My trash is a one a week pick up on fridays well last friday and nothing this is now Thursday. Trash even on the groundVery disappointed. And yes Ive tried to call and all I get is a busy siangal.

DO NOT USE THIS TRASH SERVICE!!!!They need to just close up shop. I pay for 2 days a week and Im lucky to get them to pick it up 1 day a week. They take the phones off the hook so they dont have to answer the phone. Its IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them. They owe me for 20 missed pick up days.

Bobs has provided a good service for a long time. Not any longer! We have two large recycle bins and a small trash bin, but from time to time I have packing foam from all the packages that come in the mail, its not recyclable so I bag it up because it takes up to much room in the small trash bin. I put the bags along side the bin and the driver did not take them, my wife inquired why and was told there will be a fee to pick up extra bags, we agree to pay a fee, I put some bags out after making an agreement to pay the fee and the driver does not take them, again we ask and now I am told that I have a discount bin and you put out extra every week, implying I was taking advantage of them, this after we agree to pay extra, they were surprised when I pointed out that we also two very large recycle bins, and no record of the agreement we made to pay extra, my wife pointed out that she was also told we need to give advance notice to have extra bags picked, it seems they can not get their act in order, but I know that blaming me for doing things wrong was the last straw.

We use Bobs for our dumpster service. They are great! The office is always so helpful and can usually schedule our dumpster swap out same day and if not they always forewarn us. Very friendly and helpful.

Ive used Bobs disposal for many years. Always great customer service and never had any issues with trash removal. Price has been consistent and I value their service and reliabilty.

Really disappointed. Put trash and recycling out last Thursday as Bobs was running on a holiday schedule. Recycling was never picked up. My sister had a difficult time getting the can out as it was so full. It sat by the curb from Thursday night on. Its still there. Weve called and they dont seem to believe that we are being truthful. We follow all of the recycling rules and always have our trash, recycling, and yard waste out on time. Seem like a couple of senior citizens cant be trusted. Totally unacceptable to me.

Trash is always picked up.Yard waste is a complete waste of money. Had problems last year with it not being picked up. 3 weeks into yard waste season and they didnt pick it up today. Going to just call and cancel it tomorrow. Its not worth the unreliability. Probably changing garbage service as well.

I put out my trash & recycling, they take it. On the (rare) occasion I have something that doesnt fit (broken ladder for example) they took that too.My neighbor asked them to come by during the day so her four year old could check out the garbage truck, and they came over and showed him how it worked.

I can only imagine the problems with service some people are having with this company. My complaint is with management. I have recently applied for a job with this company. I drove almost an hour because this company was the only one hiring. Got there and Bob and his brother gave me the run around. Then called couple days later and said oh we can hire you and will give you back call back. Then called back and said oh something came up and we will not use you. Very unprofessional company. Since they gave me the illusion I was employed I turned away other potential jobs. Now Im back at square one. Very unprofessional company. I can only imagine what their service is like. However, I dont harbour any Ill feelings.; Best of luck.

They rented me a huge dumpster and I put all of my trash in it. They took it away when I was done with it. Exactly what I expected, and for a fair price. A+.

Bobs trash service took care of pending issue . Emailed back and phoned back was very nice to and pleasant to talk with.

My wife and I have used the service for a few years now. In February, our trash didnt get picked up. Our payment was taken but no service. After multiple calls still nothing. It took until April for them to pick up again. They kept forgetting to put us on the schedule. It was so bad the owner called and offered us free pick up for a year. Well August comes and we get one bill for 6 months worth. After hashing everything out at the office again, its been over a month since our last pick up. Still no pick up today. We are over it. It makes zero sense that they cannot contact a driver and have them pick up after they forgot to tell him that morning, then allow it to happen 3 more weeks. Come grab your can. We are going elsewhere.

They dont do their jobs. Left the trash out 2 weeks ago, and they threw the cardboard box back on the driveway. Didnt take the trash this week, and didnt tell us they werent coming. Horrible service.

One of their drivers swore at my child while waiting for the bus to get the f$$$ out of the way you little s$$$
