We reserved a tent and some other items (tables, chairs, dance floor, lights, linens, etc.) from Baker Tent Rental for our wedding back in July. It was AMAZING, the most beautiful set up. We had to change our order of what we needed during the planning process several times, and they were SO helpful and understanding every time we changed things around. These are a few pictures of our tent and some other items we rented from them...one picture before the ceremony and one after the reception.We were so impressed and absolutely LOVED our tent and rentals from them! We would highly recommend them!

Baker Tent and Party Rental was fantastic. We had a unique situation where our event did not have a concrete date, but Baker was ready at a moment’s notice to help us out with a tent, tables, and linens for 110 guests. Their staff was incredible; they were helpful and efficient while setting up in our work parking lot. The family we hosted the event for was very happy and impressed with the full set up; it was beyond their expectations. A huge thank you to Evelynn and Brian for working with us so quickly and efficiently.

The rentals were exactly as described and perfect for our event, of course we had to leave right away for our honeymoon and left the clean up to some family. When Baker found out that the return would be difficult because of some family health issues they volunteered to pick up for free, and we cannot thank them enough.

First time renting from them and will not do it again. They delivered my order but incorrect count and I was left to deal with a lot less chairs than I ordered and paid for 30 min before the event. Customer service is very poor, got defensive and did not want to acknowledge the mistake. Also could not rectify the damage and inconvenience this caused me.

I’ve worked with Baker a number of times in a variety of different capacities and am constantly impressed with their services! Excellent communication, prompt arrivals and clean products. I’m a Wedding Coordinator for a local venue and always love seeing Baker come across the vendor list. :) Would absolutely recommend!!

I highly recommend Baker Rental! They let me borrow a chair cover to make sure it would fit our chairs before renting! They were great to work with and I would definitely go back for my rental needs!

Theyre also very awesome about reminding you that you have items to pick up and theyll stay past open hours to ensure you have what you need.Feedback; We rented quite a bit this past weekend for our wedding and had help loading up our vehicles (which was very awesome) but dropping off this morning was a chore. Unfortunately, none of the warehouse crew was available to assist in bringing in items. Needless to say, I got my workout in this morning ;) so just be aware. Sometimes these guys are super busy so prepare to work!Im expecting a nice discount for next time, guys! ;) Thank you again!

Had an order to pick up for my church event. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Service was quick.

The workers picking up tables in Padnos Hall, GVSU were taking tables that people were sitting at without saying anything to them. When they did say something it was we need everyone to move. Super rude, there is a more tactful way to accomplish a job.

Delivery people we so rude. They never came back to pick up the rentals at the time agreed upon then when they finally did come get them the next day they forgot the linens and I dropped them off myself. When I explained what happened I didnt even get an apology. Just simply well if you would have called we would have came and got them really? When? The next day? Dont use this place they are unbelievably rude.

Great company. On-time delivery and even a second trip to bring back a stage skirt we liked. Very accommodating for our big day!
