Very clean, welcoming as well.
A wonderful heaven sent place for my family with an injured child in a nearby facility. Friendly, loving and caring staff. Dollie Grant made us feel so loved, shes absolutely the best! So blessed to have had this place for my family to help us out in a time of need!
Amazing staff makes you feel super comfortable when youre away from home! Theyre very accommodating to your needs, especially when youre in a circumstance where a child in need of help. Its a wonderful place to be and Im grateful for their assistance. Thanks 😊😊
Very friendly staff and the place is gorgous. Its nice to have a place for families who have sick family members to stay. Thank you very much
Thank you RMHWM, you guys have been nothing but great people to us who are willing to help through our hard times. Weve been staying for more than 3 months and they offer more than just a place to sleep. We are so blessed for letting us stay there so we could see our baby 💗
I had to stay here 2 times for 8 weeks each time! This place is amazing and offers passes to those that stay to visit surrounding events and Museum! Im so grateful for the hospitality they provide.
Our group from work went here one evening to cook dinner for the 17 families who were staying. Its a wonderful facility with caring workers and a tremendous mission. The kitchen contains 4 refrigerators, 4 stoves, 4 microwaves and 4 dishwashers so that all of the families can have access to cooking their own meals, if they wish. Each night, a different community group is scheduled to come onsite to cook dinner for the families. The administration encourages those who cook to stick around and eat with a few of the families so that you can interact with them.
I stayed here for a little over two Months when my son was born. (He was 3 months premature) If it wasnt for them I wouldnt have been able to see him every day. The staff there is absolutely wonderful and the house itself is beautiful.
They were the absolute best crew of volunteers and workers, keeping us more than comfortable.
They were fantastic. Helped me out and worked with me when no one else would. thanks to you guys Im on my feet with my twins. Much love.
The Staff was really nice
Amazing people! Most definitely a blessing to be here!
The staff is outstanding. Very compassionate. An excellent resource for families with sick or dying loved ones.
Amazing staff. Great to have somewhere to stay during already difficult times. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and hospitality! It is sincerely appreciated! Wonderful organization!
These people are the gr8est.. Was there for me to be with my daughter in hospital. Love you guys💞
Told us they would help with a room for the night before my sons stint removal. Said we didnt have to book a hotel because they had a discount at one and would set it up the day before. After days of talking to Renee and the hotel we were told it would be taken care of. The Ronald McDonald house was terrible about contacting us back. As we are getting ready to leave today they call us and say theres no room so they will get the room at the hotel. After not hearing anything for two hours after leaving they called and said that there was no room for us at either. The lapse in follow through and concern has now cause us to not have anywhere to stay the night before my sons procedure.
I was fortunate enough to be approved to stay here when baby was in NICU devos... Lotta rules that are unnecessary. But Im sure there rules for a reason 🤷🤷🤷
Building is clean, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Food is available in the kitchen and each room gets their own shelf in the fridge for their own personal meal items.
Excellent resource for ppl. No charge for anything. Food lodging Landry etc
This place is amazing! You feel like you have a home and family when you are far away from home and dealing with tragedy.
Probably one of the best Charitys out there for what they do.
I just helped volunteer here but I enjoyed my time volunteering. Great place to volunteer.
I was a guest, who stayed at the Ronald McDonald House while my twin daughters were hospitalized at Devos. I was so grateful to be able to be so close to the hospital while my daughters were in the NICU. It was my home away from home. I do not know what I would have done without the Ronald McDonald House. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to have them open their doors for me. I had a place to rest, reliable transportation to get me back and forth, & a warm meal to come home too. Thank you so much RMH of Western Michigan.
I was very impressed by the politeness and friendliness of the staff and the cozy feeling of the house. It even has a beautiful view into the back yard.
Clean. Meals provided are nice. Facility has outdoor play area for kids. Offers Wi-Fi. Wash and dryers are provided. Give shuttle rides to medical facilities. Deff recommend.
Great organization helping families in need!
