This is the worst dealership I’ve ever experienced out of all car brands. And not once, but multiple occasions. I bought my ford at a different dealership and this is my local dealership so I have to rely on them for service and warranty work. I tried getting an oil change 1 pm on a Wednesday and the line was 9 cars long. Went back on Saturday and they were closed even though the ford app lists their hours as 9-3 Saturdays. I asked a sales guy if the service side was closed, he said yes, I said you guys should update your online hours. He literally laughed and gave me a very sarcastic “okay man.” I went back at their listed opening time Monday (7am) and they didn’t open up until after 8. Then told me it would be several hours to get my truck back. I only wanted an oil change and was the second car in line. I’m not putting my truck in the shop for half a day every time I need an oil change. It’s a work truck and can’t be off the road that long, that often. The worst one in my opinion is I now have a safety recall. I called to get it in and the guy, Devon, said it would be 3 weeks. I explained it’s a work vehicle, my family’s sole income, and this recall says do not drive, a mobile service will be sent or your vehicle will be towed at no cost to you. I can’t afford for this truck to be off the road for 3 weeks. His response was “dude, I don’t care if you drive it in or if you want to tow it in but we’re not towing it and we don’t do mobile service. So you can bring it in and let it sit, but we can’t do it for 3 weeks. I tried reaching the owner of the dealership and got no answer. This dealership will not work with you, do not care about your circumstances, and are incapable of offering anything close to respectable service. Their attitudes and disrespect from multiple employees is what has me so frustrated. Everyone is dealing with tough circumstances trying to get workers and keep workers. But it doesn’t justify being a bunch of a**holes to their customers. It’s so sad to see. This dealership was my dads first job and I always want to support local business but this place has turned into a total waste of time and a guaranteed bad experience if you have to go to them.
Felt pushed, and wasnt happy with the trade in value. I went somewhere else found a new vehicle lower miles and better price. Felt like this place wasnt in it for the customer, more what they could profit on. :(

When arriving for a scheduled appt., I had not been here before. Devon greeted me with Welcome to Mock Ford. A great way to be start my service. They replaced my backup camera in my 2012 MKX Lincoln. Very happy with my service.
Horrible people! Devin in the quick service with nasty attitude.... we called ahead and were told place is open until 5pm and to come on in for quick oil change... first come first serve Devin told us nope in a very snobby way leaning back in his chair with his arms up like he is in a bar not at some professional business that is after he made us wait to have a personal conversation with someone else... we came in at 3:50pm and were told there are two cars on the rack and that they cannot help.us he needs time to clean up...the woman told us come in anytime before 5pm two different stories wasted our time we unhitched our rv in their parking lot just to be told nope we need time to clean up ... also when I asked for someone in chage he was very quick to say he is
Best place to get cars and pickup trucks fixed with best in town prices and now they can take all makes and models.
Lots of nice trucks on this lot fair price and I think you could haggle with them to get it even cheaper good luck its a dealership

I recently went on vacation and broke down twice blowing the boot off my turbo, I put it on and limped my pickup and 37ft fifth wheel to Mocks. The diesel mechanic had me going in less than 15 minutes. Thanks guys for an awesome experience.

My (close relative ) put a down payment on a car of 1000$ on Thursday and was going to pick it up 10 oclock on a Monday from the Detal bay not even on the lot yetAnyways they got a call at 9 on the Monday that someone had bought the car on the weekend. Like they put a down payment on the car Wich basically means they bought It keep in mind they hadnt actually done any paperwork yet but they kind of got ripped off.
I would have very much loved to give Mocks a five-star rating due to the fact that I am purchasing a vehicle through them and the guys inside are all so wonderful and kind but my first experience bringing our van through the quick line for an oil change was not very pleasant I felt very uncomfortable in the beginning even dropping the car off, as the customer service was not the best at that time it did get a little bit better, the tech was very friendly and then when we came to pick up the lady at the cashiers desk was not so friendly and that as well was a very uncomfortable feeling 😳. There was no greeting no friendliness almost as if there was a possible attitude present which is very disturbing at this business as there will be customers that come in and out of your facility and look forward to be treating respected and kindly, and when that is not shown it then makes the customer feel like they do not want to come back which is very sad because I would have loved to continue to have my work done on the van there but my next choice might be somewhere else.

