Visited with my husbands ex wife. Had a BBQ and fished a little. It was quiet and nobody bothered us.

This place has very bad management and they dont like to fixes anything thats sad when you have health issues

One star is already way to generous. If you like crack heads, tweekers, and needles here and there welcome home !!!!! If you have any other options please seek those out.

I give this a one star cause the office never brought my door or window for a month my mom needs her wall fixed there is mice and cockroaches and spiders around here!!!!

Im not fond of trailer parks and this one in particular give me a head ache. Theres potholes and ducks everywhere. Noone obeys the speed limit or noise level rules. Theres been way too many known drug house or trailers out here and the company they keep makes for alot of thieving going on.

Its quiet place to live rent is decent and so far management seems to b genuine friends live there to they seem to like it.for now i give it four solid stars

I havent lived there in 4 yrs and they still have me on a lease and they wont return my calls to have it taken care of it floods every yr trailers are falling apart the maintenance crew sucks they do bandaid fixes not a place you want to live

Hate to say it, but its roads are bad. And its really looking run down. Sorry.

Anyway you look at it doesnt matter in a state that doesnt seem to care.

I do not live there, however I do go there at least 5 time a week sometimes more. Been in a lot of these trailers and they barley meet living standards, A lot of rodents roaches and stray animals. Place is trashy. I hear from residents all the time how horrible maintenance is. If this trailer park was in a city it would be shut down. County has put a little pressure on the owner, but I am seeing no results. It is overgrown with weeds brushes and trees. I would not recommend this place or any of the trailer parks that this owner owns. He owns all of them in Mitchell and they are an eye sore and have taken away the property value of near by homes.

It was quiet when i went.

Moved in after amber promised they would fix everything just needed to pay deposit and they would get on it. Not even 2 days later it rains and my bedroom set was soaked and ruined. I fell in kitchen over floor not being fixed. Then we were flooded out. People banging on my door at 1AM saying they need help. Sewer waste every where even in the house and underneath. Glad i found a new place to go before they condemn everyones home. I will be gone in a week. Look elsewhere nobody should live this way.

The roads in the place are absolutely absurd! No way could I live here, hell I could barely even visit!

Only place in town that has 3+ rooms and doesnt check credit or take application fees only problem Ive had here is ......the racoons trying to come in up through the floor boards at night but other then that quiet private trailer court also each trailer outthere is different some are worse then others depends on which one you get placed in some need more up keep . And what do you expect its a trailer court not rode o drive

Not as clean as it was... Not being managed app that well from some perspective... Could easily go up with some visible improvement to visitors

Lived here a year now we have caught 33 mice the owner doesnt do anything about the mice problem doesnt supply us with traps just tries to fill spots where they think they are coming in at we are definitely moving when we get our tax money we are clean people not dirty and still get mice I shouldnt have to live with mice they carry diseases

Most disgusting place Ive ever seen.There is trash everywhere and the residents are drug addicts and are nasty af and have no consideration for their neigbors.Smells like sewer constantly ...Infested with bugs/ army of homeless cats loose pittbulls with no leash.Mold is a huge issue..The place floods .. The residents all know eachother and do drugs together and when someone new moves in they try to break in their place while not home.I have came back home to broken locks here not once but TWICE someone tried to get in to steal. These Granite City trashy people need a life and a shower.Maintenance is the worst on the planet I doubt they could use a tape measure.My a/c never worked my water gets turned on and off my fridge does not work holes in walls, floors, not habitable.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE IT IS BEYONDDDDD A DUMP!!!

I think the state department or housing authority or better business Bureau needs to come down hard on the landlord for refusing to fix/repair dangerous issues and allowing infestation get out of hand. Someone is going to get hurt.

Not a place to call home!!! I could tell you all the things wrong with lakeshore but I dont feel like writing a book right now, just read everyone else reveiws.By far worst place I ever lived!

The owners try to help everyone and give everyone a chance to have a place to live all the trailers are fixed and clean and almost every time they rent someone a trailer because they come in and say they are homeless are need a place to live right away they always help and rent them a place even if they dont have all the money but yet every time the help they always wind up not paying there rent after a couple of months and destroy the trailer and when the wind up going through eviction and have to move the trailer they rented is filthy and derty and want a chance to get caught up on rent to keep from being evicted and the give them a chance and they still dont pay so after they have to move they go in and have to clean the filth they left behind all but yet they want to put the owners done every time the dont tell how much the owners helped them to have a place to live and that aint right they are good people

Avoid it floods bad. Go weeks without power. In water up to your chest avoid at all costs. Ir Has roaches and mice problems that will not be resolved lie lie is what they do. Electrical problems before in trailor as well .

They dont fix anything and when they do finally fix something it either takes forever or its not done right

Maintenance is not exactly on top of their game and it gets flooded in the rain seasons. Management is slightly two faced and there are usually quite a few repairs to be done to the house you move into.

Maintenance is slim but they do get to it.

Sure theres a few drug addicts, but its all part of living in a mobile home Park .

Polite reasonable landlords.easy to talk to.
