I loved making my keys here!!! And it was easy!!! But when I got home one of the keys didnt work. You refunded me the amount right away and I really appreciated that. It was in the Bed, Bath and Beyond store and I would use it again in a minute.

I went to a KeyMe kiosk in Bed Bath & Beyond, Grandville, MI to have multiple keys made. I didnt understand at the beginning and while I was having the keys made that I was only going to get a discount of buy 2 get 1 free. I thought during the process of having my keys made that that was happening and that I would have that discount 3 times because I made 9 total keys from 3 different ones. At the end of my process of making the keys I found that I was not given the discount for 3 keys, but just 1. I called the customer service 800# to question that and was told I should have put in the beginning that I was making multiple keys. I told customer service that I didnt know that and each time I put in a new key to make 2, the option of having a 3rd one free kept coming up so I chose to have 3 keys thinking all along I was getting one of them free each time. Well not so in the end. When I called customer service, she told me since this was my first time using their service they would give me the discount of 2 more keys and credited my credit card back for that amount. I was very happy and pleased with the final outcome and would go back if I needed more duplicate keys made.

Called the number on the google listing. It isnt a real local number, goes into a call service that then says there are no locksmiths in the zip code that this company supposedly exists. Probably a scam entry.
