Best place ever! The staff are amazing and they helped me get my life on track! They helped me get all my appointments made and gave me the tools I needed to get back where I needed to be! You have to want to help yourself first! I love each and everyone of you! Sobriety rocks!

The lady on the phone is so rude 😂 i ended up hanging up because i could not stand her attitude. sad people come trying to get help and that have to deal with an old lady that woke up on the wrong side of the bed

I love chestnut health system they got my daughter her ear infection medicine right away plan on coming back soon I am so glad they have a wonderful lady named Debra 😊 altho the front desk staff is not too friendly 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I don’t know what’s up with the bad reviews. Probably most likely from people who are STILL drugs addicts that failed the program and didn’t do what they were supposed to do. I have been going to Chestnut for mental health and drug addiction issues and now I’m clean and sober thanks to their staff. If you want help for your addiction and your sick and tired of this is the place to go.

Absolutely was impressed. Clean, quick, and everyone was so nice. The employees really made me feel at ease.

I absolutely loved this place. The staff has been through what we are going through. They understand our addictions. Very very clean, single rooms, great food and good rules to follow. They can help you detox and fill your brain with knowledge to heal. I even quit smoking!

Zero stars. This organization is supposed to provide services for a family member. There is no continuity of care and even if you get a nice employee, they will be gone soon. If you have or are a guardian, prepare for endless contradicting ignorance that always allows Chestnut to do nothing while their client suffers. For adults, my advice is to run the other way and find an organization that is more than a front and actually provides long term services to those in the community with the need for it. This is not a reaction to one incident, it is a review of years of constant meetings/plans/goals that never came to fruition.

I only gave 1 star because I had to would not let me give a zero.. the crisis center is a joke. Rude employees.. they gave my daughter medicine then allowed her to discharge herself. I have poa over her and did not even call me. They put her in a cab .. it took hours for our family to find her. Crisis center lmao. They should be shut down. They actually made my situation worse.

These people are fantastic! Caring honest sincerely concerned about my well being. They listen and helped me find solutions. No Pat answers, just steps to get me back on course. Love them all and a big hug and thank yous all around.

Drug evaluations are walk-in only. I got there at 7:45 and they open at 8am. Go in and no one is at the reception desk so I called and they said they would send someone up. No one ever came and come to find out I went in the wrong door. Lady came through the door and finally showed me where I was supposed to be 20 mins later. And when I go to sign in a girl signed in at 815 and these evauluations are an hour an a half to two hours long and your supposed to wait in line. And only one person doing evaluations. I had somewhere to be at 11. Needless to say I was pissed! Drove for no reason and still have to go get it done.

Called repeatedly for 10 days phone off the hook. Dr Barra gone. No explanation. New staff and doctor. Place seems to have been audited and a bunch of people gone. Very rude now. Lies to you and doesnt care about patients. No one can take blood right. And they really invade your privacy and treat you like a criminal. Horrible place

Terrible counseling and you are put through the system by protocol not by what you need. I’m sure some staff is well meaning but I ended up being refused medication I needed that was prescribed by a doctor who cared from a different hospital a day later.Not a good place to go when you need help and are vulnerable because of it.

I worked there. Id only recommend it if you are dealing/suffering from what one famous dissident psychiatrist called, Problems in living. In other words, for a serious mental illness or severe substance abuse, go elsewhere. Housing? Theyve got it if you are wiling to wait.

I love the drug counselors!I wouldnt recommend going here for grief counseling. But anything else, they are great!!

So, they have this HORRIBLE policy where you cant schedule an appointment until a week before. That alone has caused 2 incidences of my child missing multiple doses of meds (DANGEROUS) because they dont even know which day is the right day to decide for you when you should call. BUT YET THEY DECIDE?.Endless stress we dont need. I called both times a minute after they open (8:01 am) on the day tjey assigned me to call and there were 2 appointments left. TWO. Incompetence and failure to actually care is all I can say. My baby loves her counselor so well stick with that but for prescriptions, run. Run away. We are. I camt risk my childs well heing a third time. Awful.Counselors deserve 4 or 5 stars, great people, but because of decision makers, this place is subpar.

This places practices and procedures are a joke. The nurses wake you up in the middle of the night to suffer withdrawal symptoms. Tell you theyll be right back with medication and then go hang out with counselors while youre in pain. It is not a suitable medical Detox. I watched them yell at a mental health patient for wanting milk. These are not proper protocols for handling addicts or people with mental illness. I wouldnt recommend anyone go here or be sent here.
