Had a great hot stone massage with Denise, she was outstanding. It wasnt only relaxing but she also got all the tension massaged out. Thank you and Ill be coming by soon! The facility is very warm and inviting. All the ladies were very nice.

Posted now for a second time as the first was deleted mysteriously. Never has an experience been so unbelievably terrible as to where I felt compelled to leave a review so that others could exercise caution before going somewhere. This is the 2nd experience for both my wife and I, yes slow learners but we hoped to give them a chance, and the spa did not disappoint in out-doing themselves, they actually got worse from the first bad experience. Booking out a month in advance in something that is not out of the ordinary at times and that was not the problem. My massage was set up for the day prior to my wifes. Upon showing up for the massage, I was told the scheduler has made a mistake and switched the appointment names, mine for the following day and my wifes for my time today. Instead of an easy switch being made, I was told the masseuse scheduled for my wife would not massage men and that I was out of luck after waiting a month. Now for my wifes appointment the next day. After arriving at 10 for a nail appointment, she did not get recognized or greeted as the desk staff was too busy chatting with somebody about their work to check her in...until 10:18. She should have used the long wait time not to only dodge the rude bullets thrown at her but perhaps to reconsider ever coming here at all. But hey, they couldnt mess up the complimentary mimosa so maybe they should try switching professions? But the nails were done right so at least they paid attention during their 10 week beauty school course. Yeah for pass / fail grading. Time to pay but not left off the hook yet, thanks to a wonderful package we signed up with at the neighboring Club Northwest, we were told we would receive 15% off for Spa services. Apparently no one told the spa this or the raised-in-a-barn rude front desk worker who said she would honor this only once and never again.Now to her massage later that day at 1:45, this is where the spa truly shines. Round two and the front desk is ready with more comments, making sure she is in fact there for her massage that we scheduled a month prior since they screwed up my massage time the day before. Now its time for her *relaxing* 90 min massage, my wife was hopeful for a redeeming experience, my how those hope balloons get popped. After 5 minutes of casual get to you know you chat, my wife was hoping for a spa like experience, but what awaited was over an hour of illicit stories with sailor swearing and frequent pauses in the massage for the masseuse tell stories with her hands. At one point she moved my wifes neck to the side for a stretch and pushed down so hard that she cracked her neck and my wife has had a searing headache with pain ever since. At least we have a good chiropractor to sort it out. Where were we, oh the massage, well the masseuse must be a good story teller because she got so enthralled with her own tale she ran out of time on a 90 minute massage, which she ended 15 minutes early, and decided to drape hot towels on my wifes legs instead of doing any massage work. Oh goody, probably the best part of the massage, although truthfully the best part was when it was over my wife says.Unfortunately this facility should look at relocating to an even more rural location, perhaps klamath falls?

Terrible experience getting a massage here yesterday. The massage therapist started late and ended early, came back into the room after asking me to dress down without knocking first, never checked in with me once during the massage, was smacking her gum the entire time and was rushed and sloppy. I honestly could not wait for the massage to be over and have never had an experience like that any other place Ive gone. Overall horrible experience, unprofessional and definitely would not go back or recommend.

Usually love this place. Get my hair done regularly. Last time I went I was charged $35 MORE than the hair stylist discussed with me before the appointment. Also, she left HUGE FOIL MARKS all over my hair and claimed it was because my hair was dirty even though I washed it the day before. Will not being going back.

I was greeted with a smile, offered a complimentary beverage (I had wine)😁 and was made to feel very comfortable and welcome there!Ashley did some waxing for me, she was a very sweet lady, and did a great job! I then got a Swedish massage from Caroline! It was beyond wonderful! I cant wait to go back!😁

Very nice place. Prices are a bit high--but this is a very fancy facility. I had a great massage here plus any massage comes with full access to their facilities, making the cost more justifiable.They did have to reschedule my appointment. I realize these things happen, but I was an out-of-towner and had a tight schedule. Plus when checking out the cashier yakked with someone for ten minutes before taking my payment.For those reasons I cant give it a 5, but your visit will probably be better. I still recommend this place.

