They were up front about their pricing which I liked very much. The person who took my call was courteous and professional top notch. The driver when he showed up with dumpster called to make sure we were home before unloading it. We were on our way home when he called and hadn’t gotten there yet.He asked what side of the double driveway we wanted it to sit. When we told him he brought to our attention that he door swung open in a way that would affect our landscaping lights. He didn’t want the door to hit them. They were just solar lights so I told him he could pluck them out of the ground if needed. So all in all very friendly and professional business experience at a decent price. I could have gone with a cheaper dumpster service but with customer service like that I would pay a bit more.I would use them again anytime.

Got rid of my stuff the day I contacted them and were super friendly and professional. I was a little caught off guard by the price. The website is a bit misleading. I had a light weight couch, sink, dishwasher and box springs. All of which I moved to the front yard on my own in less than 30 minutes with ease. I wasn’t sure if the truck size, but I was pretty confident it would count as “standard”. Unfortunately when they got there they quoted me much higher. I didn’t feel right cancelling after making them come all the way out. I really liked the service but I probably won’t use them again based on the cost.

Woke up Saturday morning excited to clean my grandmothers basement. I cannot recommend this company enough! Not only were they on time but actually early and they were so efficient! Rented a dumpster and they delivered it on Saturday. We were done with it by Sunday afternoon so I called first thing Monday morning to reschedule the pickup a day early. They showed up 3 hours later on one of their busiest days of the week and had the dumpster removed in about 5 minutes. Excellent experience and incredibly professional.

These guys have been awesome from the start! even through a big miscommunication on my part. scheduled their largest dumpster on 28th december, needed it dumped and a new one was brought on 31 dec, i must of been doing too much and misspoke and they accidentally picked the dumpster up early with 3-4 boxes total in their 16 foot dumpster (1% of its capacity) . called late monday night, everyone was already gone for the day outside of the call center, left a message. 6am the OWNER called me back, apologized even though it was apparently my fault and none of his, and he has me scheduled to receive another dumpster first thing tuesday morning. could NOT say more about the experience with these guys! as a business owning family myself i cannot stress the importance of being involved with your company, and him being there at 6am to settle my issue shows just how dedicated he is. HUGE THANKS to the guys (and girls) at junk pro for not only settling this mishap, but absolutely nailing everything else i needed from the first phone call to the last! will never use the major other company everyone uses over these guys again! prices are competitive as well and dumpster was about as nice as a 16 footer can get lol. don’t hesitate, just call junk pro!

The only complaint I have is that I couldnt figure out how to get the discount for a 3 day duampster instead of the week long rental.The dumpster was dropped quickly (within 2 hours). It was placed perfectly out of the way, and picked up in a timely fashion. The driver gave me a perfect run down of the rules.

The driver was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Also, I like that they automatically pick up on the scheduled day in case you forget to call. The price was slightly higher than other companies I called, but they were available and prompt, which is what I needed. I received the dumpster the same day I requested it. The company I had tried prior promised me a dumpster that was never delivered.

Every part of our experience with JunkPro was above average. The people who answer the phones are friendly and helpful. We had a dumpster the same day or the next day. The drivers who deliver the dumpsters will put them exactly where you need them without complaints. They call you and tell you that they’re on the way so you can be home if necessary. We had a great experience with this company. I’m not an expert in how much this service should cost, so I can’t comment on the value. I do feel we got amazing service for what we needed.

What an amazing service! Ordered online over the weekend and prompt delivery on Monday morning. Driver was courteous and a genius driver at that. He explained how the dumpster worked, and explained how the dumpster was a walk in dumpster that had a door at the end. So we were able to move large items right into the dumpster with a dolly vs. trying to heave them overhead. With the walk in was so much easier to arrange everything in such a way as to consolidate and really make use of the space. Also very competitively priced! If I ever need this service again.... As promised, the guys called ahead so we werent waiting and wondering when theyd arrive. They both worked steadily and made a sizable dent in the conglomeration we have in the basement. I hope it doesnt intimidate them, but when we can set aside the time again, wed definitely schedule with them again.

Called late in the morning and they were able to deliver within 2 hours. They were very nice and prompt, and extremely helpful when I called. I was able to extend my rental dates with no problem for just a small fee. I plan to use them again when I move in the summer.

I work 7AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday and was not able to be at home when the dumpster was dropped off. They were very accommodating for my situation. I worked the entire week after the dumpster was dropped off and filled it up and then the dumpster was picked up. I never had to talk to a person or adjust my schedule.
