Really sad. this place is heavily neglected. all of the big washing machines have been out of order, one of them being out of order for over 5 months. mold is growing on all of the machines, which is upsetting because it could easily be fixed if the workers did their jobs.

The coin machine never works!! I couldn’t even do my laundry and the workers are clueless. Not helpful at all. Disgusted with this place.

Sometimes 2-3 machines are out of order but they have lots of other machines.. the machines always wash my items really well I’m always shocked at how great they wash my stuff! People are nice too.

Many washers have out of orders signs on them. Mostly its dirty. All units are dirty outside, water & soap streaks. Even windows sills have collected dirt & dust. Soap dispensers havent been wiped down in a LONG time. Just a little TLC would go a long way.

This place is so nasty they dont clean the washer have dust and soap every where the washer dont put enough water i used 5 washers the clothes is the middle of the washer was dry dont even put water to wet your clothes is nasty my first and last time there i went somewhere else to wash my clothes dont waste your moneyHere.

No one really works here! The coin machine doesnt work and half the machines dont either. Apparently when stuff breaks, it stays broken. This place is also filthy dirty. I will definitely go out if my way to go to another place if I need to utilize a laundromat again

The staff is super friendly and they have the large washing machines!

The floor and machines hadnt been cleaned in a while, more machines were out of order than working, the change machine wasnt working and the store clerk refused to give any change. Someone did arrive later and refill the change machine after I had driven to another more helpful store for change.

There is no one to help if you have a problem.

If you can, go somewhere else. Its always dirty and the change machine is usually broken. And when it is broken Speedway will not give you change.

Quarter machine broken, sounds like its constantly broken. Speedway doesnt allow change given. At least a third of the machines are out of order. Theres stuff all over the floor. I dont expect much at a laundromat but this doesnt even meet the basics.

Most of the washers and dryers were working, but this was one of the most disgusting laundromats I have ever been to. It was filthy. It was difficult to find a washer with an empty or semi-clean soap dispenser. I was concerned that my clothes would come out dirtier than when they went in. Had I more options, I would have taken them.

Just plain gross! More than half is unusable and it smells like corporate doesnt care. I feel for the staff that have to worl here

The only good thing is that theyre open 24/7. Other than that, Id say 90% of the time its filthy dirty.. really needs a deep clean. Theres only maybe 6 BIG washers and 2-4 are usually out of order or leaking water. Pretty average pricing but if the machines eat your quarters you are out of luck because the employees will not refund you. So if you do check this place out, May the odds be ever in your favor....

The quarter machine was down I couldnt even wash my clothes plus they had a sign on the machine the quarter machine that said you cant go to the store and get quarters to wash your clothes so ultimately you had to go somewhere else.

Great machines, no problems at all. Got a pizza while we waited for laundry to get done. Very convenient.

Place was dirty. Coin machine didnt work. They had washers and dryers down. Bad experience!

I walked in, looked around and walked out. We were here with our RV for my son’s wedding and needed to do a little laundry after 5 days on the road. In al our travels around the country, this place is BY FAR the dirtiest, nastiest laundromat I’ve ever been in.Do yourself a big favor and find a different place to do your laundry!

Although it was a bit in need of TLC I’ve been going here periodically since I was a kid. I’ve always loved the candy 🍭 crane game (winner every time) & arcade area. Although when I recently returned there was no functional change machine for the laundromat— BRING QUARTERS!!!— or you will have to leave to get them bc apparently the gas station ⛽️ is unable to do so... although with my infant son in tow at 8pm I was lucky enough to get a Good Samaritan... nice sitting areas compared to most places. Thanks!

I know people complain about this place because its dirty, what I say to that, clean it! Leave it nicer that it was left for you! Be a better human....I dont use a laundromat often, but this is definitely better than Ive used in the past.60 lb washer is $5.75 and it takes 16 mins!75 lb dryer is $0.50 per 11 mins!Plus.... you can buy snacks at the Speedway!

Lot of the washer and dryer dont work. The change machine dont work and the staff are not helpful. Taking my business some where else. This happens alot.

It was really dusty and dirty made my allergies flair up too much dust! Does anyone actually clean up?! Not planning on going back!

Convenience of hours. Lots broken machines. Very dirty floors. All machines could use a good wiping down. Soap stains all over everything. Sticky folding tables.

Grandville Speedway. Great place to chill. New employees everyday. Close to alot cool places in town.

Very pricey when you have large loads like comforters and blankets. You lose your money, might not get it replaced...

Worst laundromat I’ve ever been to! Extremely dirty & nothing works! What topped it off is when the lady next to me took her clothes out the washer a used tampon fell out on the floor 🤢🤮 I will NEVER go back!

My daughter took her clothes there to dry and all her clothes burned up. The manager said there was nothing she could do. She also added that it wasnt the first time it had happened. 11/ 14/ 2018 Im going to call my lawyer
