible from the street and passing cars. The tracking information is not updated correctly so I have no idea when to expect packages. I will start double checking shipping options with sellers and try to avoid UPS, it is too bad the drivers cant seem to deliver a package to the front door anymore.UPDATELast few months the deliveries have been left on my front porch, not left sitting by an open gate.Its important to acknowledge improvements with any company and this shows me UPS does care about their customers. Great job and 5 stars.

Not happy with their service at all. Package supposed to have been delivered the 22nd. They still dont have it because ups only stops at the end of the lane and honk for some one to come to the truck. With small baby, impossible. Thought it was policy to deliver to the door.
