Went there for 4-5 yrs. The one lady is the most annoying person I ever met, if you have been there you will know. And the manager is very unprofessional and rude.. The wait times have been ridiculous 2+ hrs and can only check in online.. I mentioned i might have to find another place and the stylist told me good luck its that way everywhere. ( in a rude manner) And i have always tipped 5-10$ . Well found one! Brooklyn s in Osceola book on line appointment and never wait more than 5 min. And a way better haircut. Its on Lincolnway in Osceola. Sports clips is a joke!!! Going down hill might as well go to great clips and safe 10-15 $ Support local Businesses and put the pukes out!!!! Thanks 😊

This is my 3rd time coming here because Anita is very patient and does a great job with my 2 year old, however today I had a very bad experience with a another worker there named Gina. My 2 year old has some sensory issues and we had already been waiting 45 minutes passed the time we were suppose to be there and was crying. Anita had given him a cookie. He was still crying some but doing ok. Gina came over and touched his cookie and told him she was going to take it because he was still crying which upset him even more! Very bad customer service and she is lucky I composed myself and kept my cool especially considering

They dont respect customers scheduleI booked the spot through online to save the waiting time and the system said I have to be there by 3.30pm. I arrived at that store around 3.20pm.However, they made me to wait another hour without any explanation. So, I asked the person in the front. She told me that the hairdresser is having a lunch break, so I have to wait another hour.Why they ask me to arrive their store by 3.30pm if the hairdresser is having a lunch break at that time???It is super waste of time waiting 2 hours to get hair cut.The person did not say sorry about this situation. Moreover, she was rude and aggressive.However, the hairdresser ( Shann) is kind and has a good skill for hair dresser.If the store respects the customers schedule, this store will become the better place

I had the pleasure of having Miss Shann cut my hair. She also performed the specialty wash and massage. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. Having later hours as well as great pricing was a deciding factor and extremely convenient. 100% recommend!!!

I checked in at 2 30 pm. Had an hour wait. I waited an hour to come back (3 30 pm) and find out I had to wait another hour and 6 minutes.Being busy is fine but adding an hour to the wait time mysteriously is not a great business model.

Went to get our toddlers hair cut they were $16 per child. They are obviously sports theme and geared toward serving the male population which is totally cool and we appreciated the atmosphere. We had Jenn the assistant manager and Angie as our stylists it was our boys first haircut we had one that sat like a champ Angie showing him everything she was using and very playful. Jenn was quick and efficient for our other son who was not at all happy with the process. She allowed him to sit on my lap during the haircut so he was more comfortable she made sure to not startle him and was kind and playful too.Great staff too all very sweet and welcoming. We were grateful for their first experience to have gone so well and will gladly return.

Stopped into this location and found my long lost stylist of 3 years from another franchise. Abbi by far has given me THE best haircuts ive ever had. The entire staff there is great, but I only let her put clippers or scissors to my head. Great prices, with shampoo, hot/cold towels, and massage at the end. Suggest getting the app, to see how long the wait is and for setting appointments.

My boyfriend went in for a haircut like he always had. He signed in and it told him he had a 10 minute wait time which is great! Then all of a sudden his time jumped from 10 minutes to 45 minutes because the online sign in took priority!? This is not okay. I understand putting them IN LINE when they sign in online but there is absolutely no reason for the online customers to be taking priority over the people that are already in the store waiting! Multiple people had walked out and he finally decided to walk out after his 45 minutes was up and he still hadn’t been called back! This is not the way to run a business!

Great overall experience! While the wait was about 45 minutes; it was well worth it. The ladies there are very nice and welcoming. I was helped by Nancy; who did a wonderful job on my bald fade with hard part. I had never been here but I will definitely be returning!

Great friendly professional staff. I went in with hair down to my shoulders and wanted it cut off to near military high fade. Madison was very patient and erred on leaving more length and was happy to take it shorter and shorter to the length I wanted. Seems other places will cut as much off from the start to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommended, definitely a return customer.

I appreciate the online check in system so you arent sitting around waiting. my son got melissa, who did a great job, even he was happy and he hates getting a haircut lol. only thing I didnt like was their signage for services is, I feel, misleading. all they show is the MVP options which is cut, shampoo, hot towel, and massage. I figured their had to be more basic options than all that, and there are but good luck hunting that info down. also, i do believe this location is pricier than the websites averages listed for franchises but its granger so shouldnt be surprised there.

