The people who answered my call both on the phone and in person tried their best. Too bad the company they work for doesnt let the left hand know what the rightvis doing. Everything in their protocol is set up to cover their assets. I get that but they seem to forget any businesses best assets are their customers. Everytime there is a connectivity issue, they end telling me my equipment is bad. I have replaced my router two times and the modem once and they are telling me its my router.
Poor service. Employees felt distant to me. They acted like they wanted to be somewhere else.

I was happy dealing with the person over the phone. I have no idea why I had to go to the store and give a 50.00 that was not a good experience. I think this could have been dealt with over the phone. Not everyone who has a cell phone is literate at using it. Maybe hire more people to work at the stores. Maybe not hire people that missed their calling to be Marine corp drill instructors. If your outfit did not have the monopoly in town. Or I could have a dish where Im at. I would have walked out of your store. About as quick as I walked in. Yes I was wearing a face shield all on my own without being g told to put one on. Really dont like being told how to wear it. I had to move it a couple times to read the screen. Your employee treated me like a recruit in bootcamp. Also might want to tell employees to not carry their phone on them. Really rude when your asking for help and their texting someone. Every 30 seconds the phone goes beep beep. I hope I dont have to deal with your outfit other then having my payment thank commonsense for automatic withdraw. Almost just thinking about putting rabbit ears up. Just watching my favorite shows on my phone. Please I hope I dont have to go through flashbacks of boot camp again. I know this virus is a mess.

Now I see why Comcast is ranked as one of the most hated companies in America. They are hands down one of the (if not the) worst company to ever do business with. The poor customer service (rep made a rude comment and hung up on me) and mistakenly overcharging on bills is completely unacceptable!They made a mistake and then told me to go to my bank and fix it when they should be working to fix it since it was their mistake! An hour later on a call and still no resolution. Again, completely unacceptable!I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company after the way numerous calls with them have gone.
