I’m 13 years old they take advantage of me and my money the set was $28 the girl who did my nails charged me $60 and a tip for some squiggly lines that are messed up. I’m telling you do not go to this place they will take a vantage of you and your money and charge more than what the actual set is. But my mom let me go on my own with my sister because my mom wants to teach me to grow up and learn to do things on my own but they sit right here that I had God is absolutely outrageous and it’s horrible for me I didn’t speak up for myself but next time I will if I see something wrong make sure you speak up for yourself.🤬🤬🤬

PERFECT NAIL SALON!It’s large, they social distance in the shop. They’re serious on following mask orders and hand washing + hand sanitizer regulations.I didn’t get scarred once! The nail technician was gentle with my hands. I appreciated the kindness of the technician, she hadn’t pressured me into a certain nail color like some shops try to.The nails took no time to fill! Prices are reasonable. The service is impeccable.I’m definitely choosing this salon over others.

If I could give a 0 start rating I would but I guess 1 star will have to do. Showed up to get my nails done on a Wednesday as the hours of operation were 9:30am-7:00pm. Lights off, open sign off, doors locked & no sign on the door stating that they were closed. I sat in my car looking for another salon and noticed I wasn’t the only one. Saw multiple unhappy customers in the 5-10 minutes that I was there..

I always go to Anna Nails to get my nails fixed. I go to Mr. T at seat 7. He never lets me down. I prefer Anna Nails over other nail salons Ive been to.

Owner rude. Got made at me because i didn’t receive the service I asked for didn’t want to fix the matter because it was close to closing time . Told me to get out and tried to talk to me like a kid. And once I spoke up he made it seem as if i was the wrong one.

I spent $60 to get my nails done and the male tech there is the worst. My nails are a mess and no one at this business tried to fix the issue. My whole family goes to this mail shop. You have lost business from a family of 10. I explained to him over and over again what I wanted he was rough when taking off old nails and while handling my nails.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. They are always polite and professional and make me feel welcomed.

My nails were all different sizes. Some almond shape and some stiletto. Nails aren’t fully painted, and no offer to fix. I don’t think they knew how to do the stiletto shape. He also had me wash my hands at the end. They gave no gloss. Just all different shapes, big, uneven, with a bad paint. I feel uglier than what i looked like when i went in. They locked me outside after i left. Couldn’t even get a refund, a sorry, a discount. And i tipped.

The acrylic sucks.. if you have a job or youre busy through out the day DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY your nails will pop off. I dont normally go here but I figured why not give them a try because its next door to my job. BAD IDEA! I wasted my money. Ive been getting my nails done since middle school.. It was my first visit to the Anna Nails, located in Grandview, Missouri. I have family members, that are regular customers of Anna Nails, so I thought I would try their services as well.I was quite impressed with Anna Nailss staff. I got a very needed pedicure. My nail tech was AWESOME!!! Actually, it was the best pedicure Ive ever had. Im a pedicure kinda of girl so I know when I receive a really good pedicure. I also got my eye brows and lip waxed, again it was AWESOME!!! I loved the new age technique that was used.Anna Nails is a beautifully designed, large salon, with lots of pedicure chairs and nail tech stations and ample parking. I loved the environment, which was very relaxing, with excellent customer service.I found their nail Service prices, to be customary for their excellent customer service and environment.Ive found MY nail salon. Like my family members. Ive also become, a regular customer at the Anna Nails, located in Grandview, Missouri.

Too Nails not done right

Went for a simple gel mani and had to tell the man 2 times that my nails were round not square after he messed up 2 of my nails I asked for someone else

A young man said he had been doing this for a long time. I went in for a fill. $31 plus $5 tip. My nails were super thick and extremely lumpy. Another lady tried to correct it but it still was thick and lumpy. I would not recommend this place, I went to another salon where they were able to get them looking good

Tom gave me a new set of nails. They were too wide. When I went back the next day and asked for someone to fix them he got mad. He filed the sides down to make them narrow however didn’t buff them or re-polish them. Now it looks like I have a bad polish job.

The man was rough on my feet actual cut my feet with the brush. The pedicure I got I didn’t get any lotion on my feet or a massage. Later on when I got home my feet was still rough and even itching. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

You definitely have to enunciate when you tell them what you want. Because they will do whatever they want and not even check with you. The girl did my sister’s nails and we told all 3 of them at the door that we wanted just acrylic. Somehow she ended up with gel on her nail and we couldn’t understand her because she had a thick mask on. They definitely are not worth it.

