Listen, waxing isn’t something you want to mess around with, especially on professionalism and cleanliness. I have used another business previously with no issues, but decided to give a different local business a try.Kaycee was so great- so professional and knowledgeable. If she hasn’t told me she was fairly new to waxing I never would have guessed.The check in process was seamless and the receptionist was so friendly! Definitely recommend this place!!

I have been going to Waxology for some time and always leave very happy with the results.I have mostly used Waxology for sugaring and tinting and just also used them for a lash lift and tint, which I am very happy with.All of the girls at Waxology take time to answer your questions and educate you about best practices for your skin after services. They are also all very personable and kind. They are also very timely....I am always in and out quickly, which I also appreciate.It can sometimes be a bit tricky to get an appointment, but thats because they are so good at their jobs and are in high demand!Keep it up, ladies! You are all doing a fabulous job!

Visited Taylor for brow maintenance, plus beard and mustache first. Taylor is efficient and easily applies her many years of waxing experience to make the process almost painless. 1 visit at waxology and you will understand why experience and professionalism matters. It was so nice to walk out and bring zero wax home.

Megan Bush helped me with an eyebrow lamination consult. We discussed best options, and she recommended a wax and eyebrow tint since I have very thin eyebrows. She completed that and an eyelash lift and tint with a calm demeanor and was so helpful. I love how I have eyebrows and lashes now! She did an amazing job!

I used to rate this place 5-star, but todays receptionist/greeter had the music so loud like it was a dance club, I nearly walked to sit outside in my car. Not the best way to greet customers IMO. I visited Waxologys Breton location for a bikini wax. I was a first time client to the business and to waxing, so I was a bit nervous about my appointment. It was my first time using their service. I came in early before my time so I just had to wait. Staff was friendly. Offered some water. I did a full face. Not very impressed with it. I had some patches that still need to be done, but I do have a lot of baby hair. Parking is all on the street. If your lucky you can park close and walk. I parked in the ramp across the street paid $4.50 for 1hr. Not sure if I would use their service again. But I would give it another thought. Maybe try another body part and see if it goes well.

First time and will be going back regularly. Sarah was amazing, very professional. Could not recommend it more.

This was and has been the one and only place I’ve gone to when I decided to try my first Brazilian wax, my first time was such a great experience, and even after words, however the second go around I can’t say it was the same, I called and explained how the after words of it wasn’t the same the first go around, Brittney called me back and said how it may very well been Bc I didn’t “exfoliate” but I did lol the fact that I didn’t have any problems the first time nor an issue with the exfoliating process, I didn’t seem to understand what made this second time different... I researched and even called other places, they said it could have been Bc my hairs had got “ripped off and tarred rather then to have been pulled from the root of my skin like the first time. I really wanted to like this place and it be “my spot to got to” sadly that won’t be the case, I’d love to have consistency especially when the service is not cheap as it is, and I did tip ... so I will be looking to go else where ...

I went to the Grand opening and had Jamie do my eyebrows. Then I bought the package and had Jamie again. Shes got the right personality for the job. My eyebrows have stayed clean longer than when I have gotten them done at other places. I didnt realize there was a difference until now. When the website was not letting me schedule an appointment, someone was quick to get the issue resolved! Prices are affordable, and the place is clean.

Ive gone twice for French, first sugared and later, waxed. The waxing experience was awful, bleeding and very uneven from right to left, painful for 2 days afterwards. The sugaring experience was much better, so I will return for sugar, but not wax.

I have been going to Betsy for almost a year now and have never had a bad experience, she is fast and knows what shes doing. The studio has always been clean, everyone was wearing a mask and I think their response to COVID is great!

Not sure how this place got so many great reviews. The reviews are what made me choose to get my first Brazilian Wax at Waxology and I was very nervous but also excited to give them a try. Sadly, my first experience was horrible! The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming but I didnt get the same vibe from the owner. The owner did my first brazilian wax and she didnt really talk to me much or make me feel that comfortable or welcome. I felt as if she really didnt want to service me and just wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible. There was a lot of blood afterwards and it felt very uncomfortable to walk. I was in so much pain that I went on YouTube to check out waxing alternatives and see what other girls first brazilian wax experiences were like and I know everyone is different but none of the girls I watched complained about blood or it being uncomfortable to walk afterward and their Wax Technicians talked them through the process, told them to take deep breaths, explained to them the benefits of waxing and things of that nature while being serviced. I got none of that. When it was all said and done I just wanted to get out of there. Im a passive aggressive person so I just politely paid and left but I was in tears when I got home.

I would give more stars to Waxology if I could. Betsy did such a great job and had me in and out of there in no time at all. They are so funny and make you feel so comfortable. I had a Brazilian done and believe me, that is no easy task!! Haha. If you have a sense of humor, you will enjoy the experience. Not that the two go hand and hand but I was super nervous and I usually tackle that with humor. Anyway, a great job was done and I will for sure be going back! Thanks Ladies :)

Betsy goes above and beyond for her clients. Several years ago I walked in as stranger looking to get my eyebrows waxed. Since that day, Betsy has become a friend. Betsy is a truly gifted waxer and I dont trust my brows to anyone else!
