What others have written recently is absolutely correct. Yesterday no response from Customer Support. Today I cannot even log in to my mailbox. Almost 20 years with Mailbox Forwarding, and they didn’t even have the decency to warn me in advance about closing up shop…

MBF has been amazing for a decade, but theyve completely disappeared off the face of the earth, and all my mail is being returned to sender. Looks like theyve boarded up and closed up shop without letting anyone know. Didnt stop taking my subscription money though.

Stopped receiving mail after many years. Sent a ticket in, no response. My mail is being returned to sender. Cant view on iphone any longer, and has security issue when you go to site. Total mess right now. No phone number to call.

I’ve tried to contact them but they have no current number. The number listed online is to a health alert company. I had there service for years in the past but haven’t for a couple. Clearly, the service is not the same. I received an email a couple of days ago saying mail was received with a link (that doesn’t work). Shocked, I tried to contact them. I tried my old sign in info ( error message). I tried there support email (error message). They have some kind of server issue. Nothing works. So how do I contact them to clear this up? If mail came there by mistake I need to know. How can you be in business and not have a way to be contacted?

Listen i’ve been a customer for several years and i’m not going to BS you. they don’t notify you anymore when you get new mail because of some issue with their server, however YOU WILL get all of your mail and if you request to have something forwarded you will receive it with zero problems.they aren’t perfect but i would recommend them. that’s why i gave them 5 stars because the only thing that matters to me is if i can reliably get my mail and view it online

I have been a customer for around a decade, and have had great service throughout. They provide smooth service for a reasonable price, and I do not have to think about my mail other than clicking a box once in a while. When I have had an issue, I find the CS staff to be fast responders who actually read my issue, take immediate action and provide a custom response. A far cry from some other services I have used where long delays and canned responses were the norm. In my 10 years or so of using Mail Forwarding, I have had one shipment go missing, and I feel confident in blaming the USPS for that and not the company. I work overseas and am deployed for long periods of time, Mail Forwarding gives me the peace of mind to focus on my job, and not my mail. Thanks for the great service over the years.

These people run a scam business. They have employees that steal your packages. Item was confirmed delivered by UPS tracking by a person named Charlie. After an initial response, customer support simply stopped responding to multiple inquires. There is no phone number to call. The customer support email is invalid so i cant file a claim with UPS. I will have to submit a police report, as well as a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

This company supports spammers that send spam email with malicious links to ad/spy/malware. They should be shut down. The BBB has already posted warning regarding mail to 2885 Sanford Ave SW. The latest one being used is #35851.

I have used them for years. They deliver what is promised. I get my mail scanned and forwarded as I need. They even deposit checks for me. No problems at all. Thanks

I have been using them for about 2 years and wish i switched to them long before. Now I dont have to make my employees fetch the mail or get mad at them when they loose it. A great way to keep track of bill, and make sure you are not getting double billed by utilities etc. Hint, if you dont archive and shred your documents you will have to pay storage fees. I had to pay a little extra because I didnt know this, but I am still very happy. This service has likely saved me thousands in lost documents and days of lost time searching various offices for things.

I have been using them for over 4 years now and we have had great service! We travel so much on our sailboat that this has been the best solution for us. Support has a fast response and is very helpful. I definitely recommend them. Thank you for all that you do Mailbox Fowarding!

I was a little scared due to all the bad reviews, but I have been using them for six months now and I have been very pleased with their customer service and the mailbox. So easy to use, log in, request to scan, shred or send to current travel address.

MY FAULT!! I got financially married to a company with no customer service telephone number and now I am unable to gain access to my account. When I revisited my address account, after 3-4 months away and pay my bill, they immediately withdrew $231 out of my account without an explanation. I wrote 4 different support emails and to date I have not received a return call/email because they know that was inappropriate. Lastly, Capital One sent a credit card to MF and 2 weeks later I still have not received it.

They have refused to scan my mail, because it contains different sizes and some pieces are stapled. Mail comes in all shapes and sizes and is occasionally even stapled. You cannot speak to anyone in person, so you submit a ticket. The ticket goes to a surly customer service rep with no escalation option. The rep will not clarify what is so unscannable, just refuses to help in a dismissive one-line response a full day after you submit a ticket. So youre screwed. Would not recommend at all.

I live as an expat in the middle east. Several of the mail forwarding packages have been mislabeled (missing PO Box) by MBF counter to the address that I entered for shipping. I know it was not my fault as I entered the address with PO Box when I first joined and other packages have arrived with the correct PO Box. Also, after I again paid for the letter pack to be shipped to me, MBF just dropped the returned packages into the bigger envelope so I could see that they were misaddressed (no PO Box). This not only caused me to receive my mail extremely late (4 months as they were sent to the middle east and then returned to the USA and then reshipped to the middle east). When I complained and asked for postage reimbursement, they said that they do not offer refunds even if it was their fault!?!Steer clear of these crooks!

We have used them for many years, however, now that I am having trouble logging into my account I realized how stupid it is that this company has NO phone customer service!! The ONLY way to reach them if you have questions or trouble is thru a ticket on their website. I actually even found an 888 number that was theirs and its just a message referring you to their website and the ticket process! I have not been able to log in for 3 weeks, the ticket emails are not reaching me (and are not in my spam or my junk) yet there is NO OTHER WAY to reach these people other than thru the website. I would suggest NEVER doing business with a company whose support is a online process with no way to reach a human being other than thru an email! Its extremely frustrating!

Customer service was non-existent and non-helpful for helping get my USPS forms scanned and accepted, wasted money going through them and their customer service never responded, wouldnt recommend this company.
