Good folks running a honest business! If it was in your vehicle when they tow it then it will still be there when you pick it up.

I ordered a roof rack for a Volkswagen Jetta months ago(March 2021). DHL lost the order. I filed a claim and a month later I received pieces of the roof rack in a box too small to hold a roof rack marked re-packaged. I sent clear pictures of the box (maybe 10x10) and contents inside directly to Micks garage and their response was I needed to take more detailed pictures. Needless to say I never received my roof rack or a refund at all. Just a box full of trash.

Had a car accident and was taken to the hospital. Not only did it cost $300 just for towing but additional money over holiday weekend, while they werent open, to store the car til we could get to it. A lot of things were missing from inside of the car and trunk.

This company does not give change or receipts. I called the company with a small complaint about the issue also along with needing them to do another service on 11/20/18 ..the guy on the phone ..with such nasty response said to me...ur persons told my guy to keep the change and that I needed no receipt..I was kinda startled for a second . I then said ok so..i guess i wont use the service again. The man on the phone again nasty said..I guess u wont and hung up in my ear

They towed my truxkneven when they were told not to and over charged me and they arent open on weekends when I get paid, so they added another 100 bucks, the cop told them not to tow my vehicle and they dismd it anyway

Costly,mainly because of a bad Madison county sheriffs office, ugh, micks just doing his job. Helped jump my car,and helped me with fueling.
