Forge has helped me in more ways than one and they have outstanding customer service at each office I’ve been too. So helpful and you really feel cared for. Looking for work is stressful enough but thanks to forge, they took that stress off my shoulders. I visited the grandville office and spoke with Laura, she definitely worked hard to find me the best fitting job available. She then referred me to their alpine office because I live closer to that one and I’m amazed at how well they communicate with one another. When I showed up at alpine they already knew everything I needed, very thankful to have joined such a wonderful staffing company for my work needs. Now I feel secure and know that I’ll always have a job whenever I need one. I highly recommend others to go through forge.

I worked with Cascade Forge years ago which led to a decent paying permeate placement. The staff wasnt bad, however not always that friendly. I would highly recommend their newest location in Grandville! Audrey and Kacey have been great, always willing to listen and work with you. Im impressed with Rosas fast friendly service.

They gave out brochures in Spanish so I have no idea what the brochure says or what Im supposed to do because I cant read what they gave me. 🤨 And I shouldnt have to translate an entire document! They dont have printers or a way to print more documents in English for their new people? Im not very impressed thus far.

The staff is helpful at times, yet very uncompassionate and do not start work here if you have cancer or any ailment that potentially could.make you throw up at work, you will be sent home and even coming back the next day with doctor paperwork you still have no job.