The customer service I received was terrible and by the second day my New set of nails was already lifting. They do a rush job and I wasnt the only one who was having the same issues. They need to work on their rude customer service and be thankful they still have a business. Thumbs 👎!

Took my daughter in for a fill, she had beautiful coffin shape nails, I requested them to cut them down slightly, he then proceeded to give her completely squared nails that are extremely sharp on corners, She was too afraid to say anything. When does a fill and cut down mean to completely change the nail shape? 30.00 for nothing. Won’t be back

They are rude as hell, they don’t even do you’re pedi like it should be, and they charge you extra for stuff that you don’t ask for. I will never come back to this nasty rude place! Don’t waste you’re money here...

My daughter my friend and I all three had her nails done all three had wounds on her fingers bleeding wounds from their filing and gadgets they work with theyre way overpriced they talk about you one gentleman did not know what he was doing couldnt paint a nail properly I wouldnt have suggest it unless you have money to throw away because a fill on my hands were $45 a set of nails on my friends hands were 40 I said a nails and my daughters hands were 80 half a mile away at foxy nails is 35 for a full set just saying

Took my sister in to get her nails done and they did a poor job. I had to take her to another salon for them to fix the mess and redo her nails. The sad part is we paid almost 50 dollars. Before you go there look elsewhere, there are far better and cheaper options.

It’s a hit and miss with them. There are only a couple of nail technicians that do a good job. One lady did my nails and it looked like a kindergartner did them! I was livid! All the while I kept telling her I didn’t like it, she kept saying she would fix it. Well no she didn’t. I ended up having to go to the lady in booth 1 for her to fix it. She acted like she had an attitude for fixing it too. I will never go back to this place again. I’ve been a few times because of the guy Henry (does a great job) but I’m done giving chances. Plus their dip powder and top coat sealant that goes on it doesn’t even last a week!

My DNA is now forever in 3 polishes as well as a buffing brush and file. 2 of my cuticles started bleeding pretty bad and the tech stroked my blood into the polish. She also didn’t seem bothered coming into contact with my blood which freaked me out! My polish is lumpy and probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had. That was at 10:05 this morning, it’s now 1:56 and my cuticles are still bleeding!! First and last time. Side note: I’m a very clean person and disease free but she didn’t know that. I wonder how many dirty hands this company does that with?!?! I’d post a picture if I knew how

Ive never had a bad experience here. Ive had 3 different techs work on my nails and Ive been pleased with each of them. Beautiful work. Theyre always talkative and friendly. The work has always been good, stations are clean, etc. I love the prices especially when the quality is so high. Ive had no issues whatsoever that are negative. Best in the area, for sure.Edit for my last visit. I was told to sit in a chair for a newer lady. I asked for coffin shaped, was told it costs extra and agreed. I walked out with the regular squared nails because she just didnt seem to understand what I was asking for when I asked for them to be shaped better. I paid for coffin and did not receive coffin. I asked for an ombré nail and was told they couldnt do it despite seeing it done on a woman next to me. Then I was told it could be done but it is built, not painted. Again, the woman next to me was having hers painted. I left with color changing nails which was cool but not what I asked for. I also got a pedicure and asked for a matching color. She told me the color changing wouldnt look good on toes (I think she just didnt want to waste the time it took to do it) and picked out another color. I voiced my opinion that the color didnt match the nails and she said it would when it dried.It didnt.Overall, it wasnt a terrible experience but I didnt get anything I asked for and I spent $100 including the tip. I have higher expectations than what I received.I was very disappointed.

Unprofessional. Employees showed up 30 mins late, on a Saturday morning. I had to ask the tech to trim my cuticles, after she messed them up with the nail drill. Nail polish was on my skin around each nail and I had to ask the tech to clean up the polish. Who does that?? The final results where fat and chunky nails. There’s just no way she could have thought my nails looked pretty or professional. I was going to get other services (waxed brows), but no way.

It was just terrible! The lady that was doing my nails had the audacity to get an attitude with me when ask can you cut my nail down some more! They didn’t even get my moms feet good! When I told this rude lady that was doing my nails that one my acrylic nail was come off she nerves to get an attitude with me again! She made so freaking mad I bump my nail on purpose! you do don’t get an attitude with me when you don’t do my nails right in the fires place! I am a regular but since they moved to the bigger space. Their main focus is quantity over quality. I spent $45 on a pedicure w/gel and my polish came out looking chewed up. The owner tried fixing it but the job could not be refurbished. Instead of offering to do it correctly, his only concern was taking my payment and getting me out the door. I tried giving them another chance but i will not be returning after 15 years of being a loyal customer.