I love the Spa at Club Northwest. Yesterday 5/11/19 I had a wonderful facial with Angel. It was heavenly! My skin looks and feels amazing. I was in serious need of some pampering and I was very well taken care of. You have a wonderful esthetician in Angel!

From the moment I open the door of The Spa At Club Northwest I am greeted with warmth and an offer to have water and to have a seat. It is hard to sit in the lobby. There are so many interesting products to look at. I never wait long for my appointment. If more time is needed to wait, I am informed. Totally comfortable in every room and a light fragrance of flowers fills the air. Every service is handled by caring technicians. My comfort is always at the top even when I am getting waxed. The best is I always leave feeling and looking better then I first walked in. This spa is elegant.

I brought my senior dance team for a spa day. The entire staff started pampering us from the moment we walked in. We had eight in our group and they went out of their way for the entire 7 hours we were there to make sure we were doing ok and if we needed anything. We had amazing facials and full body massages. Plus we were able to relax in the spa, sauna, hot tub, steam room and pool, in between our services. I will for sure be back next year with my seniors.Thank you

The experience was jumbled, felt rushed and no one knew what was going on except that I was rushed in due to a scheduling mishap before. The reviews they asked for was for the specific services. I felt like the people really wanted to do a good job, but the quality just wasnt like before. I didnt get all of my services for the whole day of beauty and the review they sent me didnt leave room for anything but ther individual services. Luckily, I had someone picking me up because I was way over served. Maybe as a way of hiding the fact that I was getting shorted on services and spent a lot of time waiting between them. I was pretty well snokered when I did their review and everyone got 5 stars lol. Im torn about giving them another try. $300 for that experience has left me wanting for sure.

I haven’t had the time to leave a rating and I’m just getting to this. I got my hair done for my birthday and was told my hair was supposed to be $120. During the session it got priced up more as we went along. If I would have know it would have been $200 dollars to get my hair done I would have gone somewhere else. Extremely mad they priced me $80 dollars over what was told and to top it off, I discovered my hair was not even cut even. Not barely notable, but drasticly uneven cut. If I could post a picture of my uneven hair I would. The color turned out good, but the cut didn’t.

My wife and I went together and we were treated very well. The massage for each of us was exceptional. Looking forward to next time.

I have been going to Club Northwest since January, 2015 andhave made going there integral to my well being and to my life.The overall staff, equipment, classes, etc., are extraordinary.I highly value this club and find it better than any other gym/healthclub that I have ever belonged to in over 40 plus years.

I treated my sister and I to 60 minute deep tissue massages. There was originally a hiccup with the online booking system, but the staff was able to work it out so that we could both be seen at the same time. Steve Keener was a wonderful massage therapist, very knowledgable and thorough. The massage included a foot soak/massage prior to the appointment. The spa was beautiful and every room I had the pleasure of sitting in or walking though was so peaceful and inviting. Steve was really in tune with the exact amount pf pressure I needed to help my pained areas while helping me to completely relax. I would highly recommend this spa but I would suggest calling for your appointment request instead of booking in online through their website. A truly wonderful experience for both my sister and I. We will definitely return next time we are in the Grants Pass area.

This was my first experience at a spa and I loved it! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I will go back and definitely recommend them to everyone!

My friend and I would get massages on a regular basis at the club but almost every time something about one of our appointments would change.....ie: who the masseuse would be, what time the appt would start, and the best one was where they cancelled one appt but not the other(weve never gone to the spa without one another) THEN after speaking to the front desk woman she apologized and said that someone would be calling to talk about things. ... weeks later no phone call.... shady ladies! Weve since quit going and dont plan on returning any time soon. .. i also no longer refer any of my friends or co-workers there.
