This is the most unprofessional business in Grants Pass. First off the way the receptionist or whoever she was spoke to my cousin on the phone was completely unacceptable. Telling her she needs to be quite and to quit talking over her. It was justifiable considering the way the conversation started in the first place and also giving her the run around on her refund that should of been given to her the same day she came back to complain about the service. We have taken her car to a couple other tinting shops from Grants Pass to Medford and every one of them said it was out of pure laziness how those windows were done!!! This shop shouldnt be open if they cant do a proper job!!!

Fantastic experience. Customer service top notch. They were ready for my vehicle 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Great pricing and the tint install looks great. Will be taking my other vehicles in for tint install. Thank you.

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicle, Brian provides excellent work and service, I couldnt ask for any better. Weve had all our vehicles done by him, no bubbles, lifting, change of tint color, etc. If you trust him with your work, you wont regret it!
