I am able to hear my messages recorded thru a google local services app I am using. I was shocked at how many times I was being put on hold for excessive amounts of time. Sometimes more than 3 minutes. Many people hung up. This is unacceptable and was the reason I switched in the first place.

We have our business phone forwarded to Ambs. Jennifer and her team at Ambs are always awesome to talk to and work with, replies to my questions quick, and I’ve never had a complaint from a client. We actually get business because the phone service puts us on another level compared to our competitors.

We used Ambs Call Center for 1 year while we were transitioning our veterinary practice from daytime hours to 24/7 hours. The messages were detailed and allowed our doctors and client service staff to have easy followup calls the following day. The service and support that they provide is exceptional!

Our company used them for a couple of months. The pricing was way out of line with what we expected or was budgeted based upon our previous usage. We went from around $700 per month at our older company to close to $3000. We tried to discuss this with them and we ended up quitting as soon as possible. They could not follow our instructions despite many attempts to correct. We thought this led to the crazy billings but we are not sure. I thought the company was way too expensive for what you got and I would not recommend them in any way.

AMBS has been the Call Center for Forgotten Harvests donations for a very long time. However, the account has only been under my watch for the last year or so. The first thing we needed to address was a full website redesign including a new merchant service provider and donation page. AMBS operators were fully trained to use our updated system and when hiccups occurred, as they tend to do with web updates, the communication from AMBS was swift and complete so that we could address issues promptly. They would call, send email and direct donors to us as needed. Our holiday volume of donations were a great success, in part due to the professionalism and courteous staff at AMBS.Once the hubbub of the holidays had subsided I wanted to review our contract terms. AMBS provided me with a full analysis of our actual and projected usage and made recommendations for a different tier of service to save us money. And the plan can be changed as needed by month throughout the year to address peak and slow calling volume.AMBS has been a reliable and important partner to Forgotten Harvest.
