It is difficult to convey with words how wonderful Ernesto is! He took my problem of upcoming foreclosure and came up with possible solutions. I went with his suggestion of listing my home and accepting an offer for a sale. Seemed easy enough.....until it wasnt! Problem after problem arose and just when I thought we had given up, I would get a call from Ernesto with more possible solutions. He is always thinking of other ideas to resolve a situation. Always. He put so much time and energy into my situation, he made me feel like I was his only client when I am far from it. Ernesto communicated with me every step of the way, he cared about me and my situation, and made me laugh when I wanted to cry! Ernesto seems to have a knack for coming up with a plan....all with the goal of resolving a bad situation and allowing me to get on with my life. I have a happy ending, and all the credit belongs to Ernesto and his persistence in getting it done for me!
