Still waiting since 9:00 am for a delivery that was suppose to be delivered between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. It is currently 1:00 pm with no 1/2 hour pre call or a courtesy call that the driver is running late. I had to call several times to even get a response. Now Reliable Delivery ( not very RELIABLE) tells me it will be another COUPLE HOURS before delivery. Do these people think we have nothing else to do in life then wait for them? I recieved notification last Friday that this delivery would be Monday. It is now Wednesday.

I will do my best to make a long story short. I ordered kitchen cabinets from the Home Depot, and the shipping date that I was originally given by the store was incorrect. Reliable delivery is the last mile company to deliver kitchen cabinets for Home Depot in my area. I got a hold of this company on a date that I was supposed to have my cabinets delivered, and when things were not going as planned I requested to speak to a manager, it was a Friday night after 6 PM. Within an hour the VP of the company called me and made things right. He hired somebody to deliver my cabinets on Saturday, which they typically do not do and I found - he even paid the driver extra for taking a Last minute last minute Saturday delivery. This was the week before Thanksgiving and I had no kitchen due to the wrong information from Home Depot. These people have gone above and beyond what I would’ve expected in making sure that I am satisfied customer. They have kept in touch with me as some of my cabinets were missing, they found two of the five that were missing and they will be delivering the remaining three that we had to re-order. I really appreciate all the help they gave me in making sure my ordered items were found, delivered timely and the great advice from their extremely friendly driver who did the first portion of the delivery.

Reliable is a great name. The office worker was very helpful and did his best to help anyway he could. GREAT SERVICE.

Fast and friendly in unloading my trailer

Should be called Avoidable Delivery. I fought with this company for a week to get my 3 items delivered and I only live 15min away. I was told by three different people that my delivery was in route and would be delivered within the 4 hour time frame. Four and a half hours later and no items. Called the company only for them to tell me they never received my shipment so how can they deliver something they dont have. Once they received my items we scheduled another 4 hour time slot. I called and confirmed and was told the delivery driver was stuck in the snow and they were working on getting a back up driver to finish the deliveries. I asked them to double check in their wearhouse to see if my order was truly on that truck or if it was in the wearhouse and sure enough it was in the wearhouse and not on the truck. So once again no delivery would have been made. I went and picked up the items myself. I refuse to do business with this company again.

I feel bad leaving a review this low, and the only reason I gave them anything above a 1 star is because the dispatchers at the office are phenomenal. They were very professional, and more helpful than they had any right to be. The actual delivery of my items is an insult to the name of the company. I had 3 small skids to have a same day delivery from one of my companys customers in Grand Rapids to my location in Wixom. Apparently a truck broke down that Friday so the delivery was pushed to Monday, and I was guaranteed a delivery on Monday by 2 P.M. Monday came, and the driver didnt show up until 7:30 P.M. My shop closes at 5. I was told at 3 P.M. the driver was just past Lansing. Then I called again at 4:30, and the driver was apparently still an hour away. He then called my personal cell to ask if he could leave these items that cost over $15,000 outside overnight so he didnt have to drive to Taylor and drop the skids off there for them to deliver the next morning. I dont write reviews often, only 1 before actually, but this situation is completely ridiculous. I would NOT recommend the Grand Rapids branch at all.

Well they promised delivery between 9-1 and showed up slightly before 6 so Id say they might be reliable but definitely not on time.

Very frustrated with this delivery service. They were suppose to give 1 week notice about delivery. Got less that 24 hour notice that a delivery requiring a signature was coming. Spoke with a dispatcher who arranged delivery for the following day from 12-4, got a call the next day that the delivery was coming between 9-1. Was suppose to receive a call 1 hour prior to delivery (gave them a specific number to call), never received it !!! They called when they were sitting in my driveway.
