Called to schedule call, gave address and zip code. While the lady was extremely friendly, even double checked, my Edwardsville, IL location was 115 miles from their location. I was told they were in “Central IL”. Their website all but describes “Metro East” and lists numerous Cities, Towns and Villages in our area. I’m not sure what’s going on, maybe they consolidated, but the advertising is definitely wrong here.Your call center has my info if you wish to talk and attempt to correct this in the event your company made an error. Otherwise, technically my review stands as your company is not providing the service as advertised (unfortunate as I was hoping to use your company).
