Do not let Sandy touch your hair. She is terrible. 61/2 hours for peekaboos. Still wasnt done had to wash my hair out at home. Over 2 hours just to put the purple on. Shes very scatter brained, shake alot, and kept trying to add color to hair when the brush and bowl was empty. No experience with curly hair kept slapping at my head with a brush causing huge tangles. By far the worst experience ever at a salon. Seemed confused the whole time.

My good friend Doris works there, she is honestly amazing. You want your hair treated like royalty and personally want to be treated like family? Look no further. She will hook you up and treat you right. Just tell her I sent you 😉

Went in to have my hair TRIMMED. Words can’t explain how bad this hair cut is. My hair is destroyed!!!! Absolutely ruined. Bouta shave my head now. Can’t stop crying. Won’t go in public without a hood. Only other thing I can think of to save myself now is extensions. If u value your hair please don’t go here. 😭😭😭

Melinda Harp was wonderful, I havent had my hair cut in over a year, and was very nervous about it, my hair is to my waist but had no layers and was very thick .I wanted layers and it thind out as Im a migraine sufferer .she was amazing she did that and made me love my hair again lol thank you melinda Harp you will be forever doing my hair .

Ronni knocked it out of the park AGAIN. She has been ever so patient while I tried to figure out what color I wanted for my hair. After being red for years, I wanted to go to my natural color. She actually got the red out, took me to brown. Then I decided I wanted silver, she did that. Then I decided blonde was the way to go. Then platinum. Then purple. Now back to platinum. She takes such good care of my hair, it looks and feels smooth. I always get so many compliments. She has also permed my hair, perfectly. In fact, I took my grandchildren to her too; after they had their hair done somewhere else. Not only was Ronni able to get them the look they wanted, she also taught them how to care for their hair. Its that kind of skill and caring you just dont come across every day. Ive found a gem. Love all the girls at Headhunters.

Best salon in town!!! And if youre going I highly recommend Heather Smith, shes incredibly talented and gave me the absolute best service! The environment was professional and friendly in the salon, and heather not only worked wonders on my hair she really cares about what her client wants and goes the extra mile. Im definitely planning on going back.

I get my hair done here regularly. The facility is a bit outdated, but that doesnt impact my hair ladys ability to do a great job on my hair. All the other ladies that work here are super friendly and its located in a convenient spot in the middle of town with plenty of parking.

Everyone was very polite and helpful, had a fade done and it turned out very nice!! Would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with Ronni. I was recommended to her by a coworker and so I decided to go ahead and trust her with my hair after doing some research on her reviews. I’ve been to this salon a few times for pedicures, but my last visit took place on the 22nd and 23rd of this month. I was so excited to come see Ronni the day before my birthday to get my hair done, mind you I only treat myself once a year to such a thing, if Im lucky! Ronni and I did NOT have a consultation before I came in and I believe that was a HUGE MISTAKE! I did send her a few different pictures of what I had in mind before I came in, but that was it. So when I came in, I showed her the same pictures and we chose the one that I wanted. But unfortunately my hair turned out completely different then what I had in mind. The colors arent even close to what I wanted. Her supposedly being a hair goddess, I trusted her! I mean she wasnt even going to cut my hair, (I had to ask her to) nor did she cover my grey! 😟 Now before I even left the salon that day, I brought it to her attention that it looked like I already had an inch of grow out when I put my hair up! So she had me come back in the next day to try and fix it and ended up putting way too much blonde in the front. So not only is there way too much blonde now, theres bleed spots through out my hair! My total came to $163 for two colors, shampoo and conditioner! But for some reason 🤔 she gave me a $13 dollar discount and only charged me $150. Needless to say, Im NOT happy with my hair at all and instead of having her “try” to fix it for a 3rd time, I asked her if shed be willing to give me at least half my money back, so that I could go somewhere else to have it fixed and she AGREED to do so!!! But now for some reason, shes refusing to give me half my money back! This salon just lost my business for good.. BEWARE people!

I had a family member make me an appointment to get my hair done before our family reunion while visiting from out of state. I went to Yolana(spelling?) and asked her to just touch up my blonde. I told her the exact color of blonde that I liked. My hair came out orange! She toned it twice and it still did nothing. It was the worst color I have ever seen and I could not get into anyone else in town before my family reunion. I have never had someone mess up my hair so bad. BEWARE of this stylist!!!! I dont want anyone to go through the disaster that I did. She didnt even want to dry it because she knew I would really be able to see it, I left with wet orange hair. If I could add the photos to this I would!!

One of the best salons in town if you havent gone here yet, you need to go, everyone here is very friendly, the place is neat and tidy . They did an excellent job on my hair . I just love it and will go back for color touch ups . Ronnie and Doris transformed my hair from day to night its just beautiful I love it . Thank you guys again.

I moved to Grants Pass over the summer and have not had my highlighting touched up since because I havent known where to go. I suppose now I at least know where not to go...I called when they opened to see if I could get in around 3:00 pm and was told someone would call me back. Heather called me back within the hour. I told her I have a blond balayage that has grown out quite a bit and that I needed it brought up. She said she could do it at 3. Great.2:57 pm, Im about to pull into the parking lot and Heather calls. She says shes running behind with a client and asked if I could come in later. I asked what time and she said, 4:00. Not a problem.I come back at 4 and shes still with the other client. No big deal. I have a seat. 4:15 rolls by... 4:30...4:45... at 4:48 she is ready for me.She apologizes and I share with her that I have dinner plans at 7 and Im wondering if shell have time. She looks at my hair and says shell be back. She leaves to talk to another stylist and comes back to tell me that she doesnt want to rush and that she wouldnt have time today. I tell her I dont have another day that I can come in so Ill just cancel dinner because I really need my hair done more.She looks at my hair again and then leaves again to talk to the other stylist. They walk back toward me together and the other woman tells her, Youlll just have to mix two colors. I say, Yes, it has two shades. Thats what I normally have done.Heather asks the other girl, How do I know what percent to use on each one or something like that referring to the amount of product, and asks her some other questions about how to mix, etc.I then start to panic and I ask her if shes ever done a balayage before.She says, I have to be honest, this is my first time actually doing it. She clearly does not know what she is doing at all. I said something to the effect of, Why would you book an appointment to do a treatment you dont know how to do? and she literally responded with, Well, I have to learn somehow.I let her know that I was not comfortable letting her practice on my head and I left.So disappointing to have spent 2 1/2 hours and this was the end result. I suppose the only thing worse would have been to let her put chemicals on my head. Yikes.