The haircut I received was satisfactory as usual but I was surprised the price went up again to $20 for a basic haircut. Also, I was disappointed when I was told they were no longer accepting the baseball themed discount punch card. I wouldve saved $3 that day and had two more discounts left. There was no expiration date on the card. I was told Sport Clips emails coupons now, but I have never received a coupon, only contest promotions.

I asked for a fade with a hard part and the lady faded half of my head and cut the other side the same length and didn’t even fade it. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever seen. I could’ve done a better job myself

I went in on Fathers Day to get my long hair taken way down. First time customer, so I really didnt expect anything too different from the normal barber; however I was very pleasantly surprised. I had a very nice lady named Jessica Weiner (they give you a reward card after).For first time customers they give this MVP treatment which is after the haircut. They sit you in a massage chair, put a steam towel on your face, then shampoo and massage your head. Probably the best haircut experience Ive ever had. I would recommend to anyone and opt-in for the MVP treatment its worth it.

Terrible experience. Person did not listen to how I wanted my hair cut and pretty much gave me a buzz cut. It will take months for it look good again. I would not recommend Sport Clips unless you are looking for a boring crew cut and dont care how it turns out. Reviews on Yelp confirm my experience. Avoid Sport Clips.

Vip service was a disappointment bit over aggressive on the wash felt like my scalp was being scratched by what ever was attached to her nails. Cut was good rest was fine.

After going here a few times my experience has slowly declined. They often have a long wait and you cant make appointments so youll be sitting there for a while. They have a pretty crowded waiting area which doesnt make good when someone brings the entire family for one kid to get their hair cut. The prices are a little higher than other drop in places, but the haircut is usually better.

The online check in is awful. It gives you an estimated time to arrive and another message when your requested stylist is expected to be ready within 10 minutes. Unfortunately it is always wildly inaccurate and the stylists pay no attention to it (poor training?). Even when checking in at the store and requesting a specific stylist, the requested stylist will work through all of the people who selected “first available”, even if another stylist will be available at the same time who has not been specifically requested. So, you’ll end up waiting longer than anyone there if you specifically request a stylist. If you don’t specifically select someone, you’re likely to get stuck with one of the many “short time” stylists that give bad cuts and then don’t work there a month later. Bottom line, very disorganized and/or poorly trained. This has happened several times.Of all of the issues, I’ll say Alana is very pleasant and does a nice job.

I gave them a 3 because normally I have a good experience there. The ladies are usually nice and do very well with my 11yo. This last time the lady blatantly disregarded how I wanted my kids hair and cut it way shorter than what I stated. She was also rude and unpleasant.

Online check in system makes the wait obscene and unfair for anyone wanting to walk-in. And the online check-ins do not even get bumped from there spot in line even if there name is called when they are not there. Been waiting over 40 mins with only one other person here when I walked in, then person after person came in last min checking in online going right in front of me. Also it was never mentioned to me of how long I would wait and that these online walk-ins would hop right in front of me without waiting.

Brought my son here and he liked his hair. Will return

Very unhappy with my overexpensive poorly done haircut. I asked for a simple fade and shape up and got neither. My beard is unevenly cut, my sideburn connects on one side while it does not on the other and I am unable to see any clean lines along my head and face from the so called shape up that was given to me. The fade is very weak and looks as if I could have done similar work myself. I spent $23 on this haircut and it was a total waste of money. Ive had much more done for much cheaper at my previous spot. Dont go here if you like fades, shape ups or have a beard.

Usually great place 2 relax n get a good haircut stopped in 2day 4 a quick trim like i have done in the past and a scowling woman started grilling me on y i was asking 4 a trim. Its so hard 2 rate their staff cause in two years ive only gotten same person maybe once but this was a very negative interaction 4 some reason. Im still rating it a 4 cause their staff r usually nice n skilled but this staff member was a real jerk gonna try 2 go back later when she isnt working.

I had the same experience as mannyfresh from 11 months ago. I waited 50 minutes last night, then Andrew came back after his name was called and was helped before I was. I would have had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a haircut on a work night, so I left without a haircut. I had other things to do and nothing got done because of this long wait. Im looking for another shop. I dont think I will return.
