FANTASTIC COMPANY! Not only do they have amazing tubs, the customer service is absolutely STELLAR. Any question I had (there were many) were responded to within 24 hours, usually within 2 even after business hours. I recommend Carver Tubs for anyone wanting a fantastic bathroom.

My new jet tub is wonderful! The customer service was even better. I worked with Travis and he was amazing. He helped me choose the perfect tub. When the installer had a suggestion to make the tub easier to install, my tub was already in production. Travis quickly worked with the factory to make the needed changes. He was quickly responsive to email both before and after the sale and also available on the phone. I dont normally do reviews, but this company was so great, I felt I needed to share.

I purchased the AR7242 with 14 jets LED lights and speakers its an incredible tub. It was delivered fairly quickly and packaged very well it seemed overall a very smooth transaction. Unfortunately as I was installing the tub It had clearly been impacted at some point during shipping or manufacturin and the previous lighting did not reveal the spider cracking. I was completely devastated Fortunately there was a company that was able to come save my tub for an extra $750. When they tell you to look over your tub when its delivered listen to them otherwise youll be screwed yourself...

I cant say enough good things about Carver Tubs. Not only are their products of excellent quality and very reasonably priced, their customer service folks are also willing to go the extra mile in assisting customers after the sale. I have spoken with Travis on a couple of occasions regarding a minor issue with the air switch on my 72 x 48 unit. He was extremely helpful and polite while assisting me in resolving my problem. I would certainly recommend Carver if you are in the market for a great tub at a very competitive price.

I have bought two of the Carver tubs. The craftsmanship of their tubs is second to none and I love all the different options to custom build it exactly how you want. Customer service is also been outstanding from Ben & Travis.

I am a contractor. I purchased their whirlpool a while back for my homeowner and its been a complete nightmare. The original man that sold me the tub gave me the wrong spec sheets so I wasnt properly prepared for install and I didnt quote the project right to homeowner because I didnt quote enough electric. Then the whirlpool started springing leaks. So I called back and got Travis. Travis assured me he would fix my entire experience, make me a new whirlpool, and reimburse me for the labor. I alone spent 6-8 hours on this project and my licensed technician and helper spent approx. 12-15 hours on this project (troubleshooting, tub removal, tub install, drain install, drive time, etc). I turned in an invoice for 10 hours of labor and minimal materials and now they wont pay it. Not only will they not pay it but they wont return my phone calls nor emails! This is a horrible company. Do not purchase from this company. They do not stand behind their product, they make empty promises and then they blow you off when they dont want to deal with you. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB next.

We have been searching for a tub for quite some time. We are remodeling our current bathroom and wanted a soaking tub to replace our old one. We came across Carver tubs online and placed a phone call to Travis. Were very pleased with their customer service and are happily awaiting our new tub! I was thrilled with my Carver Tub! I had specific limitations on what would fit the existing bathroom and was looking at some very high priced options. In my research on internet led me to Carver Tubs. I read up on the reviews on Amazon as well as visited their website. A great American small company with a real emphasis on a quality product.The shipping went wonderfully, it arrived in perfect shape. The shipper waited for me to inspect the crate. It came out of the crate well and was just beautiful. My contractor was happy with the quality of the tub. It went in well and our 10 year old is always in that thing, cant get her out!Wish there were more great US companies like this, I love supporting them!

Quality made bathtubs and Amazing American made and the air massage system works great our sales guy Travis was awsome to work with we also had a vibro massage jets that work better than the mall chairs they even knead your back pretty crazy we went ahead and installed lights and a sound system which sounds unbelievable good and has Bluetooth technology so we could use music 🎶 on my playlist, thanks carvertubs were really happy
