Facility changed ownership and so far has not been nearly as good with the new owner. There was no notification of change except for new rental documents arriving via email (which looked like SPAM).I tried to contact representatives from the new company multiple times with no response. I happened to stop in and saw someone in the office and when I spoke with him, he was very rude. He also happened to have my emails available right in front of him, yet had never replied in several weeks. I also contacted the regional manager and it took him 11 days to return my call.The main door to the building was left unlocked for weeks, which is a major security issue at a storage facility, and when I finally was able to talk to someone from the company they told me there was no other option as they converted over to a new security system. The explanation was completely unacceptable to me, and in the meantime, the door was open for anyone to just walk in.The previous owner offered 24/7 access, which is why I was willing to pay a higher cost for storage. This company has limited hours but did not lower the monthly fee at all.There are better and cheaper places in town.

Ive always been an autopay. They somehow changed hands. Did not call me directly or email me directly. And sent to notices to a secondary email.Do not do business with this company. I am sending a complaint to the Michigan attorney general.

Very easy. Clean, as others mentioned. On the way over, I dropped my dinner plate, just managing to save the slice of pizza mid-fall... The floor at Everkept served as a cleaner surface to eat off of, and was a delightful break during the move.Also, the ability to use their moving truck was super cool. Amanda was fantastic to work with and made the experience even more stupendous.

Amanda was helpful from the moment we started talking on the phone, offering the best possible solutions for a storage unit. She went above and beyond, looking up distances and offering suggestions like using the new rental building for half off the first month!The rental truck made moving our things a breeze with one less step to do.I couldnt be happier with the cleanliness of the facility and the wonderful staff. It truly says a lot about a company who has such caring employees working for them.

We were relocating from out of town and needed a storage unit for a month or so. Amanda was helpful in explaining the sizes and prices and terms. After we filled one, we needed another and Amanda made it happen over the phone. We were able to use the four hour free truck rental to complete our move out. Amanda also helped us with setting up garbage/recycle pickup in our neighborhood. This is a great place to store your items.

Exceeded my expectations. My daughter attends college in GR, needed a place to store her things for the summer, needed climate controlled environment. The property, inside and out is emaculate. Access was safe and simple allowing drop off or pick up any time of day. The building has carts and use of a truck or cargo trailer making moving in seamless. Even has access to a clean bathroom which is great when travelling 3 hours to help with the move. Amanda helped me to arrange necessary paperwork and use of the trailer over the phone, my daughter just walked in and signed the paperwork. Highly recommend.

I needed a place to store my belongings after they were moved from Texas to Michigan in storage pods. Everkept storage facility on Oak Industrial was the best price for the size, climate control, 24 hour access, and location. Amanda was extremely helpful in allowing my storage pods to be placed and stay for a few days until the movers came and moved my stuff out of them into my huge storage room. It was the cleanest facility I have ever been in. When I needed a few more days to get my stuff out, they accommodated me with no questions asked. I would store here again in an instant!

Great facility - clean and secure. The fact that it is climate controlled was a big attraction for us as we were storing nearly all of our furniture and other belongings while waiting for our new house to be completed. Amanda B was always helpful, pleasant, and courteous. She made the whole experience just that much more pleasant. We would choose Everkept again in the future, were the need to arise.

We have had a great experience with Everkept Storage so far. It was easy to get things set up and moved in. We were able to use one of the moving trucks for free when we moved and it was very affordable to rent it again for a second round of moving our stuff. The customer service has been friendly and helpful and when we decided to change the size of our unit we were able to switch it was quick and easy. The facilities are very clean and easy to get around in, and for the price it seems like a great value.

I have had a great experience using Everkept to store my things this year. The space is so clean and it is temperature regulated, so I have not had to worry about my belongings while they were in storage. The customer service has been great as well. Always friendly and quick to return calls and emails.

Amanda is wonderful to work with - she is knowledgable, professional, and prompt! The climate controlled, indoor nature of the storage facility is ideal as my belongings were exactly as I left them for 2 years.My only critique is related to prices. For the very small space I rented, the price was a little high and was raised during my time with them.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and I found it to be really easy and convenient at Everkept! Amanda was really really wonderful, friendly, and helpful. You get one day of using the rental truck for free which is super convenient- saved me from having to rent a truck. Carts and dollies are available on site and the facility is nice and clean!!

I have utilized several storage options over the years, but EverKept was hands-down the best. I loved the 24-hours access and indoor, climate controlled building. I didnt need to worry about dampness and mold, or bad weather causing water to flood the floor. There were dolly carts for moving items from the door to the unit, which made moving a breeze.I worked with Amanda at the Oak Industrial Dr location, and transacting my storage unit was incredibly easy! They also let you use a moving truck for FREE when you move into a unit!Great deal, location, environment and security, and excellent service!

We called Everkept on a Friday in need of a storage unit and trailer on short notice. They were amazing. They had a trailer for us and a unit set up for the next day. During all of the transitions that come with moving, I really appreciated everything about Everkept. Facilities were clean and secure, correspondence was consistent and prompt, and people were helpful and kind. I rented a large unit for 3 months, it was great. Location was secure, Amanda was awesome in helping me out figure which unit would be the best value. The facility is well kept, entrance to the storage facility is well protected!

If you miss your payment by a couple days they will overlock it. Also you cant even tell what this place is because they dont have a clear sign from the road. Ive driven by it multiple times because of it.
