Leitz tooling is top notch quality.

VERY unhappy with our recent experience!! We were told, by their sales rep, that we could try out the diamond tooling and if we were not satisfied, we could return it. I explained the sheet goods that we would be cutting and was reassured that the diamond tooling should handle it just fine. The diamond tools failed to produce the quality of cut needed on our 1/2 cold rolled vinyl products, so we returned the tooling. Now I get a call from them saying they will take the tool back, BUT there will be a 20% restocking charge. NO BUENO!!Update: After receiving the documentation on spindle speed and feed rate, they acknowledged that they had sent me the wrong tool and agreed to refund the price. Changing my review to 3 stars.
