Throughout my time working here at UCS as a cleaner, I surprisingly enjoyed this job. My manager was encouraging and understanding to me. I think I could have gone up within the company had I not gone off to school. This is something that I really enjoyed about the company. Planning on working here this summer.

From the start of the hiring process to the continued employment I have been impressed with UCS on many levels. The commitment in training, availability of supplies and life/work balance is by far the best in the business. I am continually impressed with how UCS funtions as an employer and as a business.

I currently work here. Cleaners are told to “work faster” by managers to distract from how understaffed the buildings they’re cleaning are. Management is a trainwreck. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this place. They’ll just toss you to the side the moment you have an issue with something. The managers are in it for themselves and only do actual work when they’re getting heat from the UCS office.

I found this company on indeed and I decided to summit an application for employment. I got contacted within 2 days. My orientation was great and I started working right away. I work with such a wonderful crew who are a blessing to work with. I hope my review doesnt change for the worst. But till this very day its been wonderful. Thank You UCS for allowing me to work for you guys.

Had a nice interview. The hr representative was nice. Answered my questions was very attentive to my answers. Looking forward to speaking with them again

I loved working for UCS until certain people created nonstop drama. The schedule was very flexible and allowed for me to go to school. If you are a college student or parent this is a great place to work.

This has been by far one of the best companies that I’ve worked for. They’re not a perfect company but they always strive to make things better and make you feel part of a team while valuing your work. If you work hard and want to move up this is the place to work. I’ve seen several utility cleaners promoted to supervisors and managers. They are also willing to listen to your ideas and they will try to put them in practice.I’ve worked for a few other cleaning companies in a management position even one that had over 140,000 employees but I have never been part of one that is as honest and fair to their employees as UCS.I would definitely recommend this company.

Ive been working for this company for almost 3 years, I feel like Ive been bully, poor manager who bully you, HR does not do any when there is a issue, at this point I do not plan to continue with the company and WOULD never recommend anyone work for this company

UCS is a great company and its a lot of growth opportunities. Always go over and beyond to make sure there employees are happy. Great hours, and management team is great, you can always rely on them to have a answer for you. Just like any other job there’s some difficulties but the good outweighs the bad everytime, I’ve worked for other cleaning companies and tried other jobs but nothing compares to ucs.

Decent until new management took over. Manager acted put out and avoidant when asked for supplies. Manager and daughter were usually chain smoking/smoking weed in the company van.

Overall, UCS is a great company to work for. Teri A has been a very understanding and kind manager for the year and a half Ive worked for this company, and Stacey is an amazing supervisor. They strive for the best work, and they pass this on to their workers.There are some issues that Ive experienced second-hand, and this is due to some managers and supervisors that do not treat their employees with respect. In turn, this leads to employees that do not take pride in their work.However, UCS definitely encourages hard work and learning; if you work hard, take pride in your work, communicate well, and strive to take on more responsibilities, they will reward you.Mark L

Great team to work with and quality work. We use their team for painting, maintenance, punch, landscape, janitorial clean, carpet cleaning and landscape maintenance. Highly recommended!

No one does it better... Better than good, they are the best!

UCS is an amazing place to work, the managers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have kids and I am grateful that UCS is flexible and willing to work with me so I don’t have to miss important moments with them. I know from experience that just by coming to work everyday and doing the best you can UCS is very rewarding and has tons of opportunities for advancement.

They do phenomenal work! You won’t be disappointed!

This company posted a negative review that was not true on one of our google listings just because we wouldnt cut a yard for $20. Very unprofessional!!

Not a good company to work for. They wers consantly changing our schedules without notice. I would just happen. Upper managment was all messed up.

This company is the worst company ever HR never returned any of your phone calls when you try to call them they say they played tag phone with you but you be the one playing tag phone with them because they never return phone calls they do not pay for orientation so I would never ever apply for that damn job ever again

Only reason I quit was because of Chris Thorp. Loved it until he came around
