Randy Reeds is absolutely amazing, a one-in-a-million realtor. Hes kind, professional, extremely diligent and hard-working, and just a great guy. Ive had him over at my house thinking I was going to sell my house more times than I can count, and most realtors would shut the door in my face and say forget about you because I never actually did follow through with selling my home and buying a new one. I will eventually, but the timing has not been right yet. But Randy has been so patient with me and so polite and kind despite my indecisiveness. And hes always right on top of things and responds immediately to my questions and interests. You will not find another realtor like Randy.

Nate Harr at Reeds Realty helped us to both sell our old home and buy a new one at the same time, so this review is for both aspects of service.SELL: Nate spent a ton of time walking us through the process to ensure we understood what was happening and what to expect. He used a professional photographer to take photos for the listing, and what a difference that made! We had so much attention on our simple 3 bedroom home that we were spending a lot of our spare time in bars while prospective buyers walked through. *Side note: they use a convenient app that allows buyers to request specific tour times. We were able to approve or reject requests on our phones and keep track of when people were supposed to come through.* Our house was listed on a Thursday and sold on Saturday. We could not have been more happy with the experience.BUY: Sometimes I thought, Poor Nate, for having to put up with our almost impossible demands for our dream home, in our dream location, but within our budget. Nate never pushed us to settle. He listened to our preferences and consistently worked to find the right house. He contacted us immediately when a house came on the market that we might be interested in and made himself available at short notice for (dozens of) tours. Im still amazed to say that we found a house that checked all our boxes AND fit within our budget.Beyond being happy to have sold our old house and bought our new house at great prices, we are so appreciative of Nates assistance along the way. Randy Reeds is a fantastic realtor! He is fair, honest, nice, and goes above and beyond! I’m so grateful for everything Randy and his office has done for us. I wouldn’t use anyone else! We have done several transactions with him recently since he sold us our first house together six years ago.The first time we worked with his company we were renters and the owners were selling out. We initially found Randy through Dave Ramsey’s recommendation in early 2013 when my husband and I (along with our 1-year-old) bought our first house together. His company helped us find our new home on a very small budget to accommodate our desire for a 15-year mortgage. It needed some sweat equity into it but it had the potential to look beautiful.Fast forward 6.5 years later (and three more children later), we’d totally out grown our first home and wanted to relocate an hour away closer to family. We had informed Randy we would want him to help us buy a house we found as soon as it hit the market since it was a foreclosed property and we didn’t know when it would be listed.Before the house we wanted went on the market, I had contacted a couple realtors closer to where we lived to find out how much we could sell our old house for but they wouldn’t give our old house the time of day for an accurate value. They just wanted to do a cost valuation based on the steel-of-a-deal we bought it for and the cost of materials (not labor to fix it ourselves) instead of a market valuation which resulted in a $20,000-$30,000 difference from what we thought it was worth (our sweat equity)! Randy offered to come out to our house (a few towns away) to look at it and see how much he thought we could list it at. Randy knew we were not going to list it unless we got the other one (whenever it ended up on the market – which was almost a year later). He did this just out of the kindness of his heart so that when the house went up on the market, we knew what we could offer on our dream home that was in need of a lot of work. Randy compared it to other houses on the market and thought it was more than what we thought it was worth and what the other realtors said based on what comps he could find.We finally got the good news that our offer was accepted on our dream home we waited 1.5 years to get! Shortly after, Randy’s office listed our old house on the market for what Randy thought it was worth based on the comps he could find since value had gone up from when he first priced it out a year ago. It was on the market for the weekend and sold the very next day for a tiny bit more than asking price (and $70,000-$80,000 more than what the other realtors wanted to list it at)!His office has gone above and beyond to help us get through everything in a timely manner and maneuver through some of the sticky situations that would arise here and there. We had two houses going on at once so it was a little crazy selling the old house and buying the new one at the same time. Everyone has been so nice and I’ve made long life friends through our recent encounters. We weren’t even in our new house a month and the neighbors put some of their land up for sale. We only had 2 acres with our new house instead of the 5 we had at our old house and had an opportunity to get another 4 acres. Randy had called and talked with the necessary departments to try and make it possible for us to buy the land since the 4 acres we wanted wouldn’t have any road frontage. We needed land that touched the back of our property but continued straight back. This was a problem because of the required width to depth lot ratio’s and lack of road frontage for the parcel we wanted to add. Without Randy’s exceptional expertise in land and the help of his office (especially Jady), we wouldn’t have closed on the additional acreage for our farm equipment (and eventually farm animals) last week. Now we have our dream home and the acreage to go with it for this to be our forever home!Call Randy – don’t search any longer for a great realtor, you found him right here!

Both Randy and his assistant Jady are great to work with. They are both really great at communicating, which is pretty important. Randy is very honest and very knowledgeable. We had a potential issue with the septic system on the house we were buying and Randy did not want us to close on the house until everything was figured out with that. He has your best interest! I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house.

My wife and I first discovered Reeds Realty when we were interested in a house they were showing. At the time, we had just moved on from a realtor and lacked representation, but still wanted to view the house regardless. Reeds sent a representative, Nate Harr, to show us the house. At no point did he ever try to sell us the house, rather, he talked us out of it; the amount of work it would take to make it into the house of our dreams was too daunting, especially with a newborn baby. We were so taken aback by his professionalism and genuine demeanor, we hired him as our realtor on the spot. How thankful we were that we did.Two months later my wife and I found our dream home. Harr, during rush hour, drove 30 miles through a winter storm warning just so my wifes grandparents could see the house before we put in an offer. THAT is customer service.I look back and thank God (and Harr) that we passed on that first house. Now, my wife and I are in the perfect home. Throughout the process, Reeds Realty returned every phone call, every text message same day.I rarely, if ever, post reviews about anything online. But Reeds Realty and Nate Harr get my highest level of recommendation.
