I love working in an environment that adapts quickly and supports new, creative ideas. Proos culture definitely embodies those qualities + more. Every day is different and I have the flexibility and autonomy to get work done however works best for me.People are key at Proos and its evident that management genuinely trusts their employees to work hard. Im given the tools I need to be successful, help when I ask for it, and the freedom to advance my skills and do a good job without micromanagement!

Every company has things they need to work on but the good ones address the issue and try their hardest to resolve it. Thats Proos.Management is unlike any other I have seen, you actively see them on the floor, working on the floor, and trying to understand different points of view to fully get a grasp on what needs improvement.The CEO is very friendly and is also on the floor talking to the employees. I am not sure about others, but my past experience with other companies have been where I have never even met the CEO before while working on the floor.

Im sorry Cora Mae felt yelled at, sincerely this is not what Proos is about. We have great people here and treat our people very well. This simply wasnt the case. We have limited parking at Proos, we had several volunteers from the company across the street parking in our lot, I simply asked that she and others park across the street at the business they were actually visiting instead of our lot. No one was yelled at or mistreated. They were asked very politely.

Good, fast, cheap. Pick two!

Toxic culture. Dishonest leadership. Below average rate of pay. They disguise their lack of organization and knee-jerk productionschedules as a do anything to get it done attitude.Notice the 5 star reviews are from Deb Proos posting from multiple accounts. Sad.

It’s a good place to work. I felt like I could have been paid more but the work environment and the people I worked with help make up for that. Management was ok I’d say, the production supervisor seemed lazy and did not know what he was doing. The main boss Amy is very kind and friendly to her employees, if I could, I’d work for her again.

Proos is an awesome place to work. They take great care of the employees and really care about them.

Worked 4 days through temp told work satisfactory from supervisor fired by DHR no contact with this person. Civil Liberties Union contacted. Really crazy Co.

Was yelled at before I even got into the building! She screamed at the top of her lungs. She told me to park in the right spot and not to trespass? This company is ridiculous.

My husband worked for this company. What a joke. Told him hed be hired in making x amount then they low balled him. He broke records for quantities made on a break press refused to give him a raise. He had proof of hospital records and they gave him points, suspended him and yet the supervisor who missed work a lot (who had a very bad temper and treated people like crap to which accounted to many people quitting) never got in trouble. There were two classes your job could qualify you as and the supervisor was the same as my man and theres no reason he shouldnt have been held accountable for his own actions. Disgusting part of my life. Never ever had so much drama when it came to a place my husband has worked for.

I worked for them, starting from a temporary service and was told that I would get a raise when I was hired in. But when I got hired in I never received that raise, but was told to do extra work with out compensation. Worst management Ive ever seen...