Service very busy. Dont leave personal property in vehicle as there is a good chance it will be stolen. Many reports of theft will left for service.
The service department has improved over time. The maintenance package is better managed now.
Purchased a used car from their auxiliary lot, just in front of home depot. The guy running it was all over the place. Constantly on his phone, some of which was personal. What should have been a quick purchase pushed past the point of them closing, so I had to wait until the next day to finish. He was constantly pushing to sell a car that I had already decided to purchase before going in, provided it drove nice (it did), which translated into a waste of time.We finished at the main dealer the next day, which was quick and painless.But low and behold, the check engine light had been cleared before any purchase. Immediately throwing a code. Luckily its a common, and easy fix for a Mazda 6. Thermostat stuck open. I was half expecting that issue from researching before purchasing, so I cant ping them too hard on that.
The service advisors are NOT to be trusted. They must rely on commission to charge such ridiculously high repair amounts. Alongside with the BAD attitudes, make sure you check with other shops first to be taken care of fairly and with respect.

This Ford dealership is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Multiple times I have brought my car in without an apt. And they always manage to fit it in and fix it well in a short amount of time. Their service department is so understanding and they communicate so well.never any extra charges that you arent aware of.
Mocks is top notch. Not even a comparison to other dealers in the valley. These guys are professional, and they treat you awesome! Their inventory isnt a big as some of the other stores, but their service makes up for it no question! Once you buy from Mocks, you will never shop anywhere else. Ive purchased 2 trucks from them and wont ever go anywhere else!
Came in to Mocks Ford to have the oil and filters changed on my 2004 F-350.-I was the 3rd vehicle in line.- I waited 3 hours before my vehicle service was done.- The vehicle warning light was on and nothing was mentioned on the final report given to me.- very dissapointed on the amount of time it took to get the service done on my vehicle.At the time I spoke to the service manager and addressed the issue with him. I told the service manager that my objective was to give him feed back and not a complaint.You cant expect a customer to wait 3 hours for his vehicle to get an oil and filter change, its unreasonable.Service manager understood and agreed, he said he was going to look into.Overall in the past I have had reasonabley good at Mocks FordKind RegardsJohn

I have a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid.Ive taken it to 3 dealers for an issue no one has any idea how to fix.The head technician in Grants Pass had an incorrect understanding of how codes are (or arent) stored on this model.I authorized two hours at $130 an hour to tinker around to figure out how to fix my car. They took three and still couldnt figure anything out.Charged me $400.And I still have a messed up vehicle.Bringing my car here was a waste of blood, sweat and tears.
Bought a $35k used truck,the minute I got off the lot the back up camera quit,salesman said he would ask about it and call me,no call so I went back and got a oh well. Ive heard horror stories about mocks now Ive lived it.bought 1 a few months ago from Segal noticed the navi was out,they ordered the part and installed it saying we sold it so well make it right.never again mock

The GM the GSM and one of the owners all stepped up when I had a small issue in service and went above and beyond. If you have a poor experience make sure to speak with management as they all seemed excellent and compassionate

Charged me $100 just for a misdiagnosis. i went to les schwab and they correctly diagnosed it, and fixed it and didn’t charge me for it. would not recommend going here.
Salesman Scott was great at the point of sale as well as on the follow up visits to get a couple of things repaired. He has been a great resource to help understand some of the new (to us) technology on the vehicle. Tom in service has been most helpful. Everyone we have encountered on the Mock Ford staff has impressed us.
My experiences at Mock Ford have always been rewarding. The service department has always come through for me every time I have had to visit that department. All the staff in the service department are friendly, and go beyond their duties to see that I am well taken care of. Don Mock is an excellent service manager and really cares about his staff and his customers. The parts department has always had anything I have needed and has been more then helpful with explaining what I really need when I am unsure of the part numbers. Turk Dean is an excellent manager of the parts department and has a great staff that truly cares about their customers needs. Gene Mock does an outstanding job as General Manager. He truly cares about the customers that sit across from his desk. Gene makes a point of stopping customers and asking them how they are and if they need anything. All the salesmen make you feel like family and make your experience at buying a car very pleasant. When dealing with finances Lance Daniels is very helpful and has many options to choose from and helps with the best one for your needs. All the staff at Mock Ford are wonderful and make a person feel at home.
I have now bought 2 vehicles from here and I have not once had a bad experience. They listen to what you want and do everything they can to make it happen.
I told Don six months ago what I wanted in a Mustang. He never tried to sell me something he was sure I didnt want and was out of my price range. When the right car came along he made sure I was the first to know and followed up to make sure everything was in working order. Don is very helpful and easy to work with.
Everyone here at service was unbelievably kind and considerate. Jess and Buffy were so helpful, Dave, Doug, and Gabe all were super attentive and communicative. They do great work and I highly recommend them!