I love going here I have been a customer for years. I go once a month to get the works done. I go on Tuesdays when its not to busy. I normally get a fill, pedicure, gel polish in 2 colors, and my eyebrows done. If Im feeling special ill get gel designs. The gel is the best because it last the whole month and you dont have to wait for it to dry. All for under $100.00 which is a steal for me. My go to people are Mashell and Mimi they are great.

I got my nails done on Friday and they looked great, one popped off on Sunday so I went and got it repaired on Monday, shortly after leaving that Monday two more nails of mines popped off. I do not recommend this place, they purposely make your acrylic thin so you will have to come back to get them repaired. I will never go there again.

Dont waste your time or energy here apparently they are not nail techs and they dont know what theyre doing. Cut my finger so bad i had to go to the emergency room to get it stitched. Even though my finer was bleeding they ignored it and still contined to do my fill even though the drill was contaminated now and my finger was bleeding.

I was very displeased with the service I received on 03/04/19. I came in to treat my sister and myself for pedicures. I told them I wanted two ultimate pedicures the woman that did my pedicure moved the seat after I found a comfortable position so I was very uncomfortable she then rushed through my pedicure didnt even get the hot towel wrap on my legs yet the man doing my sisters pedicure told her after she started to move me out of the chair so she asked if I wanted the towel after the fact she was moving me out I said no thank you. Then charged me for service I did not receive. Also to top it off they didnt even ask who was paying they assumed my sister was paying. I had no makeup on because I worked a 12hr shift sorry I didnt come in dressed to the nines to relax. I came in to relax and enjoy a pedicure yet, left feeling like 3rd class citizen pedicure all messed up with paint stuck on my socks. I will never go back. Hopefully they dont treat everyone one like the way I was treated. Worst waste of 54.00 plus tips..

I’ve been going to Anna’s Nails for over 10 years to get my eyebrows done. I finally decided I would try them out for nails. I got a fill and the man cut my cuticle. My nail bed kept bleeding so he put NAIL GLUE on it! Never said sorry or anything! And then when it came time to pay he said $37! Are you freakin kidding me!!!!! I will never go back here again! It’s really sad because they do a good job on eyebrows I just can’t believe it!

My daughter just returned from college and we went for a long awaited pedicure together as a reunion celebration. We decided to try Anna Nails because it was close to home. What a mistake! We paid for the most expensive pedicure to really treat ourselves. They left us to soak in the water for what seemed longer than it took to do our pedicure. On top of that... it looked like a 2 year old had painted our toes and our nails were not even filed properly. They were jagged and uneven. I tipped them, but should not have. I was kicking myself later. It was the biggest waste of money I ever spent. We will never go back.

They did a great job on the pedicure but $42 for it is a bit steep in my opinion.... At least its quality work.

I went in to get acrylics and as I was getting them done they made fun of the length I chose. My nail tech was getting yelled at by her boss while she was doing my nails, and she filed my nails down so much that they broke under the acrylic. My fingers hurt super bad at the slightest touch of my nail, and they didnt even really look like my picture. The customer service here sucks. I will NEVER be going here again.

I came in about 4:30, they were kind of busy. When I got called back, at first my water was getting to hot, then it was just too cold!!! I’m not much of complainer, so I didn’t voice my opinion. I had gel polish that needed to be taken off, but I wanted it soaked off. Plenty of nail shops in the past if I requested would soak it off for me because I do not want my nail beds damaged by them taking it off by the drill. The man told me he couldn’t do it & I don’t understand why, it just seemed as they were trying to rush everything & that’s not something I’m paying for!!! I just told them I’ll go to another shop.

Went there today to get a full set and polish change on my toes. I immediately noticed how cold it was inside as soon as I walked in. They had no heat on and its 20 degrees outside. My toes were freezing the entire time. Considering the fact they have up the prices on everything I at least expect to be warm while getting serviced. My polish on my toes are lumpy and rushed. I told the nail tech who did my fullset about my toes...She never offered to fix them. My full set looked like press on nails when she was finished. I told her I didnt like them and then Michelle the manager argued me down about how they didnt look bad. Just a total bad experience and I will not be returning to get any services here.

My experience wasnt that good. The guy doing my nails had a cold or something and continued to wipe his nose on his arm and sneeze without covering his mouth. He put gloves on after I expressed my concerns with his nasty germs...I wont be going back, not only because of that issue 2 weeks prior I had a issue with my nails. On many occasions I have went to this location but my last couple of times have been the worst. The understanding of basic math is hard for them. They have tried upcharge me on multiple occasions but with me having the knowledge of prices and math, I make to get my differences refunded. What Michelle doesnt understand is that the Customer Is Always Right, and I refuse to provide any additional funding that I dont owe, even if its a Quarter! She has given me pricing before and then ask for more money at end of service. This past time she argued with me about charging me for a cut down that I did not have. I definitely wont be stepping foot in that place again, after all these years of attendance.

