Matchmaker Michigan has all new staff! They are all passionate about what they do. I have met several of the staff members and these ladies have an excellent understanding of their members, and know that this isnt just a business, it involves matters of the heart! They are there to help each and every member, and believe in this service. In todays world of online dating, it is refreshing to know that people who truly care are personally doing their best to help others find companionship, and love. I use this service many years ago the owner talks a real big talk all lies in our initial conversation I explained to her what I was looking for and she said she had many suitors for me as soon as I wrote the check and started the process, it was a nightmare all my matches weren’t anything like I asked for.In addition when I went back to talk about my matches amd how unhappy I was…she just looked at me and said I would date him!! Seriously I wanted to slap her and say this is not about what you like it’s about what I want. And to make things worse she basically said to me your standards are too high. I paid a thousand dollars for 10 meet ups….had four dates and dump this company what a waste of money. Can’t believe she still in business.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LADIES. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I’m embarrassed to say I should have read more reviews about them before I met them but here I am. I was going to post a negative review, but clearly they don’t care about their reviews since they are all bad. So I filed a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General Fraud department this morning, consumer protection division. I am also contacting all the news stations that apparently endorse these ladies. Maybe they don’t even know she’s using their logos as marketing but hopefully they will do a story on these scam artists and stop her from using their logos as endorsements. I figured they were legit because the media supported her. Couldn’t have been more wrong. Next, I am filing suit against them, for fraud, misrepresentation, and violations of the fair debt collection practices act. They are now harassing me at work in public so everyone knows my personal life now thanks to them. What started as an annoyance now has me downright mad and I will stop at nothing until this scam is shut down by the state. In court I will subpoena all their client database and contact every member, hopefully we can turn this into a class action and then put these ladies behind bars.

My experience with Matchmaker is I liked that everyone that joins has background checks and debt checks. I liked that everyone is interviewed about who they are and a profile of what they are interested in. The race you are interested in. The age category you are looking for. The distance you are willing to go to meet someone. I did like most of my matches. I did have some of my matches farther than I wanted to travel. I did have a few matches that were not of interest. I did have some matches that I was really interested in, but they were not interested in me. I had one match that was a smoker and it was on my profile no smoker because of allergies and i asked to have a new match because of that but it was still counted against me as a match which was a downfall to me. I didn’t think it should have been counted as a match. I do understand it is hard to match someone completely. I think if theyre quite a few differences in profiles and you want to match us that we should get a phone call about it before matching. I do like Matchmakers I do think there is someone eventually out there that meets close to my profile that will become a good match for me. I do believe in Matchmakers. I hope i will continue to get good matches that are close to what I am looking for and close to where I live. I think everyone at Matchmaker is doing a good job with how hard it is to match people and hope they work out together. I know you are all trying your best and I know you mean well to everyone that joined Matchmakers. I hope that you all continue to try your best and make the best possible matches for everyone. I will stay positive and believe that I will be taken care of for what I want in a person and who I am as a person. I am hoping to find someone soon. I just think there should be some exceptions that turn out to be a really bad match that none of us knew until we met. It shouldnt be counted as a match. JUST STAY AWAY! Whats going to happen is a sales talk reassuring you they can get help where dating sites failed, so not true! Whats going to happen is they are going to take your money and the first match you will get is someone they could not unload! When you call to see wth good luck getting an answer! Get your money back from these gals, no way! Its going to immediately they deny making promices and its just that is who you matched with. And dont miss the part where you dont get to see them before the date, theres a reason for that!! All the good looking guys apparently dont match with my profile after I pay as much as they did before I paid! Looks are not eveything of course but I take care of myself and expected they could deliver what they offer I didnt realize they had no intention of doing so. They told me not to date black men because white men make more money when I called them on that it was complete denial! Word for word what she said. They had so many white men who made way more money why would I want to date a black man, I guess if you go there record the conversation!!!

I decided to continue with Val, she is so close to my ideas its unreal! Ive talked to her many and many hours. We met and it was almost instant love. Matchmaker Michigan is a great company. I usually dont even rate companies but for this one I honestly think they deserve a 5 star. Soon as I thought my love life was over, Matchmaker Michigan helped me changed that and now I am happily married.

Dont waste your time or money. I was very specific in the type of man I was looking for yet they completely disregarded my preferences. Its almost as they had nobody else to send on a date scraping the bottle of the kettle.

Talked to 2 sales people for over 3 hours who talked about everything under the sun to get to know me. found out they dont use photos! they were desperate to make an appt . with me even though I belong to 2 other dating sites.

Great service! Me and my wife really hit it off for it to be my first match .We are now happily married and we got married on her birthday August 10th 2018.

SCAM! I love how the only posotive reviews they have, all came in on the same time recently by what looks like fake accounts . The reviews are lies and fake like this company. I took them to court and another client was suing them on the same day. I actually won! Do not use this company. They are only good taking your money and making up lies. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY STAY AWAY. Research deap lots of websites explaining this company is a scam. They dont know what they are doing and what they will not pull through. they make sure to get you to sign a non refund clause because they know they are lies and cheats. That right there should have been a huge red flag to me. They dont care about anyone they just use your vulnerability to make money. They do not do anything they promis, and are horriable at their jobs. Ive been given an atheist smoker with a kid, even though I wanted someone one religious, a non smokers, and I wanted to start with out kids and would be open to it later. My second match had aspergers who has no emotion and couldn’t do social settings even thought I told them I need someone social because I am so social. The third match was no better then tinder sent me a pic then asked for one in return, even thought the rules state no texting. I also was was given a married man who stopped using the company 2 years prior because they never gave him matches. This company will take your money and make you feel horriable about yourself, when I called to complain they told me “clearly I’m not good at dating and that’s why I came to them. So I needed to allow the process to work.” I am not bad at dating I just got tired of horriable dates and their job is supposed to be to weed that bad ones out. I was never given one positive date and my matches when I followed up before I took them to court also had given up and stopped using the company for the same reasons. SCAM dont use them !!!

Very, very, very, bad experience!!! Literally threw my $1995.00 to the wind!!!! This song fits this place so well, ONLY FOOLS BELIEVE!!! Sadly I was 1!!!!! Also pay attention to the pros vs the cons!!!

STAY AWAY. Deceptive, dishonest business practices, unkept claims about quality of matches. This was an expensive mistake for me not to have researched all the bad reviews on numerous sites before I signed the contract. Your matches are emailed and BLIND! If they had disclosed this before hand I would have never consented. Secondly - they ignore your criteria, for example, I told them I wouldnt go more than 60 miles they matched me with someone 127 miles away. When I emailed them about my dissatisfaction they never bothered to call or write back. It appears, the only thing these people seem to be good at is swindling people with a winning sales pitch.

Deceptive Business practices. Dishonest about service and quality of matches and No refunds. STAY AWAY! They will take you for $2000-$6000
