We had them repair several of our cylinders, and they were leaking from the moment we got them back. We contacted them and let them know, and they were never repaired correctly. We were then sued for the entire amount, and had to settle for a lesser amount. We offered for them to take the cylinders back and fix them correctly, but they refused to fix them correctly. We’ve talked to other companies who’ve had work done by them, and they have had the same issue. We have done business with them for several years and never had any issues until the last few years. We will never do business with Union Street again.

Quoted me $500 to repair a piston and cylinder cover for my hydraulic exhaust pipe expander. They had it done the next day for $450.

They ended up having more labor than what they quoted me for a cylinder repair but stuck to their quote.

I could not imagine dealing with better guys than Ed and his team, simply could not. Competent, friendly, not easily stressed out by my hydraulic emergencies, nor will they be by yours. They are the complete package, now in a super well equipped shop and can handle your situation quicker than you think. I have known them for 12 years. They leave enough of a positive impression on you that you tend to remember them by sending them a postcard when you happen to be travelling. Thats the kind of people they are!