Im pretty religious about my 3,000 mile services. I own a 2005 Ford Freestyle that I LOVE! Because its older is exactly why I have it serviced every 3,000 miles. My service people always make sure to go over the report card thats given after each service. From fluid levels, to battery health; tires and brakes life to under-vehicle components; I get a comprehensive overlook of my vehicle and knowing that Ive been treated well and that I can drive away safely.
I just moved to Grants Pass a week ago. I had a couple of minor issues wIth my Ford F-150. I went to the service area, parked my truck, walked inside and encountered a young man at the desk. I explained that I wanted someone to step outside and take a look at my two minor concerns and maybe give me a ballpark cost estimate.He said, “that’s not how we do “diag” here,” slang for diagnosis, apparently. “You need to make an appointment. Once we get the truck in our shop it will be $100 per diag.”Wow. I will find another shop that (1) has some common courtesy and (2) isn’t going to charge me $200 to simply look at my gas cap that isn’t closing properly and glance at my tailgate that opens with difficulty.My wife and I are also in the market for a nice preowned car. We won’t be shopping at Mock Ford. Remember the adage, “You have one chance to make a good first impression.”

While I originally had a difficult time working with Mock Ford, I did communicate my concerns and they have now addressed them. I had a positive service experience and they have been great with some follow up research for me. I am happy that we are now having a good relationship and I look forward to being their client in the future.

They will take advantage of anyone if you let them. Not good misdiagnosis I could have had a bad accident but found a local mechanic who fixed my Ford truck. Remember they are Ford and couldnt fix a 2004 fx4 and charged me for things that werent broken. RIP off place. Poor people in grants pass
Used the quick lane and had my battery replaced. I priced a comparable battery at other shops but decided to go with a Mazda replacement. Price was suprisingly cheaper for the battery and installation through Mocks Ford dealership. I appreciate the ease of using the quick lane option.
Went for regular service and there was no waiting, nice waiting area and hot coffee. Car was washed, nice in the winter to have it done.

Taurus is a VERY good car - hasnt let me down in over 3 years. One item that SHOULD be improved is the rear visibility. Cannot see the back end of the car, therefore difficult to judge distance!This defect causes the car to be four star rather than five star!!
Just bought a used Dodge Ram 1500. The paperwork process went very quick and smooth. Lance D. was helpful in explaining all of the particulars and the whole buying process was a positive one. Great service! Had an issue with my vehicle and had it towed to Mock the night before. Happened to be an issue related to a recall notice on the vehicle. They had the parts in stock and able to get me back on the road again by noon the next day. I was in a time crunch as I was headed out of town on a business trip. Jessica in Service came to my rescue and back on the road without much disruption to my plans. Thank again!

I had my pickup bed liner blown in at the body shop last summer. I understand that this is not a Mock deal, but they allow their body shop manager to do this on his own time (I guess). Although the job done was good, I paid a little extra for a little extra work that was not done. Only $25 bucks, but that should not have been charged. I asked for a receipt and was told by the manager that his wife had the receipt book and he would mail it. Did not happen! I went back to the shop after a few days to complain about the work that was not done and got excuses as to why it was not done. No offer to refund the extra money. I asked for a receipt again and was told the same story....wife has receipt book and he would mail it. That was the week after the Labor Day weekend and I have not received a receipt. No big deal I guess....but because of that I would not recommend that shop to anyone. So, to the owner or GM at Mocks, I would advise that your body shop manager be properly trained to do the right thing.I did purchase a newMazda a few months ago and am totally satisfied with that entire deal.

Our salesman gave me his full attention, even though I wasnt looking at the new trucks. I found and bought a great used F250 from Mocks that day and Im very happy with the whole process and with my truck!

I love my new truck. I went in looking for something smaller and cheaper (and likely less reliable) and got asked enough questions for Ron to figure out what would actually work for me. Im very happy with the truck and the sales process.
Took care of my windshield dash cowl. Adjusted windshield wipers too. Explained what they could do, had parts in the shop and fixed it in a halfhour right after I drove in unannounced. Awesome.

I dont recommend, because they were not honest with me. Before I even test drove a Hybrid I was interested in - I asked if the Hybrid battery had been replaced. They called someone who said it had, and where it had been done. I bought the car and then asked for the records and it turned out it had not been replaced. The Manager was nice and returned my money.... but I would never do business again with this dealership. Honesty is always the best policy. And it is really important to be able to trust the people youre doing business with. They lied, even if unknowingly, it is a bad way to do business. There are other dealerships who are honest, I unfortunately did not have a good experience at Mocks Ford. Super disappointed.
We almost always buy our vehicles here. Our son recently had to use their body shop. He said their service was exceptional. His truck was returned to him completely detailed, looking like it came off the showroom floor.
The service provided to my vehicle was very well done. However, I was charged a fee when I was not supposed to be. You see, I had 2 free oil changes from when I purchased my vehicle, however Mocks did not honor these and charged me more than $50.
The one time I went here to look to purchase a vehicle was the very last time I would ever do it. To start... the salesman was kinda a stuck up snob and made me feel low class. After a few minutes i had to get out of there. I told the salesman I had to leave. He got irritated and then proceeded to park his golf cart in a way to block me in so I couldnt move my car to leave. I waited a minute and ever asked him to move and then even honked. He noticeably got all flustered and then started VERY slowly moving the golf cart out of my way.I will never go here again. For sales or mechanic stuff.
My sales representative was friendly and pleasant though there was a Lack of communication between service department and sales representative.Sales department representative led me to believe theyd do a buy back, discovered that the deal was only if I purchased a new vehicle.Feeling a bit frustrated, now I have to check with other dealers for buy back.