The staff is very rude. I once commented on Michelles bad attitude and in retaliation she messed up my eyebrows. The prices are great but they are mean to their customers.

A friend and I came in 30 mins before close, so I was kind of expecting a rushed pedicure but I got the complete opposite. They took their time, even doing a cute design on my toes with jewels and for the pedicure I got the price seemed like a deal compared to what I would have been charged elsewhere.

We walked in and requested pedis. By the time we chose our colors they were telling us to go back. No problem! When we got to the tubs they were already full of water and cold. When I asked to change the water it was a problem. Everything that usually comes with a deluxe pedi is extra! I mean EVERYTHING! They left gunk on both of our legs and it seemed like it was a problem to have them clean it off.

I use to love this place, but not anymore. I hadnt been to this location in a while and when I returned to get my nails done, they failed to mention that their prices for a full set had went up almost 10 dollars! I wasnt informed until AFTER I had been serviced. By the way, I dont like how they ask to be paid. Pay me now. Thats a bit rude if you ask me. Only time I may return is for eyebrows. Nails? Sorry, but never again smh

I went in yesterday and the guy who did my nails was completely rude. He wasnt listening to what I wanted ( simple full set and filled oval) then when he was doing it wrong and I told him what I wanted he was like OMG GOSHH like excuse me thats what you get paid to do. To do what I CAPITAL I want. If he dont like his job he should get another one period. After he said that I saidwhat do you mean this is what you are paid to do? Then he continues to do my nails. I dont know who Michelle is but if shes the owner she needs better people period. Unhappy with my service but its not a big deal because Ill never go and spend my money there again anyway. But that guy was completely ridiculous, get another job in America after you become a citizen if you dont like doing nails but until then DO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS THEY ARE PAYING.

I am new to this area/relocated. They are very quick to get you in if you didnt schedule an appointment. Came in with pink ombre and white tips. 1st time was told I needed a full set not a fill.. Went with it because of language barrier. Got nude ombre with white tips. Blend of nude was awful. Went back again because the man was very nice and again thinking a language barrier.. asked again for ombre pink. Was told again need full set since nude was already there that they removed and put on. Went with just fill/paint since I didnt have time or wanted to pay nor pain again of removing the other set from my nails. Nails are not even nails on one hand longer than the other. I had a pedicure prior to my nails. Girl left and I sat for 25 minutes. Another girl came around. Had to tell her to trim my toe nails. The people are extremely nice. That is why I gave them a second shot at it. But sorry... No.

If I could rate this nail salon as a 0 I would. So I was a regular client there getting my eyebrows and lashes done so I decided to step out on faith and have them do my nails. BAD idea. The 1st time they did my nails I received a bacterial infection in two nails that cost me a trip to urgent care and a 10 day supply of medicine to get rid of it. So I went back to alert them of what happened and to have them remove the nails. Not only did they not apologize, but the owner made me pay $10.00 to remove the nails. Poor service and bad products. I will NEVER be a patron of this nail salon ever again. Cheap isnt always better ladies.

They did good with my pedicure and eyebrows however my fill in isnt so good she cut my nails down to far and she was not placing the tools in any sanitizer. I think Ill find another shop Im not comfortable with one. However you may be they appear to keep business and were nice people.

Ive tried to give this place a chance several times only because it is close to home. Today was my last and final visit. My daughters home from college and i wanted to treat her. Made a 10am appt but when i called the tech was not there. Drive up there no sign of her. Went to the bank came back, oh she magically appears and argues that shes been there. But clearly were not when your boss said you werent there when i called ahead. Lyna you are good nail tech but you LACK custom service, time management, and poise.

Extremely rude and poor quality nails. Dont go here unless you wanna come back the same day to get them fixed and be accused of breaking them on purpose while instead of eating on your much break youre there for the second time in one day and rather have food. And the last time I came here I had 2 nails break with in 48 hrs. And charge diffrent amounts on both visits for the exact same thing. And wait to tell u its more till theyre done. I went in to get my nails done for my wedding and they said they couldnt do the SIMPLE design I wanted. They have placards with intricate designs but said they couldnt do a criss cross with jewels or even write I DO on my ring finger. The acrylic job itself looked horrible too so I just had the man take the paint off so I can get it fixed somewhere else. He still charged me for the acrylic.

Service is great and you dont wait long to be serviced if you go early.
