I’ve used this business for snow removal. Each year I’ve had issues with them but have continued to use their service because the others I’ve called have been full already. One year they did not start services with the first snows because they insisted I didn’t pay. I provided the date and time of the transaction that thankfully I had screen-shot-turned out Egypt Creek had an issue with their third party used for billing. Egypt Creek never apologized nor did anything to make up for missed driveway clearings when I shoveled. Last year they were consistently late and my driveway way not cleared when I’d leave in the morning by 7:30-7:45 am, so I had to shovel anyway. On the flyer this year they advertised to anticipate a cleared driveway by 6 am, so I called about this year (again after calling for the past month and finding other providers were full) They want to charge me for clearing a double driveway, even though it’s single lane, because I have a two stall garage. Craig insists they always have charged me for a double and it’s because the driver wouldn’t know to clear one lane (?? It’s only one lane, what’s to be aware of??) -but he was going to “put a note on my account” when I commented that they never clear in front of the second stall and still charge me for a double driveway. No thanks. I’d rather shovel all winter than pay for this nonsense anymore.

Unfortunately, we used their snow plow service last season and was very dissatisfied with their driver and lack of follow up. The very first morning they came to plow, they drove over their marking stick and took and huge gouge of turf out down the side of the driveway. I sent emails and pictures of the damage when the snow had melted enough. I put my own markers down but they drove over those as well. I would say they were able to stay on the driveway 30% of the time. How hard can it be to steer between bright orange sticks?They reassured me they would be out in the spring to repair any damage, but unfortunately, they never came. No call, no message saying theyre really busy due to Covid and it will be next month -- nadda. I eventually had a different company come and repair the ground, as well as the sprinkler head that was damaged by the plow.I just received their letter to sign up for plow service again this season (LOL) and it prompted me to share our experience. I expect some repairs may be needed each season, but not impressed with the lack of follow through. I cant recommend their plow service.

We recently switched to Egypt Creek for our snow plowing and my goodness! They are AMAZING! Reliable, regular, thorough, and they keep their customers updated on all snow events & removal plans. This is what everyone else we’ve ever used has always been missing - impeccable communication. I don’t mind even if they’re late - or even if they can’t make it on occasion (which, just to be clear, still hasn’t happened with Egypt Creek, but I’m just saying) - as long as they just communicate that to me. And so far, they’ve been wonderful, and we couldn’t be happier!I highly recommend them.

We switched to EC about two years ago. Had issues with prior providers. Our house has never looked better since we made the switch. EC is very reliable and has taken on several of my neighbors since we hired them as our house looks the best on our block. Would highly recommend!

We are very pleased with Egypt Creek. They have mowed our lawn and snowplowed our driveway for the last three years. A big improvement over our last company. They also redesigned our landscape beds in front of our house and it looks just great. I would highly recommend!

We have been using Egypt Creeks snow removal service for several years now, and even when weve been hit with a ton of snow, they have almost always cleared our driveway at least once before I have left for work in the morning (and on the rare occasion that they hadnt, they always did shortly thereafter). On those really heavy snow days, they come back to re-plow two, or even three times in a single day, and they send out emails to keep us posted regarding their progress on those days as well. Their prices are very reasonable and I think we get great value for the money.

I have used them for plowing for the last 7 yrs and every year the service has gotten worse. Will be looking for a new company this coming year.

We are very pleased with Egypt Creek Landscaping. We were hit and miss with a few companies over the years but found Egypt Creek about four years ago. Our lawn and garden beds always look so nice.

Excellent communication and top level service. We have used this company for about 10 years and always have the nicest looking landscaping in our neighborhood.

We just signed up for another year with Egypt. They consistently do a very nice job and our property always looks professionally maintained.

I lived next door to one of their former customers. In addition to regularly waking us up in the middle of the night, they would often just drag and scatter the excavated snow down the street, right past my driveway. They’ve also continuously torn up my lawn year after year, and they seem to think that the handful off grass seed thrown over the damage completely makes us square. Then again, maybe that’s just their way of dredging up more business for their lawnscaping services.

So far I’m very disappointed with this business. I purchased snow plow services for my Great Uncle who is a retired Veteran in his late 70’s. I was billed for snow removal of his driveway and sidewalk and so far only the driveway have been cleared. I’ve emailed and called Craig Wolff numerious times and he keeps blowing me off. I’m starting to feel cheated and just want to spread the word so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY********Originally had a terrible experience with this company so I ended up complaining to the Better Business Bureau. My call was returned by the owner and the issue was fixed immediately. I would have corrected this to 4 or 5 star but the gentleman that I spoke with was pretty rude and threatened to refund my money and leave with me no snow services even though he admitted it was his mistake. ********

We had a lawn leveled and seeded. The grass looks pretty ok now (1 year later), but there are a lot of rocks in the yard, some bare dirt areas, and while they were seeding, the truck wrecked our side yard.

Saturday, 1AM, they had a guy use a leaf blower to clear the sidewalk of a neighbor. Woke up my house from a dead sleep. They used a leaf blower to remove 2 inches of snow from one customers sidewalk when the snow had stopped for at least 6 hours. This could have wait until the morning. Now, today, with 6 inches on the ground the driver back bladed all the snow into the street and took off.

I called for an estimate this morning and it was completed this afternoon... I an very impressed and will be using their services.