Got a oil, filter and lube, also had tire rotation and a complete overall inspection. All done in a timely manner with friendly customer service.
They promised us 3 different times that our car would be completed in an hour. Each time they set the time back. We got there at 5pm and everyone was gone and the car was still sitting in the same spot where we dropped it off at 8am. We had to bring it back the next morning and they only bumped us up to 1st in line because we were leaving for vacation in 2 hours. They have always made promises and have never kept them. Justin in service is very nice though, so if he wasnt there, we would go somewhere else.

I had to take my car in for a recall issue and when i called in Feb they ordered yhe parts for the repair. I kept checking and they kept telling me no parts yet. Finally at the end of Aug i went to the dealership and asked about it low & behold they had some parts and i was scheduled for the following mon. Its a fix that you cant really see (airbag replacement & power steering assist failure) so i cant really check it . the paperwork says they replaced the airbag but it doesnt really say anything about the steering other then they checked it. Be sure you read your final paperwork to be sure everything is clear about what they did.
Jim called for a service appointment as soon as he received notice from Ford that the parts for the passenger airbag recall were available. The service writer at Mocks made the appointment quickly and at a convenient time only two days after the call. The service was estimated at 2 hours but actually took a bit less. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and it was a fine experience overall.
Mock Ford has been doing all my service work for my 2016 F 250 and Ive been very happy with the service preformed and and the service writer.
This Ford dealership certainly has a few areas where they have room to improve. E.g. When a customer calls for service, it shouldnt be the customers responsibility to continually follow-up with Mocks service manager to a address prior service concerns, and rescheduling service. It literally took my household numerous calls, which ended up taking significant time to get our vehicle back to their facility following the original service. This fiasco was an unnecessary burden on us, which turned into weeks of effort. Their service manger constantly complained that he was so busy, but who isnt? Schedule your customers when they call the 1st time! Another wild concept, fix it right the first time!

Everything was just excellent. I love my new car and as a first time buyer, Mocks made it a great experience as I was dreading talking to a sales guy. They were so good I even bought my car there when I lived out of town. Needless to say, the drive back in a new vehicle was great.
No matter what other dealerships I have visited it is the great service both during the sales process and after that brings me back to Mock Ford Sales. This is the 5th car I have purchased from them. If I or my family will need a quality car with quality service both before, during and after the sale they are thr only dealership I will recommend. I was charged a diagnose fee, for a key code programmed from the factory, that was not working correctly. When disputed, the service manager recanted that he was so busy, he couldnt understand how this could happen, and tried baffling me with his B.S. Customer service is not his style. What he does not realize is, without customers, you wont have a business. Take care of the customers you have, and your business will flourish. The phone system is a joke, messages are not returned, diagnose fees were not disclosed prior, the service manager has customers to take care of? Since Donald Mock is so busy doing something..not fixing anything that is broken, I will be going to Medford for my car needs.

Service is always helpful and professional, and quick lane is super quick if not backed up. The maintenance services are generally very well priced and better than most others that I have checked out.
Had the quick lane service on my Subaru Forester. Fast, thorough and friendly service. This was my third time and am very pleased with the courteous and helpful staff working there. Cheaper also.

Tyler Grannis helped me find a quality vehicle in my price range. He asked me questions to find a vehicle that fits my needs. As am a first time buyer I was unsure of the process but, Tyler helped me with that too. I was worried that when car shopping I would feel pressured or that I might get taken advantage of; especially as a female. This was not the case! Unfortunately I had by far the worse experience I have ever had with a dealership. I came in for a normal oil change & tire rotation. I waited more than 2 hours for my car to be done. My car was the second car in line for oil change & there was NO communication that there would be an long wait. I walked near the service desk to see if my car was still in the garage & the guy said its almost done. I replied thank you, I did not know it was going to take more than 2 hours. he replied well its 30 minutes per car for oil change & started laughing with his fellow coworkers. Thank you for sealing the deal that I will NEVER come to Mock Ford for any more service work unless I want to deal with individuals that have horrible customer service & poor time management. To think I was going to come back & buy another car with you.
