I prefer using a audiologist instead of a hearing aid center. I wont go into it any further than that.Audiologist arent salesmen.Bottom line though, I need hearing aids now, and Beltone is filling that need for me right now.The salesperson was nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would consider my review as neutral. And of I could select 2.5 stars instead of 3 to reflect it I would have. Merry Christmas.

Great Experience With Beltone In Granite City Illinois Location. The Audiologist Was Very Knowledgeable He Explained Everything In Great Detail. I Have Been To Other Audiologist Who Didnt Explain Anything. I Love His Saying I Am Here To Sell Hearing Aids To People Who Need Them, Im Not Here To Just Sell Hearing Aids. That Made Me Very Comfortable Knowing He Wasnt Going To Give Me A High Pressure Sale Tactic. Will Most Definitely Refer Anyone I Know To Go To Beltone In Granite City For All Of Their Hearing Needs! My mother really enjoyed her visit. The doctor was very friendly and thorough. He had really good advice regarding her maintaining her hearing aides.
