Could not be happier with how our plating turned out. They were very quick and did a very nice job. After a bad experience at Controlled Plating Technologies we went to these guys and they did an outstanding job. CPT Could no longer do the Yellow Zinc that we needed, and failed at their attempt. Photos show the proper Yellow Zinc we had done at Midwest and the failed attempt by CPT. These guys are the only ones I know of, that still actually do Yellow Zinc in house, and they do an amazing job.

Sent a small order to of fasteners to them on 10/25/2017, to have the plating removed. They normally process quickly and expected the same this time. Paperwork showed a request to return the small box of fasteners to via UPS. Several days went by and hadnt received. Called on 11/2 to question the status. Spoke to Ryan - he said they would be shipped on 11/3. Made another couple of calls to them to check on delivery. Third call on 11/10 - Ryan was out of the office so spoke with Tom. I relayed the above and my displeasure of the circumstances. Tom said - Ive been running this place for 50 years and you $50 customers are always the complainers. You know what - if I were you, Id take my business to one of the other suppliers in town. Rest assured Tom. That is exactly what we will do.

They get my stuff done in a timely fashion.
